When our food arrived, one of the plates was completely wrong due to her entering the order incorrectly. There was no apology. She simply grabbed the plate and walked away. Mistakes happen. But poor service with zero accountability makes it hard to overlook everything else. Between the decline in food quality and the lack of basic customer care, this visit was extremely disappointing. That was such a nice bonus. We ordered four bowls, and the manager even gave me a receipt showing that one bowl had been refunded because of the promotion. I assume the cashier didn't know. I wasn't sure if the promotion meant we should have received two free bowls, but honestly, I was so pleasantly surprised by the deal that I didn't even ask.
