The portion size is perfect. For about $7.00 you get a very satisfying meal. I prefer the spicy chicken which actually does have a slight kick. Compared to other spicy chicken sandwiches that claim to be spicy. It's also mostly chicken and not 90 percent breading. The shakes are also fantastic and they make a decent breakfast. Love this place so much! I love all the food that they sell there, everything there is just so amazing. Although there isn't a chick-fil-a near me it is worth the drive to get such amazing food. This Chick-fil-A replaced the Burger King that was there before and the difference is enormous. We watched as the old BK was torn down and would see the progress of the new place going up and when we found out that it was going to be a Chick-fil-A, we were totally excited. Once it was finished, we were one of the many who visited it when it opened on its first day and it's been busy ever since. I never saw the parking lot filled with BK and now you're lucky if you can find parking here now. Pasadena has needed a Chick-fil-A for so long and those of us who love it are now making trips several times per week now. I've been to several other stores over the years but the level of good food and incredible customer service puts all the others to shame. I always get the strip meal as the nuggets are a bit small for me, but the thing worth mentioning is the crazy customer service that they provide. The lines can get a little long because it's so popular now, but the staff speed through the orders so you don't have to wait long. Most of the time the order is brought to the table before we even get settled and the staff are always helping and bringing extras and filling up your drinks and just making sure your needs are always met there. The owner, Adaobi is at the store almost every day making sure that the staff are not only doing the best jobs for the customers, but to help them out in doing it. She is not just an owner that expects her staff to work hard for her...She is a worker just like them and is doing as much work to make sure that the customer is happy as any of the staff. When Adaobi sees that you come in a lot, she greets you and at times even sits down and talks with you, getting to know the family and appreciating your business and loyalty. Our Kids now want to go here several times per week now and since it's a more healthy choice, we all go a lot now and every time we do and Adaobi sees us, she waves and pops over to say hi. My mom and I went to this Pasadena Chick-Fil-A for breakfast one morning, and this location seemed pretty new. It was relatively uncrowded, so my mom and I were able to enjoy a delicious breakfast in peace. The customer service here was great and the girls working were helpful. They didn't forget to give me the cup of water that I asked for, and they were quick to take our trash when we were done eating. I like this location because it looks modern, it's clean and it's brightly lit. It's nice to know that there's a Chick-Fil-A in the Pasadena area. Plus, parking's available and it's not hard to find. Here's what we got: "Chick-n-Minis": I opted for these minis for breakfast, since they were light and they reminded me of sliders. They feature bite-sized Chick-fil-A nuggets nestled in warm, mini yeast rolls that are lightly coated with honey butter. I could definitely see the honey glaze atop the rolls. I chose the three-piece minis, and I asked for that addictive Chick-Fil-A sauce for dipping. I enjoyed the bite-sized pieces, and they were gone rather quickly because they are tiny. But, this is a great breakfast option if you don't feel like eating a whole sandwich but still want to enjoy the deliciousness of the chicken. "Multigrain Oatmeal": My mom really enjoys the multigrain oatmeal from Chick-Fil-A, and she always gets it if we stop by for breakfast. This mouth-watering cinnamon pastry is made into easy-to-eat clusters, which are served warm and topped with vanilla icing. Since Cinnabons are my guilty pleasure, I'm sure I would like this decadent treat. Definitely a sweet way to start off the day. "Bacon, Egg & Cheese Biscuit": If I get a breakfast sandwich from Chick-Fil-A, it's usually this one ... unless I'm indeed craving chicken. This meal features delicious strips of applewood smoked bacon, along with a folded egg and cheese served on a freshly baked buttermilk biscuit. Love it here, everyone is so nice... Weekday lunches are super busy, the drive thru is exactly like In n Out. They have two lanes like in n out, but after your order is done the two lanes merge together. If way pretty fast so no complaints here. I've also dined in and it was loud, bust, and fast! This was the first time I have eaten inside Chick-fil-A in Old Pasadena. I love the location because it is right across the street from the beautiful Pasadena City College. This place seemed to be on point. They had workers approach the customers as they were eating to ask if they needed refills on their drinks and/or if they wanted their trash to be thrown away. The only complaint that I have is the fact that they forgot our food! It appeared that they were very attentive to the other customers as we sat and waited over 15 minutes for our food. The best drive through service I've ever experienced! The workers were taking orders from 2 lines under the scorching sun and they still managed to make me feel appreciated as a customer. I got the spicy chicken deluxe with Chick-fil-A sauce and also the Spicy Buffalo sauce. They brought it out to my car in less than 10 minutes even with a line in front and back of me. To my surprise, Chick-Fil-A has done an outstanding job at trying to keep traffic off the streets and their drive thru moving. Not only do they have crew members outside to help take with orders, they have done their best to accommodate as many cars as they can as they form 2-3 lines in their lot. On top of that, they leave a lane open for exiting as they can expedite smaller orders more quickly and ultimately getting more cars out quicker. Bravo. read more

My first time here...at any Chick-Fil-a. This is a new branch that's across from Pasadena City College. Had the Asian chicken salad and found the portion a bit on the small side for an $8 salad. Overall, it wasn't anything special...not for $8. I've never understood what the appeal of this place is but maybe I should have had their classic deep fried chicken sandwich and those criss-cross cut fries. I was lookin for a lighter option and thought I'd try something new. Lastly, there were two ladies who appeared to be managers (with Chick-Fil-a name tags) who looked very unapproachable and as though they were havin a bad day. Literally stomping through the aisles. I'm a frequent visitor of this store. I moved from Northridge to Pasadena about 6 months ago. Right off the bat, this store's food and service is way under that of which is displayed and given at Northridge. When it's good it's great, but when it's bad it ruins my day. This store constantly forgets something on my order. Today they forgot my spicy chicken sandwich. The last time I came here they skimped me out on my tenders. I do not not recommend their tenders here due to the fact that the kitchen will give you the tiniest skinniest pieces of chicken and call it a tender. Another time, I'm lactose intolerant and I tell them no cheese and when I get home there's cheese on my sandwich. My wife is allergic to pickles and sometimes they leave the pickles in the sandwich. She can't eat it afterwards. In another instance, I called once and let them know they forgot one of my sandwiches I spoke with Oscar, he said I could come pick up a "care order" so I came that day and was rung up on the drive thru for my sandwich I didn't get along with more food and I NEVER received a care order. I never got my missing sandwich. Let's not forget if you order Mac and cheese there's a strong chance you won't get a utensil to eat it. I think I've been given a utensil for my Mac only one time that I've been coming to the Pasadena CFA. At some point you just get tired of the missing items and the store not being accurate with my order. The fries were great looking but it was cold literally cold. We took out and when I got the bag I took one out to hope it taste as good as it looked and it was cold very disappointing... This is my go-to Chick-fil-A location. The workers here are the best even though it's a "fast food" joint, I have gotten much worse service in dine in restaurants. I absolutely love their breakfast menu the best although you can't really go wrong ordering anything off their breakfast or lunch menu. Also my dogs love their grilled chicken and when we go through their driveway the workers give them doggo treats which is a plus to my heart. The restaurant is clean, has ample parking, fast and excellent service, and delicious food, drinks, and treats (from their shakes to their vanilla cold brew coffee...) I feel so out of place with this review everything is sporadic so I'm just going to end with: great breakfast (classic biscuit sandwich), delicious sauces (their version of sriracha), and awesome service. Yeah, we're quarantined, but we had to get a gift card, so we drove on in. First of all, my daughter is learning to drive and second of all there was a LINE. The manager, possibly owner, was out front directing traffic and sharp eyed guy, he figured out that my daughter was a new driver.
