In the three years that I have been patronizing Chick-fil-A since its appearance in Southern California in 2018, this is only the second time that I have received less than Chick-fil-A exemplary customer service. Chick-fil-A has always been a top-tier hard to reach level of incredible service matched by no other fast food chain or independent food provider. I have even been in the precarious position of placing my order whike unbeknownst to me not having my debit card. Chick-fil-A members comped my order on two separate occasions for the same reason. Moved by their generosity I proceeded to pay it forward on my subsequent visits to Chick-fil-A by paying for customers behind me in the drive-thru. An unfortunate and unnecessary interaction occurred with Miss Veronica who wears glasses this evening. The interaction was unnecessary because I was already being helped by another Chick-fil-A associate When Miss Veronica rudely jumped into the conversation I was having with the very nice Chick-fil-A associate who was attending me and providing me with my order. It was unfortunate because Miss Veronica failed to exhibit the customary Chick-fil-A customer service that I had become accustomed to. She was neither apologetic for the inability to fulfill the request I had made to the other associate, neither was she courteous or kind in relaying her message. In fact, her tone was void of friendliness. The way she spoke to me was so embarrassing. Other customers waiting for their orders were looking in shock. Even the person that I placed on hold on my phone was taken aback so much that they mentioned it to me when I returned to our conversation. Based on this interaction with Miss Veronica, it is clear that there is an opportunity for retraining in customer service and customer interfacing. In no way shape or form will this interaction sully my opinion of Chick-fil-A given the consistent and exceptional way that I have always been handled in previous visits. However, this visit involving Miss Veronica was a -4 out of 5 and Chick-fil-A will always be a 5 out of 5. read more

mmm all their sauce selections are delicious, and they have so many! But besides that, theyre ALWAYS really nice, their food is good, and they have the best iced tea ever! I always get the chicken salad sandwich and criss cross fries and I'm always satisfied. I suggest the carrot and raisin salad and the bagel breakfast sandwich as well. My only gripe is that theyre not open late and not at all on Sundays, and I work and go to school odd hours. But if I'm in the area, more often than not, I'll make a bee line for Chick-fil A PS Best mascot by far, always so energetic and entertaining :-) read more

I love Chick-Fil-A. Love love love. I don't care about the controversy (they sell Coke products, after all, which is a huge supporter of LGBT rights). I LOVE ME SOME CHICKEN! This location is great. Friendly staff, scrumptious food at fast food prices, free WIFi, fun stuff for the kids... The only thing that could make this location better is a playground. Even without the playground, they have a little play area with a tv, books, and toys. I'll keep on coming back! read more

The staff is friendly and the food is good. The food was quick and at a good temperature when t was brought to our table. All typical Chic-fil-a. What is not typical is the smell that hit us as we walked in today. It smelled like a dirty mop. The floor is dirty and there is a huge spill in the dining area that the staff has not cleaned in the 20 minutes I have been here. Most of the tables are dirty as well. The best fast food you are going to eat without a shadow of a doubt. Coming here just reminds me of home (Atlanta, Georgia) and the fantastic feeling that a chicken sandwich can leave you with for the day. This place beats out the nasty McDonald's next door in every way so head on over here. The breakfast here is to die for (chicken biscuit or bacon, egg, cheese) are at the top of my list. For lunch check out the spicy chicken sandwich which puts other companies one to shame. From a fountain beverage perspective they also have Coke Zero and Diet Dr. Pepper here! The drive-thru is always fast no matter how many people are in line here and the inside is clean and neat regardless of how many customers are inside. During dinner rush last night in fact someone walked around to check on how we were doing and offered us a free refill on our beverage. File that under never going to happen at McDonald's or any other fast food chain in the Day Street area. I am not saying you should be eating here but if your going to opt for a night of fast food then make this your stop compared to elsewhere in the Moreno Valley area. Coming back from business in Riverside, my wife suggested we stop at Chick-Fil-A. Although this location is listed as being in Riverside, and I suppose it really is since it is on the west side of Day Street, just south of the Route 60 freeway, I prefer to think of them as being in Moreno Valley. Because they essentially are. Basically, they are on the southwest corner of Day and Canyon Springs Parkway. The place is bright and cheery, and they have some bacon or sausage biscuits on their breakfast menu for non-chicken-eaters. You can even get a chicken salad sandwich if you don't care for a slab of chicken, like you might find elsewhere. Since I had never eaten at a CFA before, I thought I would try their basic CFA combo; my wife thought the grilled chicken sandwich, with no breading, might be lower in calories so she got that. Lower in calories, but higher in price -- 70 cents more to be exact. The reason for that was probably because it comes with lettuce and a couple of slices of tomato. On the other hand, my basic sandwich was, well, basic. Chicken on a bun with a couple of pickle slices. It was good but rather plain. The honey barbecue sauce helped. I could have upgraded but wanted to try the standard issue first. It came with cross-cut fries which were not at all crisp. Knock off a star for that. Otherwise it would have been five stars, especially for the cheery, friendly service. So, Chick-Fil-A gets my vote, and I wonder when we can get one in Palm Springs? read more

I understand mistakes happen, but the last two times I've been to the Canyon springs parkway location in Riverside CA, they have neglected to give me items. This evening, I got food for my family, my daughter was coming back from a painful procedure at the doctors, upon getting home, we noticed they had not given us her 6 piece chicken nuggets and also forgot my sons order of fries. I was at the location at 6:42pm, my total was around $35.00, but I definitely did not get everything I ordered. Bad experience at the driveup. Three separate lines and two cars in front of me and they were not going into the open spaces so I went into one of them and the chick fil a server said i cut in front of the other cars and i had to go back out and get in line again. There was a very short line and i said if I could stay as I did not know the other two cars were waiting as they were not going into the open spaces. She said no so I just did a U turn and went back in immediately, so pointless! The other server apologized but this ruined my experience. And to top it off, I saw that another car did the same thing I did and the same server appeared to say the same thing to them but the car did not go out and get back in line. Why me and not him?? I have never tried this place before. With all the recent hoopla about this chain, I thought I'd give it a try. I found the food to be very fresh, tasty, and well prepared. Portions were quite small by industry standards. I had a chicken club sandwich with a small cup of coleslaw and a small iced tea. Total cost was about $8.50. The meal was great, but I would have preferred a larger cup of coleslaw. The reason I bumped the rating from a 4 to a 5 is directly related to the quality of the service I received. The server who helped me was a very pleasant young lady named Jamie. The spelling may not be exact, but that was her name. She did everything with a smile on her face and walked around the dining room looking for someone to help. She filled my cup as soon as it was low and even noticed that I had used a couple of Splenda packets with the first cup. She brought the sweetener with the tea! Who does that?! I was so impressed with Jamie that I offered her a business card and asked her to contact me if she ever had an interest in working for the large agency I work for. Idk what has happened at this location. I used to come here all the time and the service was great. It's expected that the drive through line is always going to be long but they used to be on top of it. This time I had to wait over 20 minutes to get my drive through order after I had already passed the drive through window. Consistent quality at this location and great service. It's centrally located to access to shopping and other great food eats. The good sauces are behind the counter so make sure to ask, parking can get a little tight during peak hours, along with inside seating. But overall the line moves quickly and you can get in and out if you're in a hurry. One small peculiarity I noticed is this location does not have "live" or fresh flowers like most other locations I patronize. Never used the restroom at this location but overall cleanliness was on point. As usual, good food and people. read more

Horrible workers. I ordered a chicken sandwich meal and I didn't check my bag when I received it because there was a long line and I didn't want to hold up the line. My order came out to almost 7 dollars and I don't know the full price because they didn't give me a receipt (VERY unprofessional). ANYWAY, I didn't receive my fries I payed for and I didn't notice till I got home and this place is 5 miles from my house so I'm not going to drive back and get my fries. They RIPPED me off. I never thought I would love ChickFilA until I got to college. That being said, for being so close to universities, this place is just awesome. No matter how big or small the crowd is here, your food will ALWAYS come out quickly, I love it. I've been here for College Nights and even Cow Appreciation Day and no matter what I get through the lines and food so much quicker than any other fast food restaurant.
