We tried to order the cheesecake bites but somehow ended up with fried cheddar bites instead. They looked alike but definitely not meant to be paired with strawberry sauce. Ordered uber eats from here and it was just awful. The owner needs to completely wipe the staff and start fresh because twice they have put non sweet tea in our drinks instead of Dr Pepper which is what we ordered. We also got the banana pudding milkshake and they did a birthday flavor. The cookie packaging smells like marijuana and the food is terrible. I never found out if the food was up to par, because I left after seeing how filthy the bathroom is. There is black scum all over the base of the single sink and the toilets need cleaning. I have visited several other Zaxby's locations without complaints. When a bathroom is this dirty, I don't eat at the restaurant. Came in today for a quick lunch. Soon as I came in, I was immediately greeted and I ordered the Zaxbys signature sandwich. The sandwich was so good and it came on a plate with crinkle fries and their zaxbys sauce! Their zaxby sauce is so good, I could dip anything in it! The fries were cold broken probably at least an hour old the toast was hard, cold and torn and the chicken was cold. I called back to talk to the manager not wanting a refund or food because I didn't want to drive back to the store. I told her about my food and she got really sassy so I asked her is there a phone number I could send a picture of the food to her. She finally gave me the phone number and I never heard back from her. Food was good but when I went through the drive through at the window Justine had an attitude off the bat. We had 2 different orders. We asked for extra sauce and she said it would be $0.25 each and we said okay hold on and get her $0.75 for 3 extra sauces and when she came back out with them she basically threw them in my hand, one of them fell on the ground because of it and she had an attitude that she had to get me another one to replace it. I have eaten here at least 50 times within the last 2 years. The service is always great and the food is hot and delicious. I always ask for two Zax sauces, and they have always happily given them to me, free of charge. Today, I went through the drive through and ordered my usual kickin chicken sandwich meal and when I got to the window I asked for two sauces, as usual. The lady tells me as she is running my card that the sauces would $.25 cents extra and proceeds to hands me the receipt, showing the additional charge added. I have two concerns about this. Number one - it is absurd and ridiculous to charge extra for condiments, and I have never been charged for them before, so I naturally assumed that they were free. Number two - I did not consent to having that additional charge added. I was only informed after the fact. I politely asked to speak to a manager and I was greeted by a women who had a terrible demeanor and obviously did not want to be bothered to deal with me. I explained the situation to her and she left and another woman came to the window. She was actually polite but she refused to refund me for the sauces and clearly was not willing to listen to reason. I will not be coming back due to the poor customer service that I received here. You have successfully lost a loyal customer, over little packets of sauce. Thankfully Magoos AND PQD just opened up in the Altamonte area, so I have plenty of other options for chicken tenders. My fiancé and I ordered curbside pickup as we aren't currently entering buildings due to COVID-19 and living with vulnerable people. At the scheduled time we called and were informed we'd have to come in to get our food because they were too busy to bring it out but then also told it wasn't ready (20 minutes after placing the order.) We called 5 minutes later and were told it still wasn't ready and I informed them we would be in the curbside space whenever it was ready. At the 40 minute mark I called and asked for a manager and was told they were swamped but we were next. At the 50 minute mark our food finally came out. We could have gone through the drive thru 4 times or more. Then the food: the chicken tasted like it was cooked in old or burned oil. I love Zaxby's - I introduced my fiancé to it and was thrilled when he picked it for lunch along our drive. I opted not to mention the foul taste as I didn't want to add to an already negative situation but he brought it up and we both noted that it left a foul, burned/rancid flavor in our mouths.
