Drive up window teller I had was really rude to me. I didn't understand why.. I felt I spoke very politely when asking for my order. Tonight I returned to this particular business to allow them an opportunity to correct last weeks horrific meal. I was surprised that no effort was made to make up for the nasty, dry, cold sandwich - even after I showed the picture. I told the girl I didn't want another sandwich like this and showed her the photo. She replied Ok and proceeded to take my order. I eat at this place, correction - used to eat at this place at least once or twice per week (sometimes more) due to its proximity to work. No more. I will no longer support this location. The crew always greets me by name and is always SO kind!! This location also is SO fast bringing out the food, most of the time they have my food ready before I get to my table! I live right near this location and I am consistently blown away by how well this location is run. Management here knows how to run a business. 1) The drive through is always super efficient feeling. I am always moving. 2) The food is consistently top quality. I can't believe how good they make this stuff. But today was the kicker. I showed up at 10:33am folks. That is 3 full minutes after breakfast was closed down for the day. Ordered breakfast and the guy told me there was not more breakfast. I looked at the time and realized I missed it by 3 minutes. But had we been served at 10:29am they would've made us our entire meal. We order these drinks in the drive thru: One Sweet Tea, One Half Sweet Tea/ Half Lemonade (Arnold Palmer), they ALWAYS get it wrong! Either one of us will get just sweet tea, just get unsweet tea, unsweet tea with lemonade, it's a disaster. I love this Chick-Fil-A! It is always clean and inviting. The employees are very friendly and genuinely seem happy to work here. We've attended their family craft nights-- Daisy Bunny at Easter and Fathers Day card making (free meal for fathers!). They are always sending us free offers through the app. And for awhile, they had free breakfast every Tue morning! Our 2 year old toddler loves playing in the play area which is the perfect size for her. So glad this is in the neighborhood! read more

Edna and Ken are the best and I can say they are the reason we keep coming back! Edna is a rock star, she treats everyone like there is no other customer there. Susanna called next, I went and its not like I could have the person behind me go cause no one was there. I commented on facebook and a member of management replied to me saying if I emailed her she'd give me a gift card to replace the sandwich that was made incorrectly. I emailed her and got no reply. I say "thank you" as many times as I can just to hear them say "my pleasure"! My kids love their shakes more than any other ice cream treat anywhere! I almost feel bad giving chik fil a a bad review because generally I love it. However with this location I have had many issue. Almost every time I go to this location I feel like I am getting jipped. They skimp a ton on what you pay for. I ate here a few weeks ago and we ordered large fries but when we got them they were barley half full. Finally yesterday I got a salad from this location and only got three pieces of chicken. For a freaking 8 dollar salad! I would totally recommend chik fil a just don't go to this one if you want your money's worth. Drive to the location on Thomas and Camelback, I have never had tons of problems there. The lines are crazier but they won't straight up screw you out of your money like the Indian School location will. read more

Went to drive thru for breakfast.... Got there about 12 minutes before breakfast stopped. there was about four cars in head of me at the ordering speaker box. Waited, waited, waited.... Got to speaker box before 10:30 but there was the older gentleman taking orders an additional 2 cars ahead. Went past speaker box, watched him take his sweet ole time and then when he approached my car, he took off the breakfast menu to expose lunch menu. I told him I didn't want lunch that I wanted breakfast. He said it was too late, I said you took so long taking everyone's orders and messing around having them pay when I've been clear clearly in plenty enough time to get breakfast. He said it doesn't matter where you order it's whenever you get to me is when you place the order. Which is complete BS because I have been waiting in line at that point for over 10 minutes. So when I got to the window another 10 minutes later, which was only three cars ahead of me, I told them that I didn't want lunch I wanted breakfast and why do you have to wait so long to order. Manager said sorry we don't have any more breakfast except for one thing which I did not want so I drove away completely unhappy. Now the manager could do something about it they just choose not to. I'll ever go back here again because the guy that takes orders in the drive-through is always rude and impatient. When someone has been waiting in line for that many minutes you should definitely serve them breakfast. do you have the ability to just choose not to which I think is also complete BS. I was in line at least 22 minutes which is a complete waste of time especially for drive-through fast food. I left with nothing. Chick-fil-A this man is slowing down your business! WOW!!! Awesome food. We drove all the way from East Mesa for the sweet tea. We came in on Saturday for lunch. I got the Cobb salad with the apple cider dressing and it was Awesome!!!
