Definitely five stars for service. I can't address the ambiance of this Wendy's because I've always used the drive through.

I tried the Nashville hot chicken sandwich and although it's not Prince's or Hattie B's (Nashville hot chicken institutions) it's a tasty enough sandwich! On your first visit you get a choice of free custard. My fave custard is Rita's so that's how i measure...the custard tastes more like ice cream. Definitely missing that mouthfeel i crave in custard. The chocolate is better than the vanilla in most custard places outside of Rita's and it's the same at Super Chix. Got a mintOreo fusion instead of a drink and it did remind me of McFlurry from way back. Cajun fries reminds me of the ones from Steak 'n Shake. I got it to go. It was slow coming out but the food was hot and fresh. There's also an impressive sauce station. Sauces were all pretty good. I'll update stars if necessary the next time as I'll try something different.

It's basically like a Sonic but no tables or chairs outside to sit at even though they have plenty of room. No bathroom access such as Sonic either. I was a little disappointed about this but it is what it is. A local lady who had ordered and was waiting with me said that they were going to put tables and chairs outside but the city wouldn't let them.. That didn't make sense to me because there is a Sonic directly next door which offers tables, seating and no bathroom.. ‍ Staff was friendly and offered great service, the food was good. I was hoping to get in while it was still daylight, but made it in much later, slightly before closing. The store is also nicely maintained inside. I went to the counter where the service was very friendly. Remember that this is the South ... and not South Florida. The young lady there answered my questions as I tried to decide on a sandwich. The sandwich, presented on a croissant with sliced turkey, cheese, greens, and avocado was tasty. It went down the hatch quickly. That said, it was very good, but not substantial. Also, they serve potato chips with many of the sandwiches. While delis do do that, it's not what I would consider a satisfying side, nor a very healthy one unless you pay attention and choose the baked potato chips. I was looking around and getting a feel for the place. Like others have mentioned, the salad bar does look appetizing. Additionally, they have many other sandwiches and platters to choose from. Because of the inviting and clean interior and very good service, I'll go with 3 strong stars. I was really hoping for a more filling sandwich platter, since this would be dinner. Observed four dead roaches in pooling oil under fryers. Water leaking from pipe and/or faucet/handle. Hand washing leaking from wall by back door. Worn, torn and/or soiled floors/carpeting. Floor worn out and peeling in front of reach-in coolers. Floor under fryers soiled with pooling oil. Roach activity present as evidenced by live roaches found. Observed eight live roaches in the following locations: Two on floor under reach-in freezers by storage hallway, four on floor in employee restroom marked 'out of order' by reach-in cooler and freezers by storage hallway, one on wall behind three-compartment sink, and one under three-compartment sink on grease trap.
