We've been coming into this branch coz it's close to my house and this Vlad who takes out orders from drive thru came out when we're in line for breakfast and went to the other lane and bypass our car and the other 2 cars in front of us who has been waiting for so long before the other cars whom he got orders first before us. He said it's just whichever lane they send them out but we've been waiting there before the other cars. I just don't think it's fair. Sooooooo glad they fixed the drive thru at this place. People used to get blocked in, when they parked to go inside. I was able to park right in front and had my food brought out to me. I received the "my pleasure", I so dearly enjoy receiving from them (lol). My nuggets were nice and hot and the sauces I requested, were inside as well. So, I am not sure what the malfunction is inside the restaurant here, but the walk in line should not be moving faster than the drive through line. I have come here a few times now, and there are instances where it has taken me less time to park, walk inside, mobile order my food, and eat it, than it would have to wait in the drive through line. I began writing this review at 1:20PM and have moved one car length by 1:24PM and was only because a car left the line in front of me since. Was taking so long. This is entirely unacceptable and needs to be corrected. I would love to know why the drive through is taking such a long time when it is specifically meant for people who are in a hurry and do not have time sit inside and eat. The fact that it took nearly 20 minutes to even get to a point to place my order is appalling. Review your procedures and correct them. read more

My family wanted to try the breakfast 4 piece chick minis. They loved it, however only 4 isn't enough for a growing teen. I should've bought the 10 piece one for him.
