HORRIBLE! Most Chick Fil A's have a great reputation for an fast and accurate drive through. NOT THIS LOCATION! The last 3 times we have gone through their drive through they have screwed up our order, and there is only 2 of us ordering!! The first time they gave us the wrong salad and wrong drink. Called them when we got home and they "told" us to come back in. The last 2 times they gave me the wrong sandwich. I even asked them to confirm the order last night and the young lady said she already did in order to ensure accuracy. Wrong!! Screwed it up for a third time in a row and when I called in the man I spoke with "told" me to come back and they would fix it. No thank you, I will just go else where! read more

Got the grilled chicken and spicy chicken. All was good but the fries could have been warmer. Overall though it was a good place to stop on a road trip. I love Chick-fil-A... The downside of being a regular is that it really stands out when things aren't right. Hopefully this location was just having an off day but to start their hashbrowns weren't salted and the coffee was so bad... I had the large vanilla iced which is a pretty simple recipe between the syrup and the milk and coffee concentrate. Their service was really fast but then again when I did get to the window to pay for my meal a large portion of my food was missing even though it was verified before I ever left the drive-thru speakers. The lady at the window was a little crass when I asked about the missing components of my order. She had to have been a team lead or operator- you'd expect more from management right? So here we are again, at another CFA, 2 days in a row! We were driving down to FL, and after getting stuck in 15-mile an hour traffic in GA, we finally stopped here for a late lunch. You can go to my review of CFA on Abercorn in Savannah to read my general sentiments of CFA, so I'll keep it short and sweet for this one! This is another busy location. We ordered without a hitch and then we found a table while we were waiting. A staff member was on the floor and came right away to wipe it off. She was so sweet with our kids and engaged them to participate in each of their table mat placing. The food came swiftly and again, they found us with the correct order with the system that each of the locations have been trained with. There was one hiccup at the end when we were about to leave. Husband wanted to me to drive the next leg of the trip, so after eating our lunch as he brought the kids to the car, I went up to order one of the iced coffee to keep me alert on the road. I ordered and paid and waited around the counter area. Some time had passed and eventually, one of the staff members checked on me to see what I was waiting for. I told her and eventually, they came back to tell me that they didn't have any left. Sigh. It was a little frustrating as I would have liked to know that when I was ordering so that I could have just not ordered anything, not waited and continued on our way. They did offer me a replacement, so I asked for a Cookies 'n Cream milkshake (which I didn't really want (but didn't mind having one, because c'mon, the Cookies 'n Cream milkshake is delicious) because I had had one the day before. They upgraded me to the largest size, which is a nice gesture but not necessarily good for my hips! Things happen and perhaps they ran out of the coffee mix on the order just before mine and they only realized as they were preparing the orders, who knows? Location too busy and they just can't keep up with supply? Whatever the reason, they made things right and that's what's important. Service is great as usual and food was fresh. Stopped off the highway with two toddlers and went inside to use the restroom. Stayed to eat lunch. We were so grateful for Jeanette's help! She made sure we had everything we needed to manage two little ones under the age of four. She even assisted us in getting more napkins, retrieving a high chair, and setting up placemats. I have never written a bad review or been disappointed with a CFA experience until today. We pulled through for breakfast. After ordering the first combo we were advised they were out of hash browns. We asked if we could get fries instead and were told "no, we don't serve fries until after 10:30". I understand that is the norm but when you run out of hash browns you should adjust and offer fries. We were not offered any other side in order to make it a combo. Ended up with 2 biscuits and a bagel, luckily we had drinks in the cooler for our trip. While getting our order, a lady walked up between our car and the pick up window fussing that her order was wrong, scared the crap out of us, not to mention she had on no mask and was practically breathing down my husband's neck. (This isn't the stores fault but it shows that this location has some work to do). As we got back on the road we started to eat, one bagel and one biscuit were ok but the chicken biscuit was hard and chewy, and I had to spit out two grizzle pieces of chicken. Really enjoyed their food. Their peach milkshake was out of this world. What I enjoyed the most was the hospitality. Very friendly and helpful. Especially if you're in a wheelchair. My wife was complaining to my mother in law about how small the chicken strip were; an employee overheard and brought two extra orders of strip to our table at no extra cost. Your fries are really like waffles and your food is so good but --- some of your food is bad .

The service from this Chick Fil A just continues to get worse. Even before COVID it was bad. You can tell the staff is just there and they are just rushing to get orders out with ZERO review the order is correct. The management staff also makes mistakes as they place and deliver orders. All about quantity but not quality. Might be the time to take a step back, complete some up training to start to regain that Chick Fil A goodness. We will not return to this location so unfortunatly if we want Chick FIl A it will require a 25 minute drive. read more

I ordered the grilled wrap combo with mac and cheese and an unsweetened tea/diet lemonade sunjoy. The wrap had a hair in it and the chicken was stringy. Definitely a different texture than what I've ever had in the wrap. The mac and cheese was just ok as the noodles were somewhat more firm than usual. The drink was just bad overall and tasted like water that was brown. Not sure what happened and if they were just having a bad/off day today, but it wasn't their usual standard. read more

This was an excellent location. We were on the road and needed a quick stop. This place has excellent service, great food and clean restrooms. I had the spicy southwest chicken salad with the avocado ranch dressing and it was tasty. Even though they are prepared ahead, it was fresh and delicious. We tried the seasonal peach milkshake and we're pleasantly pleased it was refreshing. I loved the touch of fresh flowers on the tables and the bouquets in the restrooms. read more

Chick-Fil-A fanatic here to tell you how terrible this place is. You'd think all fast food places are the same, but this Chick-fil-A is quite different. Aside from the fries always being soggy, I want to focus on the main problem at hand, how it's ran. How is my order more often incorrect than correct? I've had many good experiences here, but the past few times I've been hasn't been all that great. The customer service is always good, however most of the time, my food is missing or mixed up with something else. This time was a little different than past experiences. I had gone to chick fil a for my lunch break. Placed my order with a lady who came off a bit passive agressive, that could've just been my interpretation though. However, I placed my order for dining in, I was given my drink and a colored table marker. I asked the cashier if it mattered where I sat so they could find me, she said it didn't (because of the table marker obviously, I felt like that was a dumb question on my behalf). 10 minutes later the milkshake came out, then 20 mins past that roll by, and I haven't gotten the rest of my order. At this point, I was supposed to have been back to work. I sat there an additional 10 mins until I just walked up near the cashier, the manager (very nice woman with long blonde hair, blue eyes) on duty who had brought my milkshake over asked how my meal was. I told her I hadn't received it and I was already 10 mins late, so I just needed a refund. She was so apologetic and very professional. Gave me my refund receipt, apologized, and I headed out the door. I've worked in the restaurant industry and know how hard it can be sometimes, these people work very hard and deal with a lot of different acting customers. However the past year it's been hard to find good employees at establishments (due to nobody wanting to work), But it's just getting worse. read more

I've been in several times (I'm definitely a fan), but every time I go in, the tables are always greasy and still have little bits of leavings from previous guests. Came to this Chick-fil-a while on vacation and they over charged me after we tried to correct them without them listening one bit. Then we got our bags and the refund, which isn't in my bank yet so hopefully it really worked, only to find that we're missing sauce for our food. Typically I love chick-fil-a but this was a lackluster experience. After days of waiting I did get the refund. Still overall not happy with the experience. This place was the best Chick-fil-A I've ever been to! We were just driving on the interstate to get home from vacation and we stopped to eat breakfast. This place didn't mess up a single bit of our meal, they brought our food to us which I didn't expect, and they gave hand wipes and mint, then finally when we were done eating a very nice man offered to take our trash to throw away. This chik fil-A is pretty good, but not the best. They desperately need a bigger location. If you try to go on a weekend, the parking lot is insanely packed and hard to fit through if you're driving a big vehicle. It's nice that they have someone directing the line but good luck trying to back out of a parking spot. The drive-thru can be slow depending on when you go. The food wAs the usual, always good, Chik Fil A standard. It took a really long time to get our order. The big problem, though, was watching the rapid spread of germs! I watched one employee, who had one hand gloved & one bare, as he compacted trash with his hands, picked trash out of one can and moved it into another, compacted the trash some more, then walked up to the counter & handled bags of food for customers. Also handled packages of ketchup, dips, mints etc without ever washing his hands. Back to trash duty, he took a full bag out of the van, licked his fingers to open a new bag, put the bag in one can and hand-compacted the other trash some more. Then off to get more orders for customers without ever washing. It was all in full view so no chance that I missed him sanitizing in some way. It was so disgusting & made me wonder what happens in the areas that aren't right out front in full view. And what was the point of the one glove? It only keeps his right hand clean but doesn't keep the germs from spreading as he goes from trash to food orders. read more
