Placed our order on their mobile app. Followed the instructions since this was the first time to do this. Hit the 'we are here' then this message came back that our order couldn't be completed. Contact a server for help. Not verbatim. WTF! There were others who received the same message and we were greeted and then given our receipts by a very busy looking young, tall man at the registers. Order was recorded at 8:02pm. Then we waited. We watched one of their workers flirting with a couple of young men who seemed to be waiting for their orders as well. More folks came in who seemed to get their meals right of way who just came in from outside. 30 minutes went by! I never heard my name called as I sat their near the counter waiting. The gentleman who received his receipt just before me, went up and received his order. Curious I went up to inquire about mine and it seemed it had been sitting there. The young lady asked if I received my drink yet. I said I hadn't received anything yet. Amongst the chaos she was at least friendly. Upon returning home, the chicken strips and waffle fries meal needed heating. My southwest salad with grilled chicken it wasn't even sliced up.just a whole grilled chicken breast patty just laying their on top of the salad looking out of place. I'm so glad we didn't just drive off while eating our meals! I've never understood the rabid appeal of Chick-fi-la and only went because of my friend's desire for their food. Horrible management here. From coast to coast I have visited many Chick-fil-a and I have never been treated so poorly. Very simple, I always order the Cob Salad. This comes with chicken, however this time no chicken. Went back in from the drive thru and explained I didn't get chicken. Short of being looked at like I was trying to rip them off for 2 chicken strips. Supervisor tells me I'll need a receipt for this.... This is about the customer service I experienced today. I placed a catering order for my god daughters birthday lunch at her Catholic school and Brayden and Chance provided great service. Efficient, helpful and ON TIME. I also added extra items to my order last minute and Brayden happily assisted me. Don't eat here!! Such a disappointment! I was shocked to see there was no line. Thinking it's just early but I thought wrong. I got breakfast combos and I found plastic fibers inside of my sandwiches. This completely ruined my experience. We couldn't eat anything after that. I went there today to sit down and enjoy lunch as a busy medical professional and there were 2 cashiers, both female, one  a bit older and white and one a bit younger and black. I was in line behind a black man. They were both open, but the white cashier directed the black man in front of me to be helped by the black female cashier, which I thought was interesting. When it was my turn, I began to walk towards the older white cashier and noticed that a white woman had lined up behind me. When I got up the the white cashier she told me that I would have to be helped by the black cashier (who had busied herself with restocking or something nearby) and proceeded to call the white woman from behind me to help her. I told her that I was confused about that behavior because I was next in line and I asked her why she did not help me but instead directed me toward her coworker (the black cashier). Just in time the manager just so happened to be walking by and when I explained to him what happened he looked at the white cashier who confirmed that I was telling the truth. When I asked him what now, he said "all I can do is tell you you heard her side of the story and she said that you are telling the truth and offer you an apology." Then he tried to hurry off to the back (Jose is his name). I tried explaining it in a way that he might understand a little bit differently by letting him know that his white cashier is directing the black people to be helped by the black cashier while she is going out of her way and pulling white people from the line to help them. I asked him if he understood that that is not ok and he just shoulder shrugged and walked off while the black woman and other staff members and the other patrons offered me apologies and I paid for my food and asked for it to go. We are decades beyond that kind of behavior and each time someone does it and even worse someone else accepts it, it sets us as a society back many years. read more

I have tried to give this location a chance to redeem themselves 3 times and I feel stupid now. My order is always wrong and the drive thru staff always seems to be uncertain when I have simple questions. I make sure to park and look at my order after I drive thru and I'm always disappointed. I'm done giving them chances. I prefer to drive the extra 10 miles for a location that has customer service as their priority. Telling me to call the 1-800 number is very inconvenient to get a simple refund for food I did not receive. This happened 2x. read more

Disappointed in customer service this a.m ( Friday 12/30/22) was awful. 2 female employees in the drive thru were slow. I made it in line at 10:26am to order breakfast before 10:30am. I was behind a vehicle in the right lane that had their order being taken. 1 of the ladies who helped the vehicle ahead of me was looking in her pouch/ Fanny pack for cash, I assume she (employee) didn't have it so SHE LEFT the line to go inside or to the window instead of having the car ahead pull forward to proceed & complete that vehicle's transaction. I reversed my vehicle with no other vehicles coming & went into the left lane. At 10:31am The other employee quickly said there's no breakfast and that the cooks no longer make breakfast after 10:30am. She then said I just drove up, I explained how I was in the other lane and the employee left. She said there was nothing she can do about it. I asked for her to call a supervisor or manager over & she refused. I then asked her again to call a superior over & she then asked me to go to the drive-through window. Drive thru is horrible, have come to this location many times and they always forget something on my order, sometimes there is no tomatoes, sometimes they don't have one of the orders, sometimes they forget to put the bun for a gluten free. It is frustrating having to drive all the way back specially when you ask them " could you please make sure that the order is right" . Worst chick fila service ever. Just a bunch of young high school kids not taking the job seriously. The boy taking my order had an attitude where you can obviously tell he doesn't want to be there. The staff at the window were too busy talking to each other and ended up forgetting one of my items. I had to go back in the line to let them know they forgot some items. When telling the window staff that some items were missing one of the boys had a sarcastic tone and try to put on a fake sarcastic Australian accent. I was pretty upset since I didn't do anything for him to talk or treat me that way. I just wanted my missing items that I paid for. My advice is to never go to this location. By far the worst CFA I've ever been too, CFA is usually known for good customer service, but this location lacks that severely. I've come here numerous times using drive thru and a young boy by the name of Agustin has taken my order every single time with an attitude.
