During my visit today with my kids to this Location. We went inside so that my kids could play and also because the drive thru line was around the building. I ordered a nugget combo meal as well as a spicy deluxe sandwich for lunch. When I placed my order and received food at my table I said thank you but did not receive the signature "my pleasure" in response. In addition to this When I checked into this location on my yelp app.

It popped up a redemption for one free chocolate Chunk cookie with a purchase of a meal. When I asked for my free cookie I was told by the employees that they don't accept the Yelp offer and the only way to receive a free cookie is...

offered thru their own ChicFilA One app. I told them that was ok but I wanted to let a manager know as well so they could communicate this info to Yelp and have it pulled down. The Manager came over and stated they have communicated this "problem" with Yelp previously and that he doesn't know why they haven't removed it. Understandably this is not the fault of ChicFilA, however we visit many other locations around Orlando and elsewhere and they are always overly hospitable and great with families and children. With my children standing at the counter waiting for a cookie, they instead had to listen to the staff give every reason as why not to accept the offer instead of doing the right thing and still giving them the cookie. Other ChicFilA would have offered the cookie and still explained that they don't accept yelp offers, this location seemed annoyed by me trying to get something for free. Maybe they were stressed from lunch rush, Yes I could have bought a cookie, but the lack of apology from the staff was enough reason not to. As a side note the food was hot and good.

Chick-fil-A is an all around great fast food chain, and definitely my go-to for a sandwich and fries. They have crispy fried chicken sandwiches and nuggets. They also have grilled chicken sandwiches and grilled nuggets which have fewer carbs and calories. The best side is of course the waffle fries, they're always crisp and hot, with the perfect amount of sea salt. They also have fruit and a kale "superfood" side as well. Just be careful as the "superfood" side unfortunately has a good amount of sugar due to the dressing. In addition to sandwiches and fries Chick-fil-A has fantastic salads. They could beef up the fresh toppings a bit but the lettuce is always fresh and they have a nice assortment of dressings. They also have breakfast and dessert. I love their frozen coffee, it's the perfect combination of a sugar fix and a pick me up. This Chick-fil-A in particular is just as good as all the others. For quite some time they struggled to efficiently handle the large crowds that gather for lunch every day. They've recently instituted the best practices followed by other Chick-fil-A's including attendant led ordering in the drive thru and crowd control in the dining room. These have helped quite lot. The employees here are as friendly as any of the Chick-fil-A's I've been to.

For quite some time they've had a special check in offer on yelp - a free Chocolate Chunk Cookie! Hello! These cookies are actually really hearty and good, soft, with large chunks of chocolate. I would say they're far better than what...

I would expect from a fast food restaurant. If that's not enough to get you to come in I don't know what is. Bonus - I've used the check in offer more than once. ;-) I would recommend downloading the Chick-fil-A One app because they often give away freebies in the app, no purchases necessary. The calendar card that is sold once a year around the holidays is also a great value and a good gift idea. It's 12 months worth of free items, one for each month, and typically costs about $7.00. So for the price of a meal you get 12 free things. It's great to have a Chick-fil-A on the South side of downtown, and this one has definitely improved over time.

Received my order but can't leave as both the pickup lane and the outside lane are blocked by other vehicles.

This location is always crowded, but they usually move the cars through the drive thru area easily. Today was not that day. It took over 15 minutes to place and get my order. Those of you who are familiar with this location know you have to curl around the outside lane at the entrance and then stop and provide an open space (when crowded) for the cars in the inside lane to pick up their order and leave the lot before you can enter the order lane. At one point as I was in the outside lane, there was not a single car in the drive up/pickup window lane. Even the inside employee had to look out the pickup window to see where the cars were. Obviously, there was a glitch in the outside ordering area. When I finally got to place my order and came around for pickup, the line stopped again. Two employees (probably management) came out by the outside window probably to try and determine the problem. One of these employees walked my chicken nuggets to my car. However, I couldn't leave because there were two cars waiting in front of me and the outside lane was backed up. So, I had to wait in my car until the two cars in front of me received their orders and drove out. I know this location is popular and there really isn't room for expansion on this lot, but something needs to be done to improve this process because I love their chicken nuggets!! :)

Paid for bacon on my sandwich ; they didn't add any bacon at all; I went up and asked them for a sandwich that was made correctly and they said we can give you a side of bacon and gave me a cup with a 1/4 strip of bacon in it Fries were cold , sandwich was cold, people were rude do better yall.

Not what I expected from Chick-fil-A, food came out sticking to the paper and the wrapper stuck to the food. I called to speak with their manager drew who was pretty unhelpful, he didn't listen the first time I explained the scenario, he just asked "what about pickles?" Mind you this was only a filet and cheese. When he finally understood he offered to replace this portion of my purchase but not the Mac and cheese that came with it which seemed a bit odd as it was purchased together. Now I have to go out of the way to get this order remade. Customer service was terrible. Hopefully the owner makes this right.

I Mean come on it's CFA what can u say that's bad about them. The service is the best in the business and the chicken is always on point But the star of the show was the peppermint shake . That's the best part of the holiday season is getting that sucker. There's just something about it that makes u feel all warm and tingle inside. It just takes u back in time I guess

I don't normally go to Chick-Fil-A often, but they have been running a generous promotion through the Rewards section of their app for free breakfast. I went through the drive thru to redeem. The good things about Chick-Fil-A are their staff and organization. All of the team members are pleasant and they manage to move long lines very quickly. That's a huge plus, especially for a fast food restaurant. I do find their food just okay. Their chicken has a great flavor, but I feel like most of their sandwiches are largely bread. I usually only get a few bites with thicker pieces of chicken. The rest is usually thin or nonexistent. This is annoying, especially since their prices are on the higher side for fast food. I've ran into this issue several times at different locations, too. Overall, the atmosphere and team are a good reason to visit Chick-Fil-A and the food is not bad by any means; it just seems overrated in my personal opinion.

Stopped in for breakfast and really enjoyed my bowl with eggs and hash browns no meat and also a side of fresh fruit and coffee. We also had another meal all for around $15. This location was very efficient and courteous. It's also nice to take away a mint or two.

Love the chicken sandwich is fantastic!!! They include a pickle without letting you know, so if you do not like pickle's like me order it plain then select a sauce from their chicken tenders meals. They give my service dog a bone every visit. Larry, the General Manager, really listens if you have an thoughts. Like my recommendation to have water provided when a person is with a service dog -- Larry immediately implement this policy. This is a GREAT place for your family to eat. When it's not too busy, they even ask you if you like a drink refill when you are still eating your meal -- now that's AWESOME fast food service. read more

My business partner and I eat here probably twice a week. The employees are always super friendly and polite, and know our names AND what we like to get... always the same thing, so it's not too difficult. :) Management sets the tone for the operation and Mr. Larry Smith is no exception. I've even seen him walk the parking lot picking up bits of trash, and walk the dining room delivering orders and chatting with diners. THIS PLACE IS THE BEST! I just don't see the big deal about Chick-fil-A. My friend & I stopped in for dinner tonight, I ordered their regular chicken sandwich and my friend ordered the Grilled Chicken Club Sandwich. I asked what side I could get instead of fries, she listed a few items and I chose fresh fruit. She didn't mention there was a dollar up charge for fruit..., we both ordered lemonade, she didn't tell us there was an up charge for that too... The girl repeated the order back correctly and then gave us the wrong order! She was one of those people that spit when she talked... we actually had to step back from the counter so we wouldn't get hit by her projectiles! McDonald's has the same chicken sandwich & chicken biscuit, so I don't think I'll return to Chick-fil-A. BTW, their lemonade is really delicious! read more

The service and timelyness of this location is superb! All the accomodations of a standard CFA is provided here. The kids have an indoor play place for them to enjoy. On a nice day out you'll even find an employee taking your to-go orders in person! They offer specials throughout the week so check back with them on a weekly basis for the next available one! read more

I am constantly wowed by chick fil a. This place is spotless and run professionally. I just watched some corporate managers observe people from their table and actually get up and assist guests. With absolutely no prompting. They were just aware of their surroundings and guests possible needs. People can't be taught this kind of compassion. It's simply real I love this place. read more

I eat here often since its one of the closest places by my job to get fast food. They always have a long line for the drive thru, but they are very efficient in how they work so it always moves fast. They are always friendly and accommodate any special requests. The food is always fresh and hot and definitely tasty! read more

Some of the best service in Orlando. The drive thru is always crazy busy and it's for a reason, it's the best. I never wait too long and my food always come out right. The milkshakes are on point as well. Not to mention it's the only fast food place you can get a real Arnold Palmer. Love it. read more

Just went here to pick up lunch today & for the 1st time ever, received bad service. First they have a sign that says to go around the building to get in the drive-thru line & yea that's fine and I agree with fairness, but THERE WAS NO LINE, so I didn't go all the way around, I got in line right away. They had 2 people outside taking drive thru orders and no one helped me, I stopped at the speaker and got no help there either. I get to the window and told the 'manager' at the window that no one had taken my order. She replied with, ' you have to go around the building to order '. I gave her a blank stare, like are you serious? What kind of reply is that? She eventually took my order, I paid and got my food and left, without an I'm sorry or nothing, but be sure I WON'T GO BACK, since it wasn't your pleasure to serve me. read more

As fast food goes, Chick-fil-A is far and away my favorite. No one can touch their incredible chicken sandwich with its buttery bun and secret recipe chicken breast. This S Orange location is very busy, but they do a good job keeping the drive thru moving efficiently, especially during the busiest times of the day. Being as busy as they are sometimes traffic can wrap around the building, so they have implemented a cone system and have employees standing outside with tablets to take your order and allow you to pay right there with a card or your phone app. This allows the staff inside to just handle delivering the food to you when you get to the window. No system is perfect, but I still gave them 5 stars for quality of food, overall efficiency, value, and friendliness. The new app, Chick-fil-A ONE, is one more benefit since you can register your calendar card (for free food), and you can earn more "treats" by using the app. You can even order ahead and wait for the food in a designated parking space and someone will bring it out to you. Winner winner chicken dinner! read more

I went to this location on 8/29/2017. I ordered two veggie wraps told the young man three times no meat he said ok two fries one cookie and two frozen lemon aids. Got my order looked in bags seen one fries so had to order another. Next seen one wrap and had meat so had to wait for two veggie wrap an still waiting for my drinks. Mean while only have half hour for lunch.good thing I check then to top if off the girl just hand me my wraps had to ask her please put the wraps in a bag. read more

Absolutely the worst experience ever at a Chic fil a. They were unable to complete my order accurately in a timely fashion. They kept trying to overcharge me. Manger and team member were both incompetent. What is so hard about accepting an order for a single Chic fil a sandwich during breakfast hours. Other local location serve sandwich fast by putting two breakfast filets on a bun for cost of single sandwich. Or they simply rush the single sandwich. After 10 minutes of waiting for order to be added correctly I walked out and will never return. Attitudes encountered were totally unacceptable. Needless to say I will not return to this location. read more

I stopped in after doing some shopping and placed my order online so it would be ready by the time I finished. I ordered the chicken club sandwich and a Dream Bar. It was after 8 p.m. on a Saturday, and the restaurant was pretty much empty. My order was ready ahead of the quoted pickup time, which I appreciated. However, the sandwich didn't quite live up to what I remember. The bread didn't taste as fresh as I expected, and the sandwich was lukewarm instead of warm and toasty like I've experienced at other locations. The Dream Bar was also not quite what I remembered. It didn't have the same richness or taste that made it a favorite for me in the past. I'm not sure if the time of day impacted the quality, but the overall experience just didn't match the Potbelly I remember from Chicago. That said, because I've had great experiences with this brand in the past, I'd be open to giving this location another try. I should have been informed and given the choice, not handed a burger with a substitution I never agreed to. Cheese sauce typically contains thickeners that may not be gluten-free, and I had no way of knowing whether it was safe for me to eat. When I raised my concerns with the manager, it was clear he had no understanding of cross-contamination. For anyone with dietary restrictions or food sensitivities, this location is not safe. I've been a Shake Shack customer for over 20 years and have never had an experience this bad. This location stood out for all the wrong reasons: poor food handling, no regard for customer safety, and a level of dirtiness I've never seen at any other location. Avoid!

Fries smelled like poop and I was refused a refund without a receipt even though I threw out the entire meal after eating it..... surely they could look up my order in their system?
