We had been to the Ingo's located downtown, and just because of the location, it seems quite different from this one. I really like this casual place. The round building itself is small. Inside, there is a semi circle counter with stools on one side and the child on the other. I always like when you can see into the kitchen, and if you're seated at the counter, it's like a dinner show. That is the only indoor seating. The patio is great with lots of string lights and plants creating a kind of lush space. We sat outside because the weather was perfect for it. You order at the window and they give you a number for your table. I will say that everyone I spoke to there was exceptionally friendly and helpful. I even told hubby how nice everyone is when I got back to the table. Hubby ordered a cheeseburger, which was served with a cucumber dill salad. I didn't taste the butter, but hubby says it was good. I did taste the cucumber salad, v and it was really good. I ordered the turkey chopped salad, which was good. It was a good quality turkey, though it wasn't a "chopped" salad like you usually think. The dressing was very good We also ordered Shattered Potato Chips, which are like house made potato chips, but different. They are thick cut, so the are crispy on the outside but also kind of chewy. I paid over $100 here to eat and have a couple drinks. Being a responsible adult, I Ubers home and came back to pick up my car in the morning - it's not here - they towed it. They clearly state in their parking lot that Ingo's tasty food parking is for customers only. I am a customer. This says nothing about overnight parking. And it doesn't give any indication of who towed it. Now that I've been towed, I came and there is somebody here opening the kitchen, and he doesn't know anything about the towing information and won't contact his manager and can't give me any phone number or any help as to how I can get my car back. I've lived in the neighborhood for a decade and I've eaten here many many times and I've always tipped well and had only good things to say about this place. But this is totally unacceptable. If you serve alcohol, and you have a parking lot, it's reasonable that your customers may leave a car overnight. Now I am towed, and there is no explanation as to why or how to get my car back. read more

Quick review update as I see my last review for Ingo's was 5 years ago already... Since then, Ingo's has continued to be a regular in our rotation for lunch and dinner and our kids enjoy it too! I'll reiterate that you cannot go wrong with anything on the menu. We love the burgers, the black bean burger, fish & chips and pretty much everything else. I also love all of their salads and they recently added a new one - the Turkey Chop - which is my new fave. Don't forget to get the fresh shattered potato chips - they are a must! One of the best Green Tea Arnold Palmers around as well. Service is always friendly and attentive - especially for a fast casual concept and you cannot beat the outdoor patio seating. Been too long since I've been here!! My friend brought up frozen greyhounds and I got ready to go asap. They were delicious of course. I got my usual farmers daughter. Very tasty but first go around was way under cooked for medium. I should know better though it happens a lot here that I've run into and usually order one up on my usual temp. I didn't today and got a borderline rare burger instead of medium. So always order a little more cooked than you usually do. I also had the shattered chips. Yum. My friend got the turkey salad. Super disappointed in the staff working the PM shift on Saturday, Nov 1. Huge thumbs down to the people reading incoming tickets for pickup and the person that is supposed to QA the food. I ordered a cheeseburger minus a few things, a hamburger with a few things added. Typical order for us. We get something close to this about every 2 weeks. My husband brought home a plain patty in a bun with zero anything on it and a cheeseburger with all the things on it that the order said to remove. And the things on it looked like leavings from the cutting board - little scraps of things. We had to search for the wisp of lettuce that was about an inch wide. We were floored. Is there even a chef there anymore? Definitely not that night. Bunch of "cooks" who couldn't care less. Shame on you guys. Absolutely embarrassing that you'd send food out like that. Not a bad choice on a Sunday afternoon when nearby spots had waiting lists over +1hr. Walked in and our party of 3 was seated immediately. We ordered a few drinks (2 lavender lemonades, an ingo's greyhound), and waited about 10 minutes for our entrees. Burgers don't come with sides, so we ordered the shattered potato chips to share. Burgers were good, on the smaller side for sure, but the flavor and juiciness was there. Shattered potato chips were thinly sliced potatoes, fried, and served w a thick ranch-like dipping sauce. Ingo's is another restaurant in the LGO family and for the most part, I like them. I generally stick to their chopped salad- a straightforward salad with romaine, marcona almonds, dates, manchego and white beans in a light dressing. You can add a salmon/chicken for an additional charge. I have also tried the deviled eggs, a Paris Texas Burger (BBQ cheddar bacon burger) and the shattered chips, which comes with dipping sauces. I don't understand the fascination with the chips (think hand cut, thick chips). They miss the mark with me but others always enjoy them. My favorite thing I ever had there? A one-off Banh Mi that was one of the best things I ate... at least here. The restaurants have limited indoor seating (the one on Mayo has better accommodation, in addition to the outside patio. The Arcadia location has maybe 10-12 indoor counter spots). It makes it tough to stop here in warmer weather. There are the big, industrial fans that do a good job of cooling things down, but +90 is just hot. Finally, the location on Mayo Blvd has a larger option of salads and to go items. The location is larger and able to accommodate more people and options. Overall, it's a fair option, consistent, predictable. read more

I am a big fan of Ingo's! The building is kind of funky as it is a half circle. The menu is fairly small, but has lot of good things from which to pick - burgers, chicken sandwiches, fish sandwiches, and veggie sandwiches. The have fries, but call them chips - they are awesome by the way. My last visit I opted for the white fish sandwich with fries. The sandwich was very tasty - crispy flaky fish, soft bread, and a nice bit of tartar sauce. The chips (fries) comes with two sauces. They are crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. In previous visits, I have had burgers and sandwiches. All were good. The service is fast and friendly as well. There is outdoor and indoor seating available. A local's favorite for casual lunches and patio dinners! I have eaten at Ingo's dozens and dozens of times since they opened and truly can say it is one of my favorite spots. Rather I'm stopping by for a quick bite to eat in between errands with my husband, or meeting one of my girlfriends for a grey house and chicken sammy, it just always hits the spot on all ways. I absolutely crave their food on a regular basis (especially being pregnant)! I love this location the most, the staff, the quality, the attentiveness, the community care; I once received someone else's order and when I tell you management went above and beyond to make it up to me, they really really did. My favorite items are their fish and chips, their chicken sammy, their fish sandwich, their shattered fries (& dips), their kale salad, and of course their iced teas and cookies; all always cooked/made to perfection, great proportions, fair prices, good quality non greasy items, plus always feeling and tasting the care put into the food - you don't get all of those many places anymore. I'm always so happy to recommend it to people because I know they'll be taken care of and come back for more, plus, selfishly I want this place to stay open for a long long time! The decor of this place is so cute, especially with the Christmas lights up at this time of year. The ambiance was my favorite part of dining here. The parking is not great. There is a tiny lot and most of the spaces are reserved for pickup orders. The good thing which I discovered on accident is that two lots away they have additional parking behind an office building. The sign is tiiiny and hard to spot at night. The food, in my opinion, is good but did not stand out to me as something that I would love to eat again. This was my first visit to Ingo's. I ordered the crispy chicken sammy. It had the perfect balance of flavors. The spicy aioli, crispy chicken, thin slices of Granny Smith apple and pickle slices all on a sesame topped bun blended together for the perfect bite every time. The outside shaded seating area was a great place to eat and people watch. Service was prompt and very friendly. I also ordered a frozen greyhound to take home. One of my favorite things about this spot is the wonderful atmosphere! The perfect place to eat on the patio and enjoy the weather when it's nice. What was disappointing was when the server dropped the check while we were still eating, I was only halfway done with my meal. We picked the spot as a halfway point to meet family for dinner. Minimal parking spots, so be prepared to park on street or nearby lots. The majority of the seating is outside under canopy and lights and there are some spots inside. You order at the window and then they bring out the food. It was the perfect crispy outside with a chewy center and seasoned just right! I couldn't have the dips but the hubby loved the lebni dip the best! The salad was hearty and delicious. I appreciate that the Kale was shredded so it was easier to to eat. The grapes added a nice little hint of sweet with the lemon. I got it without the cheese but I'm sure that would add even more robust flavor to the salad. We also ordered the opies and got the last ones available. They are fresh fruit pies that look like empanadas but are reminiscent of the hostess fruit pies (only better). The crust was crisp and flaky and there was a good ratio of filling to crust. We got a blueberry, cherry, and apple. I had the blueberry and got to take a bite of the apple and that may have been my favorite.
