Overall my past experiences at this Chik-Fil-a were great. The chicken is flavorful and the service is usually exceptional. However during my last visit the cashier's service was subpar. She would not let me finish ordering before she would move around to put something away. I asked for 3 sauces and they only got one of them correct. After I leave, I open my bag to find that I got a chicken sandwich instead of chicken strips. Since I had already left and the food is pretty good, I go ahead and eat the chicken sandwich that I didn't order to find out it's a spicy chicken sandwich. What else could I do but eat it? I wasn't counting on eating a fairly spicy chicken sandwich but over all it was good. The positive is that I was full and the meal was pretty good. The bad thing is that you can't even get the food you order and pay for anymore these days after getting past the poor customer service. Did I also forget to mention that before I was given my order, the person before me was complaining that they didn't get something that they ordered and had to check through his receipt? Come on Chik-Fil-a. Every other time (4xs) was great. Don't become a part of the bad service epidemic like your competitors have. read more

Just started eating chicken recently and this restaurant was part of my reintroduction to chicken. I was pleasantly surprised for a fast food chain, service is very friendly and efficient. I ordered the spicy chicken combo with the waffle fries for my first order here and it was decent. The chicken sandwhich was pretty tasty. The fries were cool but I just got a little amount, like three fries. That was a little disappointing for a fry girl like myself. Yummm yummm yummm, my son and I love the spicy chicken sandwiches. Since the fast food options in our neck of the woods are pretty scarce it's nice to have a treat now and again. We don't make it to Chick-Fil-A quite often but when we do, damn it's good! This location is brand spankin' new and they have some quirks to work out, especially drive thru (but lets face it folks none of us should see a drive thru more than a few times a year). The wait was long, but boy was it worth it when we got home and got into these bad boys. Delish! and don't get me started on the Chick-Fil-A sauce... Soooo good!! Waffle fries and even soda - Hello! Yes, this is how we rung in the first day of 2015 in-between 12 hours of football on the sofa. Despite the fact the lights completely WENT OUT while we were eating here, I feel like it heightened the experience of eating my most favorite place ever! I am so glad they opened one of these in Pasadena, since the others are quite a ways away from me. I have been eating here since I can remember, and it hasn't changed since I was a wee little girl. The facility is HUGE, even the parking is massive compared to the dinky Burger King that used to be there. It's also very popular, and always packed- so plan ahead! Despite the crowd, I parked, ordered and received my food in no longer than 5 minutes! Now that's fast food! I had the Spicy Deluxe Chicken Sandwich combo- and let me just tell you, It was delicious! As a kid, I usually ordered the nuggets, but the chicken sandwich still reminded me of those childhood memories eating at Chick Fil A. Came to this chik fil a after donating some stuff to the salvation army. I've been to the one nesr costco in montebllo and this one is so much better. There chicken nuggets are a good size and the spicy chicken is super moist and flavorful with a nice small kick. They get really packed since today was saturday but they were really efficient with it. They had 4 people with tablets taking order and 1 person walking food out from the window. The line of cars was all the way out the driveway but they cared enough to know we got places to go and we just want our food, stuff our face and be outta there! If you're going to do fast food, this is your best option. Chicken done right (for fast food of course). Nascar of drive-thrus with 2 lanes and fast workers. I always get the number 2 with no cheese, waffle fries and chick-fil-a dipping sauce. Yum. You'll feel better about eating fast food, even though the waffle fries are still high in calories. Chick-fil-A has hands down the BEST drive through experience I've ever had!! The first time we went on a Saturday during quarantine and the lines were SOOO long, I was sure we would be waiting for at least 30 minutes. I'm not kidding you, we were outta there in less than 10 minutes. I was shocked!! They created 4 separate lines and had people guiding you into each line. Everything is contactless so make sure you look at their menu prior so you know what you want. They urge people to pay via their app or by credit card to limit the amount of cash handling. They bring your order out to you and know which car you're in and then guide you out of the line. My only complaint is that the second time we went, they forgot all of our sauces which is the best part of the meal! It's hard to call this fast food because it is unlike any other "fast food" place out there. The quality always blows my mind in terms of: 1. Customer service 2. Cleanliness 3. Food quality 4. Ambiance 5. Overall hospitality I try my best to pick the healthiest option no matter where I go, and they have so many options for me. Grilled chicken is my favorite and it's always fresh, flavorful, and tender. I can also get a delicious salad and/or fruit. They even have diet lemonade! They have table service and the employees are some of the friendliest people I've ever encountered. It's something that is sadly rare in most other dining establishments and I deeply appreciate Chick fil A for being a prime example of how dining should be. Fast food or not. Seriously, this is the is one if the best things that happened to Pasadena. I've came here twice and it's only been open for 4 days. I love how I can hop in the car and get here in 3 minutes. Everyone here is super friendly and they help you going your tray of food to the table. Everyone here always have a smile on their face and that never happens at a fast food joint. My favorite is the Spicy Chicken Sandwich with Colby jack cheese. Don't forget to ask for their signature Chick-Fil-A sauce Cuz it is delicious. Actually, all of their sauces are super good. I definitely enjoy Chick Fil A sandwiches, waffle fries, and most of all, soft serve ice cream. Not only do they serve delicious food, their customer service is absolutely outstanding and eerily mirrors Disneyland. Everyone I've encountered is super clean cut and courteous. It's not a bad thing but it's something I've noticed at most Chick Fil A's. This restaurant is immaculately clean. There is always an employee cleaning the tables or the common areas. A dirty table never stays dirty for more than a few minutes. It has become a favorite stop over for lunch! The only minor gripe (and praise) is that they are closed Sunday. Do yourself a favor and don't come here during lunch time for the first few months until the Chick-fil-A craze dies down.. worst parking situation ever. I sat in my car for 10 minutes trying to get out due to the long line of cars going into the drive thru creating a jam throughout the parking lot. Onto the food. The description reads: A boneless breast of chicken seasoned to perfection, hand-breaded, pressure cooked in 100% refined peanut oil and served on a toasted, buttered bun with dill pickle chips, Green Leaf lettuce, tomato and American cheese. This sandwich boggles my mind because the chicken is cooked in peanut oil, which means I should really end up in the hospital after eating it since I have a peanut allergy. But my doctor said I can have trace amounts and for some unknown reason my allergy isn't triggered by this chicken. Very odd but I am so glad because I really like this sandwich, especially when combined with their Chick-fil-A Sauce! The sauce is really the magical ingredient to bump this sandwich from good to great! I also love the Waffle Potato Fries here--these are also great with the original Chick-fil-A sauce, although sometimes I like to switch it up and get it with the Polynesian Sauce which is pretty good. Really, any sauce would be good with these because they are waffle-shaped potatoes that have been fried and you cannot go wrong with that. He is constantly checking in on both the customers and the fellow employees. He made this quick pop in feel like a restaurant.
