By far the worst chick-fil-a location I've been to. The wait is over 20 min and the food was just horrible.

Sloppy service, management and store employees have no idea how mobile app orders work. Makes you wait even after placing a order online for over 20 minutes after you arrive... They forget your drinks or your food, they're rush you through the drive through and when you do get your food correct, you receive it cold. Why rush me through the drive through if your just going to serve my food cold. I have to drive to the rancho one to get good food and good service. read more

Always liked Chick fil A, so I was excited that a new one opened closer to home. Waited in the drive through for about 30 mins. Ordered and mentioned that I have a coupon. They acknowledged it then I ordered. After waiting many more minutes, I finally got to the window. I gave the coupon and the cashier mentioned that coupon is expired and it was not for the location. I felt like I wasted my time. I guess I should've read the fine print, but Chick Fil A in Rancho Cucamonga and Upland has always accepted my coupons even at other locations. Will not come back to this Chick Fil A. Just go to the Rancho or Upland Chick Fil A. I mentioned this to someone that used to work at Rancho Cucamonga Chick Fil A and that person said said they always accepted coupons from customers even if it is expired because their main goal was to keep customers happy. Also, I've noticed that in the Rancho Chick Fil A they go out to take your order when the line of cars are long, here no one was outside even though the line was really long. read more

The past three times i've came they've gotten my order wrong every time & don't give you sauces anymore. I thought the Chick-Fil-A in redlands was bad but Rialto has truly outdone themselves. Every time I go there is a problem. My most recent problem ended with a horrible burrito. I came back for a remake and there was no note left or anything stating that I was coming back even though the Manager himself said he would. I've been here several times for a mobile order and it has never been a good experience. Their parking lot is crowded with cars with nobody directing traffic. Once you get a spot your waiting for about an hour for your cold food. They always forget dressings for the salads or a drink is wrong. Super frustrating experience here. I was in line prior to 10:30 for breakfast. One employee told me I could order breakfast, then a super rude manager, Wendy, comes out and tells me and the cars ahead of me that we have to get lunch despite being in line prior to 10:30 and being told we could get breakfast. Worst customer service ever. We ordered our food and sat down and for twenty minutes we were waiting for our food. I decided to go up to see what was going on and apparently our food was sitting there the whole time but no one called our name. On top of that they forgot the milkshake we ordered. Needs some improvement. First of all, the drive thru line took about 30 mins. It seemed like only one side of the drive thru line was working since two cars went ahead of me when I had been waiting to order for longer than they had (drive thru has 2 lanes). So, I finally get to order. The girl was sweet, but slow. I get it, they're new and it's busy. However! Once I finally got my order there were several things wrong with it. I ordered a sweet tea and received a regular iced tea (I was really craving an iced cold sweet tea), I was expecting something sweet and delicious when I took my first drink and instead got a nasty bitter taste. I nearly spit my drink out. I also only got two of the sauces I asked for. My food was barely even warm and overall quality wasn't the best. To say the least, my expectations of Chick fil A are pretty high. I know they strive to have great and fast customer service with great food quality and this particular location is short of that! read more

Save yourself the frustration! OMG! Worst Chick-fil-A I've ever been too! I will gladly make the trip the the Ontario Mills CFA just to avoid this one. Actually it would probably be faster than coming here even though I live in Rialto. Service is horrible...all I saw was a bunch of girls standing around by the iced tea and lemonade doing absolutely nothing while there was only 1 cashier who was struggling with navigating the orders on the computer. For this place being so new it's also dirty. The woman's bathroom had no paper towels and their was toilet paper all over the floor. To top it all off, it took forever to get our food to find out that we were missing 3 items, which took an additional 15 minutes to get. I will not be back! As I was ordering, the POS crashed on me, waited a few minutes for a manager to attempt to reboot it so they switched me to the next register and as the worker was taking my order again, the pos crashed also crashed again. With the manager/owner on duty, they didn't know what they were doing and didn't offer any compensation or apologize until I canceled my order and walked out the door. The manager feverishly came out after apologizing but was too little too late after 10 minutes of standing through these computer crashes or lack of knowledge by staff. I visited this restaurant yesterday through the drive through. Before yesterday I had nothing but praises for Chick-fil-A. Today I can say that I've changed my mind. I ordered a salad with bacon on the side, they gave me bacon on the side but they also drenched the salad with bacon but that's not the worst part. I added rewards to redeem and inadvertently chose a spicy chicken sandwich, I asked the person who attended to me if he could help me remove it and order a regular chicken sandwich. He stated that I couldn't redeem my rewards for a regular chicken sandwich.‍ What? That makes no sense. The line was long so I just paid for the sandwich. I asked 3 more people on help to remove the sandwich because I don't like the spicy chicken sandwich and all I got was "call customer service." I'm not accustomed to this from this restaurant because they're always so gracious and friendly. This morning I called customer service and explained what happened. She told me that once I chose that sandwich there was no turning back. So now I'm stuck with a sandwich I'll never eat and according to Chick-fil-A there's no room for error. Shame on you Chick-fil-A. I asked the agent I spoke to "so that's it, I'm stuck with a sandwich I can't eat? " and her response was "yes ma'am" we'll at least she was respectful! I LOVE chick fil and was so excited there was one opening by my house. BUT THE 2 times I have gone something is wrong. First time I went I asked them 2 times about my chick fil a sauce to make sure that it was in my bag and they said it was and I get home to no chick fil a sauce!!! How am I gonna eat my nuggets without chick fil a sauce?!! Today, I asked for a chick fil a deluxe (not spicy) and they gave me a spicy chicken.... both times I have gone through drive through so I really have no time to check my order to make sure it is fine. The whole point of drive through is to drive through it not drive through and stop to check and see if everything is in the bag. I understand we all have training to go through we are all beginners at one point, but also understand that every single customer/person might be going through a rough day. And maybe nothing went right that day and maybe the only right thing they could have gotten was their chick fil a Order.
