In the three years that I have been patronizing Chick-fil-A since its appearance in Southern California in 2018, this is only the second time that I have received less than Chick-fil-A exemplary customer service. Chick-fil-A has always been a top-tier hard to reach level of incredible service matched by no other fast food chain or independent food provider. I have even been in the precarious position of placing my order whike unbeknownst to me not having my debit card. Chick-fil-A members comped my order on two separate occasions for the same reason. Moved by their generosity I proceeded to pay it forward on my subsequent visits to Chick-fil-A by paying for customers behind me in the drive-thru. An unfortunate and unnecessary interaction occurred with Miss Veronica who wears glasses this evening. The interaction was unnecessary because I was already being helped by another Chick-fil-A associate When Miss Veronica rudely jumped into the conversation I was having with the very nice Chick-fil-A associate who was attending me and providing me with my order. It was unfortunate because Miss Veronica failed to exhibit the customary Chick-fil-A customer service that I had become accustomed to. She was neither apologetic for the inability to fulfill the request I had made to the other associate, neither was she courteous or kind in relaying her message. In fact, her tone was void of friendliness. The way she spoke to me was so embarrassing. Other customers waiting for their orders were looking in shock. Even the person that I placed on hold on my phone was taken aback so much that they mentioned it to me when I returned to our conversation. Based on this interaction with Miss Veronica, it is clear that there is an opportunity for retraining in customer service and customer interfacing. In no way shape or form will this interaction sully my opinion of Chick-fil-A given the consistent and exceptional way that I have always been handled in previous visits. However, this visit involving Miss Veronica was a -4 out of 5 and Chick-fil-A will always be a 5 out of 5. read more

Isn't it just the worst when you crave Chick-fil-a the most on Sundays?! This Chick-fil-A is located in a semi busy plaza so be careful around the parking lot! A lot of cars are always speeding through. There's panhandlers in this area sometimes but they're not so bad. Anyways, this chick-fil-a has a special place in my heart. I'd come here almost every Monday night when I was a UCR student because Monday nights were their college nights! That meant if you show a valid college ID, you get a free original chicken sandwich! Starving college students & free food are a match made in heaven. There's this meme that I've seen online that says "Chick-fil-a employees treat you better than your own family" and I could not agree any more with that LOL. Seriously! Chick-fil-A employees are one of the nicest beings ever! I mean, I know Chick-fil-a is known for being anti-gay, but I cannot deny that their customer service always leaves me feeling happy. I always order the same thing here: #4 with a lemonade. For those that have no clue what #4 is, it's the spicy chicken sandwich deluxe. I tried their new frosted lemonade a few days ago and boy oh boy was I impressed! Thinking I was going to get a slushy/icee freezey sort of drink, I was surprised to see that it was mixed with their soft serve ice cream. Such creamy texture. Much tasty. Cold, refreshing, sweet. This was the first time I had actually gone to Chick-Fil-A and gotten something other than their waffle fries, and the hype around this place is correct. I went with my cousin (via drive-thru #america) and got a cookies and cream milkshake and 8 nuggets (two of which she ate smh) because of their current coupon deal (get 8 free nuggets - grilled or original - with a purchase of a handspun milkshake until Dec. 31, 2015). I thought the nuggets were such a good proportion because 1) it was 3pm so it was a good pre-dinner and 2) despite how good their CFA sauce is, it does get tiring like all other sauces! The milkshake was really rich and thick like all milkshakes should be in my opinion, and it was topped with a thin layer of whipped cream and a maraschino cherry. I thought they could have done without the whipped cream and cherry but eh - it made it authentic/special and gave me the feeling that I wasn't just going to another fast-food joint. read more

Its a rarity in Riverside :) They even have nights dedicated for children where the cow comes out and have little events in the back of the building at least every week. I love this location. I work for postmates and get anywhere from 1 to 6 orders a day from here. The staff have all gotten to know me and ask how things are going when I come by. I do the drive thru and it can be a long wait sometimes but if I don't want to wait then I should go inside. Chick fil-a is definitely one of my favorite fast food places. Consistently good quality, workers who are friendly, and food that comes out promptly, even when the place is really busy. I used to come here frequently as a high schooler and get their kids meal. It wasn't that I wanted a toy, but I wanted the ice cream. You can trade in your toy for an ice cream, so I'd get my nuggets, fries, and free ice cream and it'd be a nice snack at the mall. Now a days I usually get there deluxe chicken sandwich or their nuggets, but I definitely always include those delicious waffle fries. The chick fil a sauce is like my favorite fast food sauce, I put it on everything except in the drink. This one has college nights occasionally on Mondays in which they give out a free sandwich or nuggets, which is pretty awesome. I've only had one bad experience here in all the times I'm visited. I waited for my food for over 25 minutes which is unheard of for fast food, especially chick fil a. However, they apologised and even gave me several compensation coupons, and so they have redeemed themselves. Overall, bottom line is, eat more chikin, go to chick fil-a. read more

Closest Chick-fil-A to my house, don't really have many options on locations. Today has been the 5th time they have messed up my order and also forget to give me my complete meal. I called right @10pm around 7-9 times, no answer straight to voicemail after the 3rd call. I get to the location @10:10pm and they told me all they can do is give me a meal recovery, while the worker who took my order admitted to being at fault. Manager came out and took my info, as he walks back he hand shakes his coworker who admitted to messing up the order. mmm all their sauce selections are delicious, and they have so many! But besides that, theyre ALWAYS really nice, their food is good, and they have the best iced tea ever! I always get the chicken salad sandwich and criss cross fries and I'm always satisfied. I suggest the carrot and raisin salad and the bagel breakfast sandwich as well. My only gripe is that theyre not open late and not at all on Sundays, and I work and go to school odd hours. The best fast food you are going to eat without a shadow of a doubt. Coming here just reminds me of home (Atlanta, Georgia) and the fantastic feeling that a chicken sandwich can leave you with for the day. This place beats out the nasty McDonald's next door in every way so head on over here. The breakfast here is to die for (chicken biscuit or bacon, egg, cheese) are at the top of my list. For lunch check out the spicy chicken sandwich which puts other companies one to shame. From a fountain beverage perspective they also have Coke Zero and Diet Dr. Pepper here! The drive-thru is always fast no matter how many people are in line here and the inside is clean and neat regardless of how many customers are inside. During dinner rush last night in fact someone walked around to check on how we were doing and offered us a free refill on our beverage. File that under never going to happen at McDonald's or any other fast food chain in the Day Street area. I am not saying you should be eating here but if your going to opt for a night of fast food then make this your stop compared to elsewhere in the Moreno Valley area. Coming back from business in Riverside, my wife suggested we stop at Chick-Fil-A. Although this location is listed as being in Riverside, and I suppose it really is since it is on the west side of Day Street, just south of the Route 60 freeway, I prefer to think of them as being in Moreno Valley. Because they essentially are. Basically, they are on the southwest corner of Day and Canyon Springs Parkway. The place is bright and cheery, and they have some bacon or sausage biscuits on their breakfast menu for non-chicken-eaters. You can even get a chicken salad sandwich if you don't care for a slab of chicken, like you might find elsewhere. Since I had never eaten at a CFA before, I thought I would try their basic CFA combo; my wife thought the grilled chicken sandwich, with no breading, might be lower in calories so she got that. Lower in calories, but higher in price -- 70 cents more to be exact. The reason for that was probably because it comes with lettuce and a couple of slices of tomato. On the other hand, my basic sandwich was, well, basic. Chicken on a bun with a couple of pickle slices. It was good but rather plain. The honey barbecue sauce helped. I could have upgraded but wanted to try the standard issue first. It came with cross-cut fries which were not at all crisp. Knock off a star for that. Otherwise it would have been five stars, especially for the cheery, friendly service. So, Chick-Fil-A gets my vote, and I wonder when we can get one in Palm Springs? read more
