Yesterday was my first time having it and there's like three different cheeses inside and it's probably one of the better ones when it comes to fast food. Drove over here and wasted gas for a mobile order they didn't make because I didn't check "I'm here" on an app. It was a mobile order why would I be there at the same time I placed the order? The manager happily told me that "Oh it doesn't charge you", it did. How could you charge me for an order, have me drive out here and then say you didn't make it because I have to be there? It was a mobile carry out order, of course I wasn't there! I got here 10 minutes after placing my order. It should've been ready and sitting on the side. #26/2024 Chick-fil-A near me Orland Park Illinois Lagrange Road Like so many Chick-fil-A's it is slammed from open to close nine times out of 10 why they're open. Here it is Labor Day the drive-thru both lanes jam-packed. The dining room very crowded but I was able to get in there order some food and get sit down at least which was good. People weren't hogging booths bs knowing that it was a holiday. Outside was pretty crowded too but I saw a bees all over the place and I'm not an outside person so not happening here. When I walked in there was about five people ahead of me I was able to peruse what I wanted and by the time I got up to order I went with the deluxe original chicken not spicy. That comes with the slice of cheese the lettuce and the tomato and a few pickles. I asked for a Chick-fil-A sauce to add to it when I sat down. I also got the combo with the waffle fries two extra Polynesian sauces to dip and Coke zero. I was very impressed today because everything was hot. The sandwich tasted extremely fresh waffle fries were fresh. I didn't visit the toilet so I don't know what it looks like as far as that went. The staff here was really really good very polite offered to refill your drink for free throw out your garbage you didn't even have to ask. This is a very well-run Chick-fil-A for the most part. In my opinion But of course I don't need to elaborate the menus like any other Chick-fil-A you seen one you seen them all. Other than that keep up the good work I was definitely beyond impressed and I'm giving the full five bar of stars all the way across. read more

Ordered food from the ap for curbside pickup. The drive thru is always busy. I have had the chicken sandwiches from all the local popular spots. In my opinion chick fil a has the best best for taste and price. I tried both the fried regular and spicy as well as the plain grilled. All were well seasoned moist band good size. And sauce choices are awesome. Still working on trying all the options. And I like being able to customize toppings and condiments. Fresh brewed ice tea too. read more

Great deluxe chicken sandwiches. The only disappointment was the lettuce was not fresh. So, I removed it from the 3 sandwiches. Good thing I had fresh crisp lettuce at home, so it worked out fine! When I saw the cars all backed up, I almost decided to forgo- but glad I didn't. Drive Thru service was very efficient and effortless. It was during dinner hours and the cars were wrapped from the street, yet they staffed the order takers to move it effortlessly. Good job! read more

I usually wind up going here for breakfast and always enjoy their breakfast sandwiches and hash browns with Chick-fil-A sauce. Today I tried something new The muffin sandwich. It was good but I do like the biscuit sandwich better. I usually do the chicken egg and cheese with bacon on a biscuit. Have to order the Chick-fil-A sauce of course too. The hash browns are always perfectly crispy and delicious. The coffee is good too, I got three creams and three sugars in my coffee today and they actually put it in for me instead of having me do it myself which I thought was nice. I've always enjoyed the ambiance and the music and the flowers inside when I dine inside as well. Great customer service too. keep up the great work! read more

Had a very nice experience today, I made two separate orders of drinks and sandwiches. My sandwiches arrived before my drinks which we waited for a bit. We thought they were forgotten and I was about to run inside when a very kind team member came over to the car with our drinks and gave us cookies to make the delay right. Locations has normally a great reputation the times I have visited however today I was in total shock to witness the racism in this location, I overheard an employee notifying a young woman wasn't aware she was black as her skin tone is very fair however apparently the manager of the night told them in her words she can't wear her hair like that at work, it was braided in a ball to me appeared fine however the manager needs to be FIRED ASAP she appears to be much older and the team of frontline workers appear quite young as was the young lady being targeted for her hair. Otherwise my lemonade was very good and Mac n cheese but MANAGEMENT needs to clean up MANAGEMENT because she should not be leading anyone not even herself or any up and coming future managers of such a huge organization read more

I've never in my life seen such efficiency in a fast food place. These people weren't messin around. So it was a Friday around 4pm, the place was jammin. Parking lot was a zoo. But there you see the drive thru line, it's long but it's movin. And instead of talking into a speaker they had several employees standing in the lanes to take your order. They pop it into little iPads then it gets relayed inside to get put together. In no time we're at the window, the lady knows which was our order. Tried the breakfast Chick-fil-A biscuit sandwich with hadh browns and peppermint coffee. The coffee was terrible! I stirred it to get the peppermint flavor mixed, but it did not help. The hash browns were a soggy mess. They need to go to McDonald's and learn from them. The biscuit chicken sandwich was the only good thing. My first time in this location and it's very nice. I noticed one of the workers was cleaning the tables and chairs with a disinfectant wipes (great touch). That's different from other restaurants b/c they use old rags. Food is really good. The chicken wrap was very good not too heavy or too lite but perfect. I love the waffle fries. I went into the bathroom and noticed the mouthwash machine. Good touch and very different. Also the bathroom door opens out instead of in. Most restaurants you have to pull the handle before coming out. Overall I like this location. read more

The food is consistently hot and tasty. However, I hate how they do the drive through. It makes no sense to me whatsoever. First there will be two people standing outside walking up to the cars in the line to take orders, then you drive halfway around the building and stop at the randomly placed shed to pay and THEN you drive to the drive through window to get your food. What's the point?! Just let people order at the screen and pay at the window like normal, or have the drive through order people take your card. But this three step process is a bit much. That said, I repeat the food is always good, you get your exceptional Chick-fil-A standard of service, and they never mess up your order. TLDR: Consistently great Chick-fil-A; strongly dislike their drive through process. read more

The appeal of Chick-fil-A is lost on me. My sister lived in the south many years ago and the stories of this place were legendary. Fast forward to them opening up location in the Chicago area and all I can do is shake my head. Don't get me wrong, I have a junk food habit but I draw the line at this. Visiting Chick-fil-A on a Saturday at noon was surprisingly an experience that I won't forget. I wanted Chick-fil-A, who could resist a Spicy Deluxe sandwich? This location on a Saturday at noon I knew would be packed, inside the restaurant, the parking lot the drive thru, all will be packed. I had to have a Spicy Deluxe though. Once I got in line which was moving along at a quick pace, I was greeted, ordered and was told it was "my pleasure". I was worried that there weren't any tables available but there was, 2 tables had just been vacated. Everything was fine, my order was correct the table was clean and as busy as it was I felt like a sardine but I knew it was busy going in. Here is where the story turns. As the meal was drawing to an end, a friendly but not overly friendly employee walked over to ask if she could clear the table but once she did she came back to ask if she could refill our drinks. I was rather surprised this place was as busy as the mall on black Friday and she was kind enough and not overwhelmed by how busy it was to refill the drinks? She was going to have to use GPS to find her way back it was so crowded, she came back with the refills and even stayed true in saying, "it was my pleasure". She didn't have to get a refill for me, especially considering how busy they were, I'm sure many other tasks that were more important had to be attended to, but maybe there weren't, according to Chick-fil-A a refill for a customer was the most important task at that moment. This Chick-fil-A restaurant is located right next to the Orland Square Mall, and provides the same great food and service you come to expect with this franchise. I've been to bigger locations, but this one has a play area for the kids and doesn't seem to get as crazy busy as other locations. Plus they play Christian music so this is as family-friendly as you can probably get. I noticed that they now give you a colored plastic cone that holds any sauces with your order, but found out that the employees actually use it to track down where you're sitting without having to guess and call out your name.
