Chick-Fil-A is always a pleasure to visit. This location is not exception. Good food, warm service, and an atmosphere that defines how a fast food restaurant should be run. I enjoy that they have WiFi, so I can get some work done, although it is a slow connection. Shout out to my guy Mikey. He always remembers me and the fact that I tend to come in after I drop my daughter off at daycare. He somehow remembers my home state AND what city we just moved from. We always have a great experience at chick fila, but this time at this location, it wasn't great. Middle or High schoolers hanging out on the outdoor Chick-fil-A playground and later using the kids playground. The biggest problem I have with this location is that it is super busy at lunch time. Almost too busy. The parking lot is a little weird as well. Clean location with friendly employees that is on my way to work. I went in today for their free cup of coffee promo. No purchase necessary, and the gentleman who served it to me still seemed excited to do so. Really, my only complaint about this location is the parking lot. The way it flows forces you to either drive around the building before parking or to turn the wrong way into a one way lot. Also, the spots in front of the building are very limited so you often have to park in the lot that needs to cross incoming traffic to get into the restaurant. read more

They are usually busy (mornings and lunchtime), but what Chick-fil-A isn't? I haven't been inside so far, always going in the drive thru. My order is ALWAYS accurate, and that's shocking these days. I've ordered a small platter of nuggets in the morning for work and only waited less than 10 minutes. I even got to the window one morning for my breakfast and realized I'd left my wallet at home. I apologized and attempted to pull off. The lady still gave me my food. Gasp!!! I left feeling silly for leaving my wallet, but grateful that this restaurant would do that for a customer. Wether I'm here with friends or by myself this chick-fil-a's service is always unmatched. The best employee at this location by far has to be Heath. He is working very often when I come to this chick-Fil-a and everytime has provided quality service that I have not seen in other employees. It's your average Chick-Fil-A, customer service could be better, but it's not really lacking in any particular aspect. If you're in a hurry, you might actually get your food quicker by actually parking and going in the restaurant. The drive-thru at this particular location is notoriously long and slow, and that's the main reason for 3 stars and not 4. It seems a little off that the drive-thru will actually take you longer than going in, but it seems to be the norm here. Also, as I do with every other Chick-fil-A review, I subtract one star for not being open on Sundays. I know it's a company policy and I know their reasons, but it is ridiculous. read more

Chick-Fil-A is certainly a unique fast food chain due to certain principles they adhere to. The restaurants have unremarkable interiors. Vaguely homey, but still cafeteria like. Their employees are always eerily polite, almost like Stepford wives. The food is good. The chicken is tender. The waffle fries are, waffley. But every time I want to eat here it's always on a Sunday, and I know I'm not the only one. I think it's a sign from God that they need to open on Sundays. Went through driver thru today. Ordered the Nuggets which are great and the Spicy Chicken Sandwich and Chicken Salad, all combos. They had an employee taking the orders at the drive thru. No problem. Sandwich and nuggets were great as usual. The chicken salad was bland. Would not get it again. However what really was upsetting was the amount of ICE they put in each of our 3 beverages. FILLED TO THE TOP ON ALL 3. When we got home and ate our lunch. literally 3 sips out of the straw and NO SODA. I don't know why they did this today. They normally do not. If this is a way to save costs on soda, not the right strategy as your customers will complain. Service was good and friendly as usual. Cut down on ice like all other fast food restaurants.
