Went opening weekend (Saturday)... also a holiday weekend. The parking lot was hectic but they had a pretty great system to get people in. Drive thru has 2 lines. We went in to eat. The line wasn't bad and they actually had people taking orders in line. This really helped a lot. Once we ordered and paid... food was brought to us within 5 minutes. Yum! I've had it before in Sacramento, but it had been a while. Just a good as I remember. I was hyping it up for my guy so his expectations were pretty high lol. He loved it! We both had the spicy chicken sandwich and fries. We also ordered a side of chicken nuggets to share. The food was great, the service was AMAZING. We were brought extra sauce, asked if we needed anything else, and they even took our trash for us... for opening weekend and how busy it was... their service stayed a 10! Chick Fricken Fil A. Well, it's about time! I luvitty-luv-luv Chick-fil-A. Their chicken is so good. It's like candy. Sweet, breaded chicken candy. Nuggets. Sammitches. Minis. Lemonade. Sweet Tea. It's all good. Really, literally all good. As for the shiny new Reno location, I've only been once and that was a drive-thru venture just before noon. It was crowded, as I expected, but they had a small army of employees rocking it. Despite the throngs of chicken cravers I was in and out in short order and treated to the customary excellent service. CFA really sets the bar in courtesy, professionalism and helpfulness. I've never had a bad experience at any location and I've been to a few. Hooray for CFA for finally planting their flag in the soil of Northern Nevada. Hooray also for the people of Northern Nevada for welcoming this establishment to our area. read more

Chick-fil-A is my guilty pleasure! I have not explored the whole menu, simply because I am stuck on their chicken strips. You have the option of 3ct or 4ct chicken strips combo that comes with waffle fries and a drink or the chicken fingers itself. The pieces are big and very filling. I like to pair my strips with the chik-fila sauce. Chick-fila sauce is a mixture of honey mustard, barbecue sauce, and ranch dressing , but there is nothing quite like it! Whether you're dining it or you're taking out the employees provide quality service. Chick-fil-a opens as early as 6:30 am but closes its doors at 10 pm. They are als closed on Sundays so be aware. I am hoping to expand my taste buds and try everything available on there menu! read more

I'm so glad Reno finally got a chick-fil-A!!! I walked in and as soon as I walked in I was greeted by the cashiers. I walked in alone with my son and the man that took my order was extremely friendly. He helped me out with my tray walked it all the way over to my table, he even helped me set my sons place mat since I had my hands full at the moment The food itself was delicious i got their nuggets which were tasty like always. They have a kid play room which is awesome because there's not many fast food places that do that for kids anymore. I would absolutely recommend Chick-fil-A to my friends and family. I kept hearing about Chic-fil-A , so I had to try. OMG, what a huge disappointment! I do not get the hype! It is a corporate McDonalds like restaurant that serves a small piece of chicken on a bun that is twice the size of the piece of chicken. I can seriously get a bigger better piece of spicy chicken at Wendy's Oh and the price of this overtly small chicken breast is beyond outrageous! My girlfriend tried the grilled chicken nuggets. So on TV the make this aborted chicken look appealing but in reality they look like something that came out the back end of the chicken. She took one bit of that hot mess and took it back. So the hype is hype. Just down the road from Chic-fil-A is Cains chicken. It is a Million times better. Nice chicken strips good garlic bread, great service. The problem with places like Chic-Fil-A is people stand in long lines for crappy food because of marketing. Sheep eating small over priced chicken pieces. Unfortunately this was some of the worst service i've ever had. Our order was rung up wrong - only one item was put in correctly. I should have asked the team member to read back the order to confirm, but our order was never confirmed. We informed the team member who brought us our food, that most of the items were wrong. She told us she would "fix it". We waited about 20 minutes to realize the team member who said she'd fix it, seemed to have forgotten about it. My husband went up to ask, again. They then called back the wrong order, again. My husband had to correct them once again. Altogether, we waited 45 minutes to receive the correct food. I had not had very high hopes for my first time trying chick-fil-a. I just had it for the first time...have to say absolutely delicious. The chicken nuggets weren't super great and I'm not a big fan of it. but I am a very particular and picky eater I only have a select few things that I will eat at fast food. I can say that this is like home cooking. The Mac n cheese was super yummy I thought it didn't have too much flavor and needed maybe a dash more of salt. But that could also be because I like salt. But the chick-fil-a sauce....absolutely delicious so is the Polynesian the chick-fil-a sauce perfectly compliments the chicken strips. And the burger was so delicious! I regret not trying it sooner! This is my very first time I go to Chick-fil-A. I had all kinds of questions because I had never been there before. Michael the cashier was very friendly and helpful. I decided to order carry out 5 orders of the spicy deluxe with pepper jack; this is the best spicy chicken sandwich I have ever had. since this was my first time there Michael suggested I take one of each of the seven sauces they have, and I am glad he did, I tried all of them and next time i order something I am going to get the ones I liked best. I love this chain, but this particular Chick-fil-A kinda sucks. They have burnt my daughter's chicken nuggets on a few occasions, and I got all the ends of the French fries and gristly chicken breast sandwiches twice. The first time, I called about it and they gave me a gift card for a free sandwich. I used that gift card at the Sparks location and the food was delicious. I went back to the Reno location the following time, and it was gross again. On top of the over-cooked, gristly sandwich and barely any Coke in the drink cup (tons of ice instead), all my fries were these nasty end pieces that you can't even eat while driving. Grabbed a late lunch today - they were very busy at 2:30pm. Food was delicious as always! We had the chicken nuggets, waffle fries and a Arnold Palmer. The chick-fil-a sauce may be the most delicious condiment in the world. Make sure you try it! I would have given 5-stars but it took us 30+ minutes to get our food and get out of the drive-thru. By time i got to place my order it just turned 10:30 and was told i could no longer order that. My mom used to take us to go to Chick-Fil-A when I was a kid living in Colorado and I loved their nuggets. Now that I'm an adult, this is still one of the only fast food places I'll go to (in n out included). The food is still really good and satisfying. All of their chicken sandwiches are really good especially the deluxe. The Mac n cheese is not of the best I've had. Th Rey always seem to be packed and yet get you in and out very quickly. The only reason I gave it a 4 star instead of 5 is because it's in a weird shopping center that is a little difficult to get in and out of. But mainly, every time I go they tend to mess up my order just a little. One time they gave me the wrong cheese on my sandwich, another time they gave the wrong drink, another time they gave my coworker a regular chicken sandwich instead of deluxe. So although it's still good no matter what, it is a little bit of a bummer that there's been small mishaps every time. read more

This is one of the best places to get fast food. It is a nice building just built not to long ago with a ton of staff. There is a kids play area inside the building and a two lane drive through. The one thing that I don't care for is there drive through. There is 3 workers and they try their best to go from car to car but you will see a few cars on the next lane go before you. I went today to Chick-Fil-A and man, these employees and company are amazing!! Instead of just the two lines that combined into one, they had that line plus to extra drive through lines. The young man that was taking our order had a print out of the menu and walked us through how they were doing their system. It was easy and flawless. At first when I heard CFA was coming, I was like "I don't even know what the hype is, it's a chicken place. We have 90 of those" Oh, so naive. What's the hype? How about that the food is delicious? It's seriously all good. I love the strips, the nuggets, the sandwiches, the fries. The frozen lemonade is soooo good. But the absolute best thing CFA has to offer is their signature sauce. Having grown up in the bay area, we did not have Chick FIL A when I was there. I think they have infiltrated the bay area since. I think I am probably the last person in the Reno area that has not eaten there. So I waited for the newness to wear off, and the crowds to calm down to venture out and try them I arrived at 11am and there was no wait and the dining room was fairly empty. By 11:30 it was fairly packed with the lunch crowd and a line out the door. I opted for a grilled chicken wrap. You walk to the counter, order and they bring your order to the table. The customer service here is excellent, if I could give six stars for service I would. The wrap literally beat me to the table, which told me it was pretty made. It came out stone cold, like really cold. It was almost hard to eat it was so chilly. I added avocado ranch dressing to it and it helped it a bit. The wrap was good, a bit dry like it had been in the fridge overnight. Next time I will try one of there chicken sandwiches. read more

I have always wondered about Chick-fil-A, and heard a lot of positive talk about it. A location recently opened up in the Reno area, and my sister and I decided to give it a try. We went there for the first time not too long after the grand opening. It was totally packed, and we could see why! The line moved fast and everything was done in an orderly fashion. This is everything one could ask for when it comes to fast food chicken. Some people have said that it's greasy, but I would have to respectfully disagree with that, especially when I know of other popular chains where the chicken is just drenched in grease (and high-priced for fast food). The chicken here, however, is juicy and mouthwatering without being greasy. There are a variety of sauces to choose from (to dip the chicken and the fries in). And gotta love that lemonade! And to top it off, they're always saying "it's their pleasure" to serve their customers. Okay, well... as a customer, I'd like to mention that "it's my pleasure" to come here to eat! read more

Always such a pleasant experience from the moment you walk in the door or pull up in the drive thru. You're always greeted with a smile, pressure free and they're always willing to give recommendations (even if it's just a sandwich vs the tenders), they do seasonal drinks/milkshakes. When going thru drive thru while waiting for your food they very nicely greet you and start small talk even if it's just asking about your day. Chick-Fil-A has finally opened in Reno with a new location coming to Sparks soon. When I heard news that a location was opening in town I was very excited. Chick-Fil-A is a great restaurant because of the service and food. This location is no different than the others that I had visited in California. Famously known for their advertisements of eating more chicken. My typical order is a spicy chicken sandwich with an order of fries. You also get to pick your sauces when you order so don't be afraid to try out every sauce as they have many to try. My food was ready and delivered shortly after ordering so I didn't have to wait too long. There's no need to listen for your number as the food will be brought to you from the great staff. The service at all Chick-Fil-A locations are great, and the Reno location is no different. The little things are really shown by their staff by delivering your food to saying "My Pleasure" after you say thank you. I will be returning to this location soon. If you haven't tried Chick-Fil-A in Reno go ahead and try it out! read more

I am not by any means on the Chick-fil-A Band Wagon and am not enamored by their food. The breakfast chicken biscuits are certainly helpful in a pinch and nothing on the menu is terrible by any means. I am however impressed by their friendly attentive service, clean eating environment and consistency. If im choosing between fast food options Chick-fil-A is on the higher end of the spectrum. The employees are always so nice and helpful.
