I don't give 5 stars often but as far as fast food goes, this is 5 stars. Excellent service. I am eating low carb so my order was a little of the menu bit they do it for me every time. Cobb salad with grilled spicy chicken instead of the fried chicken. Delicious salad for"fast food". As good as any restaurant. I'm here every Thursday and my son plays for an hour or so and they walk around and refill my drink entre whole time. Great place! read more

This place was amazing. I took in my 3 kids (all under the age of 5) for lunch today, and I was just astounded by how helpful and friendly they were. Not only did some one carry our tray to the table, she helped me get straws, napkins, etc. They didn't have any of the plastic placemats for kids, and two people apologized to me about it, and they brought extra paper ones. My older two, being as extroverted as they are, asked one of the managers for balloons as they saw her putting out ones for a promotion they had going. She went out of her way to blow up different balloons for them. As I piled up all our trash, and the kids ran off to play, I was trying to figure out how I was going to balance the tray and my 8 month old. Fortunately, one the staff members came up to the table and happily took everything for me. So, basically all we had to do was enjoy our lunch. When we got out to the car, it was during the lunch rush, and a gentleman was taking orders at people's cars right by where we were parked. While he was helping other customers, he let me know he would direct traffic for me so I could get out once I got everyone loaded in the car. He even said he had an eye on my daughter to make sure she didn't edge too far out into the line of cars. I was just blown away by the courtesy of the staff there. Always insanely busy...really the whole area between the I-4 exit on Maitland Blvd. all the way to 434 should basically be avoided at all costs. This CFA is right in the middle of all that. Trust me, I live and work nearby. Plus I'll admit, I'm kind of salty about them forgetting to salt my fries. On like, numerous occasions. I love their salads, it never comes with crappy brown looking lettuce like some of the other fast food joints. It always looks fresh. Oh Chick-fil-A how much do I love thee? Let me count thy way!! For a fast food restaurant, there is not much that should be considered "fast food" except for the fact that you get what you ordered, well, fast! The chicken is awesome! It is flavored with the perfect amount of spices and the original chicken and the grilled chicken are both equally delicious, yet even though I should only order the grilled, I tend to order the original because it is just that good...especially doused in Polynesian sauce. Their waffle fries are always served piping hot and never too salty, which is perfect for me. I also love the fact that they have people serving the food to your table when it is incredibly busy and they don't want you to wait standing around. They will bring you the drink you ordered with the food and people walk around even offering you refills of your beverage. Their sweet tea and lemonade are to die for, but I tend to order root beer because it goes so well with the chicken nuggets and fries and the soda is always perfectly flavored with the right amount of syrup and carbonation. I hate when you get a soda and it is too flat or too syrupy. The only drawback is that it isn't open on Sundays; however, I truly respect why they are not open on Sundays and think that more businesses should take a day off in respect of religious beliefs...after all, the staff are then also able to spend a day with their families and loved ones and not many companies still stand for family and religious values, whether you agree with them or not...I respect it. read more

The employees are totally engaged and the manager (I only know the morning guy -- tallish with a military haircut) is phenomenal. Wonderful customer service!!! Just wish it was a little cleaner. I almost always have to find someone to wipe down the table. Great play place for the kids. I use the order ahead option in the app with curbside delivery. It was great in the beginning but recently it has gone downhill. If I order a salad or soup, I would expect the plastic ware required to eat it with. Constantly missing these items. I was very disappointed with my trip to this Chick fil a today. I hate to admit it, but I go to chick fil a kind of a ridiculous amount, and I visit this specific location at least 2-3 times a week because I work in the offices next door. Because of this I am very familiar with how the app and everything works. My app would not work today and register my calendar, so my coworker ordered ahead and I went through the drive thru to order mine and pick hers up. The girl taking orders outside was so rude to me, telling me this is not where I pick up mobile orders and I need to get out of the line and go inside. I told her I was trying to order with her and she eventually stopped arguing with me and let me order after making this nasty smirk at me. I tried to tell the manager at the window and she literally didn't acknowledge what I said. Just stared at me, walked away to grab my food, handed it to me and walked away. Chick a Fila refused to give me my Breakfast Minis! Ok so there's a bit of a story about this, and btw its the Chick a Fila at 8673 Summit Centre Way Orlando FL 32810................................................................................................................................For Christmas I got a Chic a Fila Calendar as a gift. It offers a free food item once a month if you present you "card" So....Got a nice email about Chicken Minis. Said I should choose which I wanted. Had a nice picture and no suggestion of limitations or designated meal times. Had some errands to run, and being a diabetic I knew I'd need lunch, so I stopped in to use my Calendar Card. They told me, even though they had emailed me to come and get Chicken Minis, that they could not give them to me since it was after 10:30 AM. Left very disappointed, and went home and checked the email, it had NO designation that I would have to get them before 10:30 AM. In discussing this with various people, they all thought that Chicken Minis would be a lunch or anytime item, not limited as a breakfast item, and the email I got gave NO indication that it was limited to mornings... I'll never trust Chick a Fila again frown emoticon .....................................................................................................................................Moral of the story : Don't ever buy a Chick A Fila Calendar! read more

Worst service provided at this location. Forget the fact that I had to wait 11 minutes in drive thru to place my order, and no apologies for the extremely longer than usual wait, I had the unfortunate pleasure of witnessing an employee make a milkshake. The employee placed the clear lid over the ice cream and cup, the ice cream was sticking over the lid and the employee used his bare hand to even out the ice cream from sticking out of the lid. He proceeded to make the milkshake without any care. The employee then used what I can only imagine was a used dirty blue rag to wipe down the cup and lid. Then, that right I'm not finished, he topped it off with whip cream and cherry. Now ask yourself, if you saw what I witnessed, would you drink that milkshake. After the 17 minutes it took from getting in line to placing the order to getting the food, and witnessing the carelessness handling of food, I asked to speak to a manager. Who seemed to careless about my concerns. What great leader for the employees and no wonder why the restaurant was being ran in such a piss poor way. I suggest you look into managements as they set the example. I totally blame management in this disturbing visit. read more
