Never disappointed. Breakfast Drive Thru 9 minutes is my longest time, and lunch that can vary but at 1pm easily 15-20 minutes but again its bloody packed. Everyone was so nice. I got a number 3 and the food came out fast and it was hot. I mean hot. I had to wait to eat. Not in a bad way. Normally the food is warm. This was fresh. This is the worst chick fil a I've been to. It's the closest one to my house and I've watched it decline for years. I once came for just 2 cookies. I went inside because I thought it would be faster. After waiting twenty minutes assuming they were busy or cookies were currently being baked I asked the cashier just for him to reach back and grab two that were there, ready (among many other cookies). No apology for the wait or anything. This time I went and there were two employees chatting joking about who would take my order because neither wanted too (I'm still trying to convince myself they weren't snickering and giggling about something to do with me.) And then I pulled to the window where there was a guy outside chatting away to the person inside the window. Didn't greet or acknowledge me at all. Even when he was handing me my food still just talking to the other worker. It was the weirdest and most uncomfortable trip to chick fil a which is upsetting when they're known for hospitality and customer service. I have been to this location a few times recently. As busy as they always are, I have always gotten great service. This last trip though left me wondering why I would go out of my way to get Chick-Fil-A. It was around 1:30 and the lunch rush was over. There were two cars in front of me. So it was looking good. I wasn't greeted by the woman taking me order. Not a big issue. I understand maybe she had a rough lunch rush. But then the girl taking payment and giving receipts didn't greet me either. She was taking to another girl that seemed to be on break. She only verified my name and then didn't even look at me as she was handing me my card and receipt because she was still talking. Not a thank you or anything. When I received my food. That woman only handed me my food and as I said thank you, she turned and walked away from the wind. The whole experience was weird for what I feel is expected from the "my pleasure" atmosphere of Chick-Fil-A. Three stars for being expensive fast food with a minimalist touch. I like chick-fil-a. I don't like how my chicken sandwich comes with nothing but a pickle (and I don't like pickles). The food is otherwise tasty, but for the price I'd like more included toppings. Lettuce, tomato, and cheese should always be standard. Every now and then I get an email with a free breakfast sandwich deal, which was nice. This location is pretty average. They did add a weird double drive-through recently... Rude employees, sub par food and long lines. It doesn't matter if you mobile order, go inside or do drive thru. The wait time is ridiculous. The drive thru is all over the place and needs more direction. Instead, two lines end up forming around the building which creates more traffic and wait. This location is not up to par with other chic-fil-a locations. Priscilla took payment today when I went and she could provide at least a smile or thank you at the end of the transaction. I have been coming here for years as my office is across the street. They have implemented a drive thru system where they take order personally outside as opposed to ordering at the speaker. This allows them to serve you amazingly quick, even with 10 other cars in line. I never worry about getting back to work on time during the lunch hour. The food is always hot and fresh. They also have a text system which periodically blasts out messages to come out for lunch and get free sandwiches or nuggets. You can bet I'll be there on those days every time. read more

OMG! This place is a madhouse. I cant even explain my frustration with this restaurant. The lines are so long. The staff dose not pay attention. Today 08/02/2019 it took 10 min to get throw the drive-thru. During and After I placed my order. I got to the pay window and I had to give my order all over again. So i just ended up pulling away without my order. I could not believe I had to repeat my order over for the third time. (twice at the mic and once at the window.) The reason why i had to give my order over again, is because the cashier and the person passing out the food orders to the vehicles, was to busy laughing it up and chating. It's very important to pay attention to detail. This is not the first time this has happen, and it seem that the upper management is not a good team leader for a high volume store to run a smooth operation.
