Chick-fil-A is always a classic. It is pretty hard to mess up. This specific one is brand new so they have a few newer features. They have a covered drive thru. This is such a nice feature for when it is raining but you still need your nugget fix. You can drive up, open your window and not get wet since it is all covered. It is a 2 lane drive thru. This location also has an outdoor patio with umbrellas. Every one knows they are always generous with sauce. So when you get too many you can return the extras at a sauce return station. When you are completely done they have electric, handsfree trash compactors! Fancy! read more

I was working nearby that kind of went past my lunch hour and then some, but luckily Chick Fil A was nearby and saved the day! It was about 2 PM so the line wasn't long, as most locations are during the morning and the lunch hour. Since I was in my car rushing back to work, I went with the chicken nuggets, which are always so good. I like to eat them with the Chick Fil A sauce (a hybrid of BBQ sauce and honey mustard) and the sweet and spicy sriracha sauce. I used the drive thru to get them, in which there are two lines to order from. The service was quick and friendly. Also the location is pretty good, which ample space to drive around a possible long line, and being close to the SRT. As this is the closest Chick Fil A to my job, this location will see me more often! Enjoy. read more

If your near Nebraska mart or in the Colony area, check this chic-fil-a out tucked away to the side right off the freeway off of spring creek! If you can figure out where it's at and how to reach the parking lot, it's worth the visit. The staff here great and very very welcoming as well as pleasant. The inside has large booths for the whole family as well as a nice big rustic table in the center to enjoy your meal. The food here is made well and I haven't had any issues with it. Had an issue with customer service satisfaction. Called the store to attempt to resolve. Spoke to Shift Lead Lester who advised was not able to assist due to that being their procedure (Regarding the limit of sauces you get per chicken nugget order even if you are willing to pay for extra's) You get 1 for either a 5, 8 or 12 piece, however if you order two 5 pieces so a total of ten nuggets you get two sauces). Returned food to restaurant and Team Lead Ashley advised that they were not able to process refunds and I would need to speak to district manager and she could have them call me back. Advised that was not acceptable, she asked me what else could she do? I said speak to Lester the Shift manager. She walked over to him and said I was not leaving, you go talk to him. (right in front of me) He came over with a sour face and poor attitude. Asked me what was happening. He asked me for my name, processed a refund and walked away without EVER apologizing or trying to show any empathy or any concern. When I pointed this out to him he gave me a I don't care look and said ok. Not the type of experience I would have ever ever expected from Chick Fil A in my life. Chick-fil-a's in general are a well oiled machine and this location is no different. It's a super hot day today and when I arrived there were cars wrapped around the building in the drive thru. However, I still got in and out of there quickly. The guy that took my order was so sweet and polite even though he had to be hot. I'm so glad that Chick-Fil-A started putting up the shaded areas for the people they have outside. The only disappointing thing, to no fault of Chick-Fil-A was the people at the window were too quick. They handed me my drink carrier and already had my food ready right afterwards. I sat my drink carrier down real quick to grab the food. I forgot to move it afterwards so as soon as I pulled out my whole peach shake spilled. I didn't even get to taste it but now my car smells like peaches. I'm sure it'll smell spoiled later but I'm gonna stick with the positives of now. read more

This is my first time ever having a horrible experience at chick fil a and I must say that I am SO disappointed because the service is usually impeccable. First off, the manager, Connor McWilliams (saw from the badge) was an absolute nightmare. He was so rude and uninviting. Especially the fact that he is a MANAGER and he would treat his guests this way. I was paying and I was trying to scan my chick fil a rewards app to get the points but I wasn't sure if it went through because obviously I can't see the register screen on his end. I asked and he proceeded to say with an agitated tone "YES. It went through." Then my mom was about to pay and she didn't realize the chip card didn't work so she was trying to insert her card and CONNOR proceeded to say "SWIPE SWIPE SWIPE" raising his voice at my mom to swipe the card. He was agitated as soon as we walked up to the register. He wasn't friendly. He needs to work on his customer service because that was 100% lacking today. All of the other employees were so sweet and nice I feel bad that this man is their manager. If he treats his customers this way, imagine how he treats his staff. read more

On July 1 I went through the drive through to order a small order of nuggets, nothing more as I was planning on taking them home. When I got to the pick-up window the attendant said it was $45.47. I asked her if she was crazy but she said that is what I ordered. If so either the attendant out on the drive miss-understood my order or I miss-understood his questions of me. In any case, the attendant at the pick-up window said she couldn't change the order. At this point I am holding up the whole process so I just drove off without any food. However, when I reviewed my credit card statement there was a charge for the $45.47. When I called and asked to speak to the manager he wanted proof I didn't get anything and accused me to trying to rip them off. I must give props to this well oiled machine of a team at the Spring Creak, Plano, TX location, #03981. I come here a lot, and it's always great which is why I am always here. But today was different, today it was literally 100 degrees outside and cars were in line wrapped around the store. It's always busy here, but fast. Today though, the whole tri-state area decided to come to this location. I am so IMPRESSED by the staff!! 3 guys outside in the heat were dressed nice, professional, kept a cool demeanor despite the weather. The Mac N Cheese and chicken sandwiches were nice and hot, by the time we were home. In the past, sometimes everything ended being cold even when we live close by. We came here in a Saturday afternoon for lunch. We came in and ordered at the counter. A man named Connor took our order. My daughter was excited to try her new Chick Fil A app. I ordered a kids meal and Conner Literally scowled at me. I guess a middle-aged woman is not allowed to order a kids meal. Chick-fil-A is always so generous with their portions that that's all I can eat. The next thing that irritated me was my daughter was unsure if her app with scan correctly. She asked him. And he said yes yes in a mean tone. Number three, I didn't realize that you have to swipe your credit card . I am trying to insert it and he rudely says to me SWIPE SWIPE SWIPE. Well Mr. Connor. I heard you the first time. Connor really should be in the back room where he can't be around customers. He has no customer service skills. Please Chick-fil-A, enroll him in customer service 101. This CfA is no like any other. They are not as nice as others in the area. They take much longer than others. Ordered a decaf coffee in the drive thru I waited several minutes being told they brew Decaf when it's requested. The management here is poor.
