I completely understand that mistakes happen, and that's not why I'm upset. What bothered me was what happened when we went back to the drive-thru window. The employee at the window said, "Who gets bacon on their mac and cheese?" It came across as though he was mocking our order. Whether he thought we couldn't hear him or not, it was rude and unprofessional. After all, adding bacon is an option on the menu, so there was no reason to make a comment about our food choice. Unfortunately, I didn't catch the employee's name, but he appeared to be a very tall, brunet male who looked to be around 16/17 years old. After bringing the missing items to their attention, we did receive the missing nuggets. However, instead of the bacon crumbles we originally ordered, we were given bacon strips for the mac and cheese. While that wasn't a major issue, it added to this disappointing experience. I've always had great experiences at Chick-fil-A, which is why this interaction was so surprising and disappointing. I do want to mention that there was a man who appeared to be a manager who corrected another young employee while we were there, and I appreciated seeing that level of leadership. However, the employee who made the comment about our order was never corrected, at least not while we were present. Unfortunately, we left feeling disrespected, which is not something I've ever experienced at Chick-fil-A before. I hate leaving a negative review because Chick-fil-A has always been one of my favorite places to eat, and this is the first bad experience I've ever had. I'm sorry to leave a poor review over something that may seem as small as bacon crumbles, but it wasn't really about the bacon. It was about the way we were treated. I hope this feedback can be used as a coaching opportunity, because no customer should be mocked for ordering an item exactly as it's offered on the menu.

People like I encountered yesterday should not be working for KFC when there are many unemployed people in our country (not myself gratefully) who would welcome the opportunity to do quality work for KFC. Brianna horrible...details... I placed my order, got to the window only to be met by gruff Brianna, who did not give me my change of $5.00 I had to ask for it, I also had to ask for everything else I wanted, sauce, (s)fork, and in the end, I left with no napkins. Each time I asked MASSIVE RUDENESS the cashier, Brianna, without a word would slammed the window in my face, each time, then returned with the item - no kindness, no apology, no acknowledgement I had even spoken to her at all really. In the end I tried to cheer her by telling her I hoped her day got better to which she gruffly relied, that there was a new packer on the line and the problems were not her fault. This has been one of the best kfcs I've visited. I've been in many from Texas and Illinois and they have all been just awful. I don't leave sick when visiting this kfc, they have less grease than many. The customer service has been very great with our visits. Just went here and all I can say is they're seriously hurting for help. 2 girls at window and maybe 1 person getting food but that's it. Left after waiting at counter for about 4-5 minutes cause no one looked to take my order . Won't be going back anytime soon. Very poorly run. read more

There are approximately 114 big screen TVs hanging around the place playing all the sports, and one playing trivia, which is more my jam. The bartenders were all super friendly and the locals were all super nice too. Apparently they do half off wings or BOGO wings on Mondays, which everyone recommends coming back for like they do.
