Pretty sure management changed because when this place opened service was top notch. Just recently I sat in the drive thru for almost 30 minutes. I dont know if its the time I come (during the change from breakfast to lunch) but something's not working here if the wait is that long and the lines are so long inside and in the drive thru. Once I came at dinner time to a line wrapped around towards the back of the restaurant and everyone looked pissed lol I know this place gets hella busy and I feel bad for the workers busting their ass in all sorts of weather, but I've seen the difference in how well the staff worked previously to how they are now. Not sure what happened, maybe back house isn't moving fast enough? Maybe too many trainees? idk but I hope things get better.. read more

Tonight (4/8) was a great experience at our local CFA; staff was attentive and delivered our order to table in reasonable amount of time without throwing it at us. Food was hot and fresh. Definitely happy with the service and food tonight. Thank you CFA mgmt for addressing previous issues. Previous review::: Service hasn't changed AT ALL on this Friday evening. Subpar customer service from the top down. Orders are wrong even though they confirm it with you. Drive off with not what you ordered. By the time you notice the order is wrong you are long gone. I have never tried this place before. With all the recent hoopla about this chain, I thought I'd give it a try. I found the food to be very fresh, tasty, and well prepared. Portions were quite small by industry standards. I had a chicken club sandwich with a small cup of coleslaw and a small iced tea. Total cost was about $8.50. The meal was great, but I would have preferred a larger cup of coleslaw. The reason I bumped the rating from a 4 to a 5 is directly related to the quality of the service I received. The server who helped me was a very pleasant young lady named Jamie. The spelling may not be exact, but that was her name. She did everything with a smile on her face and walked around the dining room looking for someone to help. She filled my cup as soon as it was low and even noticed that I had used a couple of Splenda packets with the first cup. She brought the sweetener with the tea! Who does that?! I was so impressed with Jamie that I offered her a business card and asked her to contact me if she ever had an interest in working for the large agency I work for. She was a little surprised, but pleasantly so I think. I will be back, you should try it too! read more

Consistent quality at this location and great service. It's centrally located to access to shopping and other great food eats. The good sauces are behind the counter so make sure to ask, parking can get a little tight during peak hours, along with inside seating. But overall the line moves quickly and you can get in and out if you're in a hurry. One small peculiarity I noticed is this location does not have "live" or fresh flowers like most other locations I patronize. Never used the restroom at this location but overall cleanliness was on point. As usual, good food and people. read more

The staff is friendly and the food is good. The food was quick and at a good temperature when t was brought to our table. All typical Chic-fil-a. What is not typical is the smell that hit us as we walked in today. It smelled like a dirty mop. The floor is dirty and there is a huge spill in the dining area that the staff has not cleaned in the 20 minutes I have been here. Most of the tables are dirty as well. I understand mistakes happen, but the last two times I've been to the Canyon springs parkway location in Riverside CA, they have neglected to give me items. This evening, I got food for my family, my daughter was coming back from a painful procedure at the doctors, upon getting home, we noticed they had not given us her 6 piece chicken nuggets and also forgot my sons order of fries. I was at the location at 6:42pm, my total was around $35.00, but I definitely did not get everything I ordered. I never thought I would love ChickFilA until I got to college. That being said, for being so close to universities, this place is just awesome. No matter how big or small the crowd is here, your food will ALWAYS come out quickly, I love it. I've been here for College Nights and even Cow Appreciation Day and no matter what I get through the lines and food so much quicker than any other fast food restaurant. Bad experience at the driveup. Three separate lines and two cars in front of me and they were not going into the open spaces so I went into one of them and the chick fil a server said i cut in front of the other cars and i had to go back out and get in line again. There was a very short line and i said if I could stay as I did not know the other two cars were waiting as they were not going into the open spaces. She said no so I just did a U turn and went back in immediately, so pointless! The other server apologized but this ruined my experience. And to top it off, I saw that another car did the same thing I did and the same server appeared to say the same thing to them but the car did not go out and get back in line. Why me and not him?? It's a Chick-fil-A restaurant - you can't go wrong! I've eaten here about four times so far. The parking lot is pretty cramped here. (Though you can always park in the parking lot for the store behind the place.) There are two entrances: one that goes to the parking lot from Canyon Springs Parkway and one that goes into the drive-thru lane from Day Street. If you go through the drive-thru you pretty much have to exit out of the entrance to the parking lot. Since the road you'll turn onto is an exit from the very busy main street, you have to be very careful that someone doesn't go speeding through there from either direction. I always go through the drive-thru since I'm too paranoid to park my car in the parking lot, but the drive-thru is somewhat narrow and makes me terrified of hitting the curb. Anyways... the food is always delicious and the waffle fries are always hot. (Man, do I love me some waffle fries.) It is somewhat pricy, but the food, to me, is that good that I'll pay the price they named. The drive-thru cashiers have always been very polite and courteous towards me. I've never had any issues with them being unprofessional. The food does take a little bit longer to come out than other fast food restaurants, but for some Chick-fil-A food? I can wait. read more

Straight up, best chicken I have ever had in my life. Moist, tender, juicy, flavorful with or without their wondrous selection of sauces. My favorite is the BBQ sauce, Ranch is alright, but I have to say, BBQ takes the cake. Dip everything in BBQ, and add some to your sandwich as well.
