Up there with In-n-out Burger for world class fast food service, heck, world-class restaurant service. Love the foam cups for soft drinks. Keeps it cooler longer with less melting ice. Also, I like having the option of caffeine-free diet Coke. Not many places offer it, but its a nice option for supper. The Chick-fil-A BBQ sauce is a good one, well worth it. It goes without saying the chicken is fantastic. Love the grilled nuggets and the finger. The Chicken noodle soup is my favorite. Love it. Best Anywhere. And the sanitizing wipes are a helpful touch. Have had ok experiences previously. This time drive thru was very disorganized, worker reached into my truck and put her arm on my windowsill (invasive and akward) and at drive thru when I asked for a second on making change they insisted on me taking coins and were very rude about it. Asked for manager and asked him to ask rude employee to step away for conversation but he did not and was very condescending. I guess Christian is code for rude and condescending jerks. Do not come to this location for breakfast. We know Breakfast sandwiches have smaller/less ounces chicken filets Compared to lunch and dinner chicken filets. In Phoenix area for a lil bit, a friend & I decided to go for some good ol' Chick-Fil-A when suddenly we noticed a trend of colored folks waiting around for their food including my friend himself. Meanwhile the white folk got their food served to them no problem. I really do hope this was just a one time thing, a coincidence but it was also a bit odd that the names were only being messed up for said color folk. As an example a colored man ordered food under the name of "Andrew" and it was being called out as "Andrea." We're guessing it was so that the customer would not receive his food & was forced to wait longer. Same for my friend, Gio which had his name switched to "Gil." My favorite fast food! Healthy grilled chicken sandwiches, salads and GRILLED NUGGETS! The waffle fries are delicious but the kale side salad and fruit side are great too! I love the diet lemonade (I get half water half lemonade because the lemonade is so strong! But I know a lot of people who like it that strong, I'm just more of a flavored water girl). The sauces are really flavorful, my personal fav is the honey BBQ. Inside is always meticulously clean and the sauces are always perfectly lined up and organized. I have always had excellent service, very nice, helpful and accommodating staff. It's a little bit more expensive than a typical fast food restaurant but it's worth every penny! My wife loves this place and so do I! It can be pretty busy most of the times but they have done some great things to make sure everything is moving fast and well. The food is always tasty! They keep it simple when it comes to chicken sandwiches and I camp appreciate that. The staff is always friendly and very fast at what they do. They make you feel welcome and then get you on your way. Just like the way you want a nice family gathering to be. If that drive thru is busy they you can always go inside, sometime its fast. It should come as no surprise that Chick-Fil-A makes a darn good chicken sandwich. And this location did a darn good job of it. The staff was welcoming and eager to serve while the manager didn't stop moving for a second keeping the restaurant clean and in order, even making sure that all chairs were properly and evenly situated under the tables. Ok, we never had an issue with this location ever. Everyone was friendly and the food was good - until yesterday 2/7/23 around 3pm. The guy who took the order was ~ ok. Not friendly or rude, just didn't look or sound happy to be taking orders. My grilled chicken sandwich was dry - my son's spicy chicken strips looked a bit over cooked, but tasted good. Then when we were finishing up eating and my son had left to the restroom, a tall male employee came and sanitized the seat my son had sat on, mind you, my daughter and I were still sitting at that same table. He left but when I started gathering our garbage he came back and started sanitizing our table while wee were still sitting down, my daughter still chewing her food and I was drinking my drink waiting for my son. It reaked of sanitizer smell! I looked around and there were other empty tables that were dirty, I looked behind me and there were two young employees looking at him smiling. We are some big chick fil a fans so when we came into this restaurant we expected nothing less but what we received was not up expectations. Order a a chick fil a deluxe with just cheese and patty. Order came with everything on it including the wrong cheese. Order a peach milkshake was told that it was out and we opted to get a strawberry on instead. After we receive the milkshake one of the workers said oh we are making the peach now. THREE consecutive times in a row they have significantly screwed up drive thru orders- twice completely left food out that was ordered, and once screwed up the order itself by not giving us what we ordered and giving us something else instead. By the time I get home and see it then call them, their response is for me to come back for the refund. Well played on them. I'm not driving another 30 minutes there and back for a refund of a sandwich. They can't or won't just credit my account. My time isn't worth the several dollar refund to drive there and back when at that point we just want to eat our food at home. In my relatively long life I had never been to a Chick-fil-A. Originally it was purposeful because of their backward corporate stance on LGBT issues, but since they have tempered their political ways and I had they opportunity, I went. Dang, that is one terrific chicken sandwich. I could literally snarf that Chick-fil-A dip right out of the packet. The waffle fries came to me quite cool and slightly soggy so if I return, I will probably substitute them, with a surcharge, for one of the healthier options like a salad. I was not too pleased that the drinks were served in styrofoam. In the desert heat styrofoam does keep drinks cooler but the landfills are filled with this non bio-degradable, non recycable product that takes 500 years to decompose so it would be nice if they could make a different choice to serve their drinks. Delicious food, cheerfully served. I had the lemon blended freeze. Like a dream circle but with lemons. The fries are as good as McD's but better because the waffle shape holds the heat for longer. And the famous chicken was moist and tender. Mmmmm! We just stopped in for a bite after waiting for 15 minutes at the near by Red Robin where we were completely ignored. Not even eye contact, or an "I'll be with you in a minute folks", so we left and came to Chick-Fil-A where they know how to treat their valued customers. If I could give a 10 star rating then this establishment would get it! Hands down the BEST most AMAZING service I've ever received. The cashier was very polite and patient and even brought us out order number and drinks when we left them at the cash registers. When she brought them to us she asked if we needed any sauces which we had totally forgotten to ask for when we ordered. Food arrived in a very speedy time. Once the food arrive it was very fresh and delicious. Them an older gentleman came to the table with a tray full of breakfast sandwiches, he said they were left over and were offering them for free. I always ask for my reviews if they have a military discount but the lady at the counter said all the stores talked and came to the consensus that they will not offer a military discount which is fine but she seamed to be mad that I even asked and seamed to be disgruntled toward military in general. So I asked if they offer a law enforcement discount for my review as well and she said only in uniform. Which is also fine but gave me the dirtiest look. It's amazing how much nicer the employees are at the one by the AMC Deer Valley. And I really did think they were pro military but oh well I guess they could care less and I don't mean about the discount but the employees in general.
