The customer service here SUCKS!!! To top it off the manager did a poor job of handling the situation. First off, the line is extremely long and slow. I was in line for a long time when all of a sudden a car cuts several of us . I was not that upset but people behind me were honking and honking.. I thought, I will tell the people that work there and maybe they can put our order before him. But no, when I told the guy he said sorry it's already in. Oh well. So right when I was going to order the car in front, that cut us off , calls the guy back and adds more to his order. Seriously!!!!! So then when I approached closer I told the manager my situation and he said they were sorry and that they do try to hold orders of people that cut. But then he goes and talks to that guy that cut me off and they fist bump each other. Talk more , then he high fives him and walks away laughing. Seriously , that was rude. I just had this guy it ne and several other cars off, and that is how you handle it. It just made me feels worse. When he came back to me he just said sorry. Then to top this off instead of trying to make my experience better they had me wait even more by sending me to the side and wait longer. Soooo sad that they did not see that customer experience is very important. I don't care how good your food is, if you don't know how to treat customers, I'm done. I won't be going there ever again. The food and service is consistent across all CFAs, and the Pasadena one is no different. Food: I love to order the spicy chicken sandwich with a large upgrade with comes with a large waffle fry, and a large drink. My favorite sauce is the polynesian because it is sweet and neutralizes the spiciness. I also really enjoy the sweet tea. The sweet tea is a under rated! Service: The service is always excellent here. I haven't been treated poorly at all! Ambiance: There are plenty of tables inside and outside since it is located near PCC. If you go during school hours, there will be a wait in line. The floors are clean and everything is maintained. The bathrooms are always clean as well. Overall, I highly recommend chick-fil-a for anyone who hasn't tried it. The waffle fries are some of the best waffle fries I've ever had. I obviously drive to chick fil a to get it... which defeats the whole purpose of me ordering the food to my house. I'm in the chick fil a line for 20 minutes... it wasn't even packed!! I guess the people in front of me had big orders and chick fil a was also getting their order wrong too.. Awesome every time! I use to come often because it is located right across the street from Pasadena City college, and they've always been very consistent with both the service, and their food. I HIGHLY HIGHLY recommend getting their waffle fries (with Chick-fil-A and Polynesian sauce). They didn't give me much fries this time which was unfortunate but its all good. Their sandwiches are also pretty good, although it can be a little pricey depending on which one you choose. I use to dislike like how they used foil bags to package their sandwiches which ends up making the bun soggy, but today they used boxes which is much better! Will be back! Quick service, everyone is friendly, and the food is always delicious. Even when we had a problem one time with our food, they would correct it right away and even give us a free food coupon for next visit. Download their app, and they will give you a surprise free food once in a while. Their FB page also announced events and free breakfast week. Recently they had a free 6 piece nuggets and I decided to get the healthier grilled option. I was very surprised how delicious this is! It was juicy, flavorful and very tender! And of course, even when I want to eat healthy I still get their waffle fries! :") My favorite sauce for their sandwiches is the honey roasted BBQ sauce. Disclaimer: This bad review DOES NOT reflect my overall assessment and opinion of Chick-fil-A. In fact, in general I am satisfied with Chick-fil-A's service and food at most if not all of their restaurants I've eaten at. However, this review is specifically targeting a very bad experience with food poisoning I had with an item over the weekend. Please read on. Over the weekend, my wife and I decided on a whim to drop by Chick-fil-A to get a frosted coffee (for the wife) and a seasonal peach milkshake (for myself). They tasted fine, but... a couple hours later, I came down with severe diarrhea (sorry, TMI). That was 5 days ago, and guess what? I still haven't recovered from my serious GI distress... food poisoning is serious business, but I never expected to contract it from Chick-fil-A, of all places, given their sterling reputation for the high quality of their food, service, cleanliness, etc.. And, of course, we all hear horror stories and warnings about never ordering ice cream/soft-serve at fast food restaurants because their ice cream machines rarely get cleaned, etc., but I guess I took the chance and got tagged with some tainted milkshake... ugh. By the way, I am quite sure that it was the milkshake that made me sick, for two main reasons: 1) I didn't eat or drink anything else that morning/day before I got sick, and 2) my wife had the frosted coffee and was fine (and I had a bit of her frosted coffee, too). I guess I wanted to write this review to A) inform and warn other customers of this having happened to me, and potentially happening to others, B) perhaps other customers had a similar experience with food poisoning from Chick-fil-A during those couple days, or perhaps at a different time, which would confirm that it was in fact the milkshake i.e. ice cream machine that's the culprit, and lastly, C) inform the management at this Chick-fil-A location to investigate and also be more careful with cleaning, sanitation, and food safety in their store. I have extensive professional background in food, foodservice, and food safety, so I do have a good handle on this subject. Y'all stay safe and healthy out there! read more

The only thing I ever complained about was the water being too hot, my toddler is unable to wash her hands. I told one of the staff named Arnie and I was assured that they will look into it. After my first bite, I was so shocked at how delicious it was and why I never come more. Chick-fil-A is the best comfort fast food place to go to on mondays-saturdays, since they close on sundays. We ordered and paid and even though our order was repeated back to us it was wrong. Instead of a peach milkshake we were given a peach mango tea or lemonade. When I noticed we handed it back but then the team realized what we got charged for was the lemonade so when then needed to pay again and wait on the new milkshake.
