Was wanting to finally go to this place now that they had a location nearby. For it being a pretty packed parking lot, I was under the impression that it would be the best of the best fast food chain restaurant. I was wrong. The spicy chicken sandwich is tiny and is no different than the crispy chicken sandwich at McDonalds, their waffle fries are a joke since it is only 4-5 pieces (which is less than the usually fries at your average fast food place). What was even more shocking was that the soup and salad combo which did not include fries was at a higher price at $9 and change (the salad tray was small enough to fit 3/4 of a sandwich you make at home for lunch and the soup was likely the same amount in a can of Campbell's soup). A spicy chicken combo and the soup and salad combo....roughly $19. The only reason why I will give 3 stars is because of the polite and quick service. read more

For many months, before I was injured, I was a very regular customer at Chick-fil-A. From the very beginning I was treated very well and before long most of the staff called me by name. I found the food to be excellent. The servers were very friendly and competent. I especially liked Arnie and Robert. I also agree with the Chick-fil-A policy of being closed on Sundays. as we all know, chick-fi-la is known for having superior service. and i'm not gonna argue with that because that is true but this time i went to chick-if-la, i was kind of disappointed with them, just a little bit. i ordered my food from the app and paid so the only thing that was left to do was to pick up the food at the designated location. my mom drove me there and then we were greeted by the employee standing next to the driveway and everything so that was good. we told them it was an online order and they got everything set for us. we got our food and drinks and headed home. and that was when i realized that they forgot my chicken sandwich. my mother called the chick-if-la and they didn't answer the first two times we called. after like 3 hours, they finally called us back and told us to DRIVE over there again and get the sandwich. i was like "what, we're not going to drive all the way back to chick-if-la just for a sandwich". but in the end, they got a little more reasonable and said they would give us a free sandwich next time we came again. i mean, it wasn't that bad and the food was bomb so 9/10. i still luv chick-if-la! read more

We decided to get everything to go and was surprised that our food was brought to us while we decided to sit at a table and wait. Everyone here is super friendly and welcoming. Although the food is extraordinary, I must say, their service is terrible. I don't usually write negative reviews, however, this has gone far enough. This week I went through drive thru and ordered a spicy chicken sandwich. I specifically asked for no pickles. Three different employees jokingly stated that I would have extra pickles in my sandwich. After paying for my sandwich, I left. I live 30 minutes away. Upon arriving at my house I took a bite and found several pickles in the sandwich. According to the receipt and everyone at Chick-Fil A there was NO PICKLES in my sandwich. This is not the first, nor the 2nd or 3rd time this has happened to me. This happens almost EVERY time I go there. I am so disappointed in Chick Fil A. Being form Georgia (where chick fil a is huge) I love some good biscuits in the morning! I've been licking enough to live close to two chick fil a's in my 8 years of living in LA. It's definitely under appreciated here. I'm not for their politics or religious beliefs, but I can excuse that for some amazing chicken! If only people knew of what the chick fil a dwarf House was here! For hose if you who don't know, it's a full service chick fil a with full sit down restaurant with a Saturday morning buffet and amazing pancakes! Anyways, this location is really clean as usual and the service is fast. I love the biscuits! I'm also really happy that I don't have to say "no egg and cheese". It's the small things in life that make me happy. In the south, you have to ask for the egg to be added it doesn't come automatic! Nothing ruins a delicious biscuit like slimy cheese! The only thing would be the inability to turn left out of the drive through. It's also in a busy area right next to pasadena City college. I will defiantly be back for a biscuit every once in a while when I don't feel like cooking breakfast at home! read more

This is the best fast food chain to open up in the SGV in the longest time! Before I used to drive all the way to Hollywood just to try their Deluxe Spicy Chicken Sandwich. Now I don't even have to take the freeway anymore. The nice about this Chick Fil-A is that they have indoor seating unlike the Hollywood location which is just the drive-thru. This Chick Fil-A is located right across the street from PCC where Burger King used to be. It's in a convenient location right at the corner so it's easy for hungry college students and drivers to get to. They also have two drive-thru lanes to accommodate the demand which is very nice. They're even faster than In-N-Out! Chick Fil-A makes the best chicken sandwiches ever! Who knew chicken sandwiches could actually taste this good? Their chicken is actually moist. Their spices are tingling with flavor. Their waffle fries are amazing. The reason why they are cut like waffles is so they can remain crunchy. Even their chicken nuggets are healthy and delicious. They cater too. The only thing you have to remember is that Chick Fil-A closes on Sunday's. So make you sure you get there on any other day of the week. read more

Hands down one of the best experiences I have ever had at a fast food restaurant. I interacted with 4-5 different staff. Every single one of them was pleasant and respectful. All smiles, which seemed to put all the patrons in a good mood as well. I was there on a Friday during breakfast when the restaurant was as busy as it could get. Not one worker seemed overwhelmed. I have never written a review on Yelp, but I just went to Chick-fil-A and I don't know about the entire franchise, but this location is by far the best fast food place I've ever been to. The personal touch of the drive through with workers standing outside to greet you and take your order (IN THE CALIFORNIA SUMMER JESUS CHRIST) is unlike any place I've been too. I smiled the whole drive home because of how kind all the workers were. One employee in particular, Jasmine, took my order and was so kind and bubbly and seriously deserves a raise for having to wear pants in 90 degree weather in the direct path of the sun. I only give this chic-fil-a, 3 stars because out of all the places I've been too this location is the only location who doesn't allow you to add extras unto your salad . For example extra egg . Eggs are very low in cost & I'm not sure as too why customers are not allowed to get extra eggs on a salad. I've been told multiple times , that it's because how much traffic they get prepping is too much . Hmm okay with all the employees at the location, why is prepping so hard I'm a chef myself very well in the industry & usually if your restaurant is getting a lot of traffic you would want to prep more & let customers add extras to make money right ? Maybe it's just me but overall they do a GREAT job at taking orders & getting the food out I just find that to be a little strange . Just a suggestion ( if your restaurant has a steady flow of traffic I would add extras to the menu & maybe charge .50 cents for it, if the labor of work is too much make profit off of it) thanks guys ! I have been waiting countless days for this business to open up in my neighborhood. Ever since I first wrapped my lips around the tasty poultry they call a chicken sandwich, I've been hooked. And now that it's a block away from my house, I feel like God has given me a gift greater than eternal life. About this location, it's the nicest one I've ever been to aesthetically. I'm so proud to say the Pasadena location is in my neighborhood. Like I really brag to people about it who really don't give a shit. The food quality goes without saying. I had the breakfast the other day and I fucking love it. The buttermilk biscuit bun on the chicken, egg and cheese sandwich almost brought tears to my eyes. The chicken minis, my lord... AMAZING. And the sweet tea is bonerific. Lastly, the service was nothing short of exceptional. I felt like a king in there. Like I crowned myself, Sir. The chubby dude who manned the floor came back to the table, I shit you not, at least 10 times to make sure we were okay. He'd make a great pet. Oh and did I mention the sauces?!? They're not out in the open like other Chick Fil-A's I've been to, but they're not stingy about it when you ask. If I had to nitpick, I'd say the only shitty thing about this joint is it's not open on Sundays.
