black moldy spots on my bun :((( super disappointing and they also forgot allll my sauces too. i understand stuff gets overlooked but someone definitely needs to be double checking these types of things especially since I ate half the chicken sandwich.

This place is a hit or miss. Last few times, food has been cold and the kids that run the drive thru aren't there for customer service. Lettuce is always brown and soggy as well as the tomatoes. [[HIGHLIGHT]]Store appears to be clean[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] try to clean up the customer service or hire people that actually want to provide it. It's very expensive so please give the service that we're paying for.

EAT MOR CHIKIN cow

Have you ever been served in a fast food restaurant? I mean really served--food brought to your table, drinks refilled, table cleaned. Yes, I have. I first noticed Chick-fil-A back in 2016, when I drove from downtown Los Angeles along I-10, heading west to east. There was a billboard showing a cow sitting on another cow, painting the slogan "EAT MOR CHIKIN." I thought it was an animal protection slogan promoted by some NGO. After seeing it several times, I realized there was a red line under the slogan. I googled it and eventually found out that the red line was a logo for a fast-food chain selling chicken-based foods called Chick-fil-A. For some reason, I always thought Chick-fil-A was originally from California, but actually it's not. According to Wikipedia, it started in the Atlanta suburb of Hapeville, Georgia. Why did I think it was from California? After a vacation in Las Vegas, I drove all the way to San Bernardino. On a side trip, I visited the Historical McDonald's Museum, and afterward I needed lunch. I got on I-210 from San Bernardino and exited at Ayala Dr, in a small town called Rialto. There, in a plaza between Panda Express and 7-Eleven, was a Chick-fil-A. I saw the cow again, this time sitting on the roof of the restaurant, holding the "EAT MOR CHIKIN" board. [[HIGHLIGHT]]Walking in from the side door, I immediately felt it wasn't like a normal fast-food restaurant. The tables, chairs, seating, and atmosphere all felt different from McDonald's or KFC.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] I still placed my order at the counter. Since I didn't order a drink--I already had my giant coffee thermos--the cashier kindly offered me water. She gave me a blue table tent sign and told me my food would be served at the table. After just a few minutes, less than five, a young staff member brought my tray of food. The tray had the familiar fast-food setup: paper liner, boxes, dipping sauce packets. It reminded me I was indeed in a fast-food place. Several staff members in Chick-fil-A uniforms walked around; one noticed I didn't have a cup and offered me water again. Another even came to ask how the food was, like in a sit-down restaurant. Warm and kind, but also a little unusual. I ordered the limited-time Spicy Pretzel Cheddar Club. Although the bun looked like a round pretzel with a cross cut on top, the texture was nothing like pretzel--it was just a normal burger bun, soft and fluffy. The chicken sandwich tasted good, with just a hint of spice, but far too mild. By the way, the Dijon mustard packet was very hard to open--no tear notch on the edge, so I had to bite it open. I also had Chick-n-Strips, three slices of fried chicken breast. I had never tried this before; in Chinese cuisine, chicken breast is usually considered the worst part of the chicken, especially in soups. Honestly, it was much better than I expected--tender and moist, not as dry as I imagined. The Sriracha dipping sauce was a little too sweet, but still tasty. One thing confused me: why was the Sriracha box green? Isn't Sriracha usually a red hot sauce? [[HIGHLIGHT]]Service was great, food was tasty, the environment welcoming, and the atmosphere pleasant.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] I don't understand why this restaurant only has 451 reviews with a 2.5 rating on Yelp, while on Google Maps it has 3,165 reviews and a 4.3 rating. Usually, restaurants have similar ratings across both platforms, so why is this one so different? I also checked other Chick-fil-A locations in Arcadia and Pasadena, and noticed the same pattern: their Yelp ratings were much lower than their Google Maps ratings, and the number of reviews was also significantly fewer on Yelp compared to Google Maps. Can anyone explain why? Another interesting fact: unlike most fast-food chains, Chick-fil-A closes on Sundays, Thanksgiving, and Christmas.

I came at 6:30am when they just opened in order to redeem my free 4pc mini breakfast. [[HIGHLIGHT]]The establishment was very clean[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] and the staff were super friendly. What I would like to say is thank you for giving an abundance of sauce other restaurants would never give this much for free.

Make sure you have Atleast an hour of time before coming here there's always a line out the parking lot. One sandwich was good the other was very rubbery and overcooked . Workers also seem very stressed and overwhelmed.

The type of customer service that you get from this location is top tier!! The staff was so friendly and ready to help. Kimberly was the manager who helped me and let me tell you something managers with excellent customer service are hard to find and Kimberly is definitely one of those people. She made us feel welcome

The food is obviously great because it is Chick Fil a. Yet the service is atrocious! I ordered a 12 count grilled nuggets in the morning at 730 a.m. Two cars were ahead of me and I ended up waiting about 8 minutes to get to the window. I paid and was told your order is coming up! Oh wait, may you park off to the side? It will be right out. I park and wait assuming it's almost ready. 10 minutes later, NOTHING. I'm headed to work so I walked in at 7:52 to inquire about my order. There are at least 5 people total behind the counter. One person asks another who asks another.... Well, it turns out my food had been placed in the area inside where people usually pick up online orders. How do they not communicate that there is ONE CAR waiting on food? [[HIGHLIGHT]]This was not a busy morning whatsoever.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Will not be returning.

My meal with a dead insect on my lettuce leaf

Disappointed in this location as probably other ingredients are not properly prepped or cleaned. We had taken our food home as our 18 month YO daughter was in a mood because she was hungry. I took a bit of my sandwich and noticed something in the corner of my eye on the piece of lettuce sticking out of the sandwich. Low and behold, a dead insect.

Rude employee

Any time I've gone to a chick Fil a , the employees have always been super nice and welcoming. I have never once felt unwanted or uncomfortable when I go into a chick Fil a . But today, February 26, 2026, at around 4pm, me and my siblings went to get food, this girl taking our order (forgot her name) she was so mean and rude and didn't even get my order right. She looks miserable, she clearly hates her job so much. She didn't welcome us, didnt smile once, and kept rolling her eyes. I don't like being a Karen but this girls attitude was not it. Chick Fil a, please hire nicer welcoming people, not miserable people like this girl. Made the whole transaction incredibly disappointing.

By far the worst chick-fil-a location I've been to. The wait is over 20 min and the food was just horrible.

Well to start, only one cashier working at first, so many of us were stuck behind a family of six. I finally had someone else help me out ten minutes after standing around. Next, after I ordered, a group of two ladies ordered after me. As I was filling up my drink, I heard them order the same thing I did. After about another 10-12 minutes, I thought my food was finally coming out. Nope, it was for the ladies who ordered after me. My food came out about 5 minutes later, and when it did I asked why the ladies received there's first. The response? "They said they ordered first c so that order was there." Cant receipts be verified? Though my burger was good, the fries were very limited. I feel like I got a kids order of fries with no more than ten in the bag. The worst part? The cook kept wiping sweat off his face using his hand, and then went right back to cooking. No good farmer boys. No good at all.
