Seems like a mom and pop joint and i really want to love it. But there's a lot of competition around especially at the price point. I'd forgotten to order fried chicken for a party I was hosting. In a panic, I went to the restaurant two hours before the event. The woman who took my order was so nice. I asked if I could pick up 40 pieces of chicken in an hour and a half and she said it would be no problem. The chicken was ready as promised. Everyone loved the chicken. It was crispy and delicious. Wow! I had another location like 15 years ago and wasn't impressed. This location though has really solid fried chicken, jumbo shrimp, and catfish! Fries are alright but it's nicely seasoned. I got#22 but I asked for 1 fish be swapped with a chicken thigh because I wanted to try everything and they kindly obliged. I'm never in the area but if I am this is now an option. This was an interesting experience. It's an Asian owned chicken place. I ordered the 16 piece meal. I looked at the photo and it was 32$ but actually was 49.50$ on arrival. I should have asked. The food was clean and great. The breast was a bit dry but the skin was crunchy. The spices on the skin was not bold but good. I saw a lot of people order the cat fish and they are busy so it's definitely a place that has fresh oil and is well visited. I was Approached twice for money outside the place so beware.
