I always see the store owner there working and the staff seem to always be training someone (maybe cause it's still new). It's always busy but the food seems consistent and they've been very nice every time I've gone. My only hesitation is the double drive through, which at times is messy. They'll tell you to get in front of one car but then that car won't let you in at the merge section and the order is thrown off so at the window they're not prepared. Also they usually staff people in the drive thru to manually take the order when they have a normal call box with the menu which I don't understand. Seems redundant and only to cause more complication but maybe it works? read more

I was bummed to see that this location had to many negative reviews. I haven't had a bad experience yet and have been here numerous times. Yes, the wait can be long in both the drive through and inside...however I do notice that for the most part the employees are working as quickly as possible. I even noticed a manager (or owner?) working the front register once! I get the same thing every time I come, the grilled nugget meal, and it is consistent each time. This place is horrible. First off they are expensive, slow and never seem to get your order correct. Spent $45 and only got half of my order you seem to never be able to get any help from anyone they just walk by and ignore you until you flag them down. I was craving the delicious market salad so I ordered that I asked Robert, on drive through, If they had a menu so I could see what else I might want. I noticed a side kale salad. Mm that sounded good. I asked Robert if it had a dressing with that. He replied no. I asked what comes with it. He said,"walnuts and would you like to get a dressing?" Oh ya sure. So I get home and realize the walnuts (roasted almonds) didn't make it in my bag and I was charged for the dressing. Oh and by the way, It comes dressed with and apple cider Dijon. I love the CEC Bagel from Chick-fil-A and I was really craving one this morning. I hop in my car and drive to "the brand new Chick-fil-A" since it's only a couple of miles from me. I've been so excited about all the new shopping and eateries in this area because we've been missing it for so long. I get to the drive thru, only one car ahead of me - Great! Double drive thru lanes - Great! I place my order for my bagel breakfast sandwich and side of hashbrowns. Asked if they were making fries - the answer is "just hashbrowns right now". I proceed, service provided with a smile and the usual "my pleasure". After driving away I notice that I received a egg & cheese biscuit, not a bagel; I wasn't too far away so I turned around and went back. Now there is quite a line at the drive thru so I went in. No one in line - I was immediately greeted by the cashier, I told her about my sandwich, she immediately went to the food prep area & returned stating my bagel sandwich will be right out. She offered me a beverage while I waited; while I appreciated it, I declined, didn't need it. Then I waited, and waited, and waited...watched everyone come in & place their orders and get served and leave. Ummm??? But I didn't want to make a fuss, it was Chick-fil-A and it was busy. After 10-12 minutes one of the staff came out to deliver an order to the table and I asked her about my sandwich; I also mentioned that I inquired about fries in the drive thru, yet I see plenty of orders of fries going out as I'm still waiting for my order. She said she would check on my order, I said thank you. About 5 more minutes passed so I got up from my seat to speak to someone at the register, it was at this time she came out with my bagel sandwich...and an order of fries. Thank you for making it right, but it shouldn't have been wrong in the first place. A breakfast run that should have taken less than 30 minutes ended up wasting an hour of my day. It would have 100% been worth the drive a few more miles to the Rancho location. I now live in Fontana so I've given this one a chance. The first TWO times I came here they gave me the wrong order.. My husband and I ended up here after driving to a few different places because everything was SO packed. We didn't have a lot of time so we decided to take our chances here. Let me tell you they were also very busy they had two lines going (each line had at least 20 cars in line) they had workers out there going up to the cars and taking orders in masks and keeping their social distancing. It was super hot at least 91 out still. These workers were working so hard and yet keeping a very pleasant positive attitude! This company was so organized! I was super impressed! Good was great! Drove through a very long drive through line today for a $75 order. As the girl at the window handed me my food, I asked if she double checked everything was there. She, in not the nicest tone, assured me she did. Well, when I got home I was missing 2 sandwiches and a fry. I called and my husband drove the 10+ miles back to pick up the food I was missing and the dessert the manager promised for my inconvenience. Guess what...no dessert! My wife and I and Chick Fil A fanatics!!!! We go to chick fil a so many times it's ridiculous. Anywho we were excited when this location opened since we live down the street. We went in a few nights ago about an hour before closing for our food quickly and finished it. I wanted a refill of lemonade since it's the best drink they have. I went up to the front and they were out. A gentleman named KOA was sitting down on his break eating his food and came up to me and said he would MAKE ME SOME LEMONADE!! Apparently making this lemonade is a process so I was pretty ecstatic that he got up from his break to help me. I was honesty going to get another drink since I knew they were closing but he literally went out of his way to do that for me which was great. I happened to run into Dave the owner/operator and told him about my experience. This is what service is all about and I'm happy to say we will be back not because of how great the food is but because of the service that we received from Koa. Sad to know these reviews are true. I went here a few times and my food was always messed up. I told myself it's okay because it's a new place and new crew. But yet once again my order was something I did not place. This happens both inside and drive through. They repeat back what I order but then when you get the receipt its something completely different. Do they not listen? Or do they just mis click. First time it took almost 25mins to order food another 15mins to get it. 2nd time drive through order machines weren't working so they sent out someone to take orders, she took the orders of the people who came after the ones that have been already waiting! I have always been a fan of Chick-fil-a but this place lacks customer service and food quality. There us very little attention placed to the orders. I purchased mine and they managed to forgrt all the sides to my salad , all the sauces , and straw. They lack attention to detail, yes they are polite but what use is it if when I arrive to the window they are basically throwing the unfinished order into my car just to get onto the next. In addition, I didn't notice until arriving home only to see the quality of the salad was just as bad. I can tell why this place has such low reviews. I don't blame the young employees , who do their job very well , while getting yelled at over their walkie talkies. Manager whose name I think is Ari ? , was very rude and demanding towards her employees who are working in the heat , managers half of the time can't work under that same measurements as these young workers do. I come to this location often , and see the same workers outside, such as this young lady named jayna , whose such a sweetheart and should definitely get a pay raise . Ive been to this location now 2 times and both time i walk in and the line is about 10 people deep. Thats normal no problem for me. The issue i have is that there is only one person behind the cashier while theres other workers that are somehow timid to hop in and get the line moving, but rather just go hide in the back. Manager or GM needs to fix this because people will just leave and go to another location where the workers are actually working and in a drive to work. Twice ive walked out and went to get food somewhere else. Theres plenty of food options available in this area so hopefully management understands they are losing customers read more

It's a hit or miss when you come here. Sometimes they do a great job and sometimes they don't. My advice is don't go during the weekend they will take so long your food is going to be cold. Also the drive through is ridiculous! If you have somewhere to be the drive through wait time will make you late. Aaron is awesome. I'm not sure which one he is bc apparently there's 2 that work here. But he handled my issue with the excellent customer service. On Saturday, the staff had mistakenly added pepper jack cheese on my chicken biscuit instead of American. I am NOT a fan of pepper jack and never have been also the hash browns were cold but I had left for work already so I called and Aaron took care of everything without any hesitation. He took ownership of the mistake and gave exceptional customer service!!! He's awesome. Went today to finally pick up my order since he comped me a new one and I had no issues. You're awesome Aaron. I normally LOVE Chick Fil A. But not this one. Service is TERRIBLE, food takes forever, tables are dirty. You would think for a new location they would take better care of their dining room. Employees just standing around talking to each other, no apologies for the long wait to order while no one was at the register. Firstly, we love the fact that this Chick-fil-A has a double drive through. We came here on a Friday night and it was PACKED but the overall wait through their drive-thru wasn't bad at all. The staff was super cheerful and made sure to get everyone's orders out ASAP. That was one of the most organized drive-thru's I've ever been to and seemed to get everyone's orders correctly distributed. We love the overall plaza it's in as well. Very nice and clean.
