Fridays are always busy days at chick fil a but my family and i wanted to eat in today. Line was long but nothing to complain about. The workers were very attentive especially in the dinning room. It's so disappointing that I have to drive to the chik fil a in Redlands to get good service & my food. I live right off the 210 and Ayala and i rather not come to this one, it's multiple times the ladies in the front are sloppy looking and I just got my food thru drive thru and an employee by the name of Arturo just gave me my food in a rude way. It's disappointing that so many of us in Rialto arnt happy with our chikfila, everywhere else the employees are proper hygiene looking and we'll put together. This location seems to forget part of my order ALL the time. Today I received a completely messed up order - no surprise there. I have attached images. No fruit cup, only 1 tortilla strips packet for 2 tortilla soups (I had asked for extra tortilla strips as well), and Arnold Palmer instead of the half and half tea beverage. Last time I ordered mobile carry out they completely forgot about my order. After 30 minutes of waiting I called the store and spoke to Diamond. Diamond apologized and assured me that my order was ready and was heading out. Another 20 minutes passed before I had to call again. When the worker came out, I was told that Diamond denied speaking to me over the phone. Unacceptable. They have been opened for more than 2 years now. I just had the worst experience with two team leaders at the Renaissance location in Rialto. Both Nick and Liz were both terribly unprofessional. They were presented to me after I had 2 missing items and my large fry was incorrect. I was asked to return the original fry and the team leader Nick wanted to throw it away in my face. He and Liz were verbally aggressive with me and I felt nothing they did was their pleasure besides further engaging with me in an inappropriate manner. read more

This location has a play area for children so if you want to have a conversation with a friend or you don't like snot-filled children running by you every 10 seconds, this isn't the place for you. I feel badly for the employees for each and every one of them I encountered were the epitome of professionalism. They have the signature Chick-fil-A "my pleasure" down to a science and their smiles were like putting your hands into warm mittens on a cold morning. Damn... a bad chick fil a is rare. But this one probably takes the cake for the worst one i've been to in a while. Wait times were... at first... extremely short. Having ordered from the mobile app, i got my food and drink relatively quick. Ate pretty slow and noticed my friend hadn't received his shake. I go up to the register and order a small cone from my rewards. Now we're both waiting on food. Having finished our food, we both stood up by the counter waiting for my come and my friends shake. We were passed again and again. Having worked in service, I know the importance of not keeping anyone waiting too long. But next time I'd like to see more attention paid to those waiting too long. read more

This last time I placed the order I waited 40 minutes for my order. There's absolutely no excuse for the food, not to be ready if you order on the app ahead of time. The food of course is great, customer service as far as friendliness Is great. The problem is the wait time from ordering to having the meal prepared. I've given literally 10 to 15 minutes from the time the order is placed to the time of arrival and it's still not ready. This takes away from everything else and is a poor overall experience. Don't normally leave reviews but this place is so unorganized. There are two lanes in drive thru and I ordered my food in one lane but for some reason the 2nd lane was delayed. There was no direction as to what car you should follow when the lanes merge so of course 5 cars that ordered after me got there food before me and my food was soggy and cold. I asked them to remake my food or just refund my money. They remade it, so I assumed...The fries were hot but I think they just put my hubby's sandwich in a new box. This was my first visit to this location. It was quite busy we used the drive-through. I ordered the grilled Cobb chicken salad. But I had to go inside because I was given a fried chicken salad and I am allergic to gluten. While I was inside I was greeted with happy employees who were willing to fix my salad.
