Very poor experience and bad customer service I went to this Panda Express at 8:40 PM, and they close at 10:00 PM, but almost all the food was already removed. There were only a few items left and very little rice, as if they were already closed. The staff attitude was unfriendly and made us feel like we were bothering them instead of being customers. Got you, boss. This version adds that pressure and still hits hard: Spent over $125 here and it turned into an absolute disaster. I placed my order at 7:45pm with a scheduled pickup of 8:27pm, showed up early at 8:11pm, and my entire order was already sitting on an unheated shelf getting cold with no accountability for how long it had been there. That's not just poor service, that's a blatant food safety issue. Hot food left sitting out at improper temperatures is exactly how you violate basic health code standards and put customers at risk. When I refused to take cold, unsafe food and asked for it to be remade, the manager flat out refused and said it would just be refunded, then even tried to withhold my receipt until I had to take it myself. I have contacted corporate multiple times requesting to be contacted by a District Manager and have never once received a follow up. Being ignored at every level says everything about how this location is run. At this point I'll be escalating this publicly and filing a complaint with the health department regarding improper food handling and temperature control. Horrible customer service at this location. This location stops prepping food more than 30 minutes before close, so if you go in you get what they have left over. They were out of rice and egg/vegetable rolls and thats all there is to it at that point, employees don't care. One was walking around in the dining area and one employee was behind the serving line. I go this panda quite often. And the panda on happy valley road. Every time I go to the one on 59th avenue I am disappointed by the one small spoonful of rice they give and deliberately small serving sizes.. I will not go here, opting to go to the one on happy valley. Never have any problems with that one. :) the girl literally put the third item teriyaki chicken in the small box, about 1/2 full. I just left this location and had a wonderful experience, my family meal was a TINY BIT late taking less than five minutes longer than anticipated and the team was so responsive and quick to apologize for the wait, which wasn't even very long, they offered a drink while I was waiting. I find this type of customer service hard to find these days, but will absolutely return to this location based only on customer service. Don't bother going after 8pm because whenever I get off work I like to get food and go straight home and enjoy my dinner found out they always try to convince me to get something else since there out of what I want. I love this! I got the large entree box of orange chicken. Andrew was helping me out, he did a decent job of filling the box full of orange chicken. Everyone was busy with other customers or cleaning, then another employee came over to check on Andrew - grabbed my box and proceeded to put more orange chicken in there... It was clear to me that Andrew was "in-training" and I was pleased with the amount of food I got in the large box. I get to the register and the cashier, the 3rd employee, just finished up with another customer - likely didn't notice the other employee's attempt at getting more chicken in - she opens the box and then goes to over to show Andrew she can get even more orange chicken in the box! good fast service. Very clean premises and attentive service the minute I walked in. They offered a free sample or two right away. service was very friendly and I appreciate that they gave a Midwestern University employee discount or a military discount both being the same amount. My orange chicken was hot and tender, the chow mein was good as usual and the beef I chose I can't remember exactly which one it is but it was very good tender and spiced just the right amount. had a glass of water and cost me under $8 for dinner. This location has been around for a while and has never let me down. Good food at a good price. Low mein, fried rice, Beijing beef, sweet fire and orange chicken all warm, fresh and flavorful.
