It's a Chick-fil-A restaurant - you can't go wrong! I've eaten here about four times so far. The parking lot is pretty cramped here. (Though you can always park in the parking lot for the store behind the place.) There are two entrances: one that goes to the parking lot from Canyon Springs Parkway and one that goes into the drive-thru lane from Day Street. If you go through the drive-thru you pretty much have to exit out of the entrance to the parking lot. Since the road you'll turn onto is an exit from the very busy main street, you have to be very careful that someone doesn't go speeding through there from either direction. I always go through the drive-thru since I'm too paranoid to park my car in the parking lot, but the drive-thru is somewhat narrow and makes me terrified of hitting the curb. Anyways... the food is always delicious and the waffle fries are always hot. (Man, do I love me some waffle fries.) It is somewhat pricy, but the food, to me, is that good that I'll pay the price they named. The drive-thru cashiers have always been very polite and courteous towards me. I've never had any issues with them being unprofessional. The food does take a little bit longer to come out than other fast food restaurants, but for some Chick-fil-A food? I can wait. read more

Drive thru moves so fast and even when you walk in you get your food right away, sometimes you don't even get to find a seat yet and the food is already out. Straight up, best chicken I have ever had in my life. Moist, tender, juicy, flavorful with or without their wondrous selection of sauces. My favorite is the BBQ sauce, Ranch is alright, but I have to say, BBQ takes the cake. Dip everything in BBQ, and add some to your sandwich as well. It's a bit expensive, so I don't go here too often. I usually smuggle some sauces back home for my personal use, heh. Free Purell wipes too! I put them in my wallet. I lost my Chick-fil-A virginity with a couple of friends few months at this location. I ordered the chicken nuggets, a chicken sandwich, and their criss cross fries (basically their most common combo meal). The chicken nuggets were really delicious because they used all real white meat chicken instead of the nasty random processed meat you find at other fast food joints. The chicken sandwich was appropriately sized and the chicken to bread ratio was about even. What i found most interesting about this place was the sauce. The sauce over there are amazing! There about six choices, (name the sauces) all located in the self-serve station so you don't have to wait and ask from the workers over the counter. I got the Chick-fil-A sauce because well... It has their store name on it. The sauce almost tasted like a sweet honey dijon mustard which went great with all the food. I loved the sauce so much that i asked for a togo bag and stuffed about eight of the dipping packets in and took them home. The service was amazing for a fast food joint. Even though it was packed when i went, the manager there was able to comply to everyone in a hastly matter, but with a smile and friendly voice. There is no self-serve soda stations so you have to ask over the counter for a refill. When I asked for a refill, they happily took my cup and filled it with the appropraite brevage with a smile. Sometimes they'll even walk around the restaurant and ask if you need more drinks. Now thats service done RIGHT! Final Note: Resonable price, GREAT SERVICE, real meat, awesome sauce variety. I use to love this chick fil a, and wouldn't mind spending my money here. But as 6/12/18 the Manager ( African American lady with red hair, men styled short ) was super rude. I was so disappointed because they had me waiting for a long time on drive through and I did not complain. now the manager was teaching another team member how to make a perfect ice-cream cone and they would not make it right so they had like 7 un perfect cones and she handed me one I said if I could take another two off her hands since they were just all piled up by the ice cream machine, "she said NO I DONT THINK SO! Came here on. Saturday night around 8 and they had three people outside taking orders for the drive thru. It made the line go so fast and we hardly had to wait in a very long drive thru. The staff was so friendly and nice when we ordered and when we paid. We got a kids meal, nuggets and frosted lemonade. Everything was excellent and the service was great. Outstanding customer service during lunch rush hours! I came in with my 2 children and almost left out because it was so busy, but we stayed and service was extremely fast. Food was fresh and delicious! Several people walking around checking on all the diners and providing them with anything they may need. What really knocked the service out the park was we ordered a kids ice cream for later and Justin (who I found out later was the owner) asked my 4 year old if he wanted to make his own cone. Now my son got scared in the process and chickened out but Justin just treated him so well and I appreciated that! This location rocks. :) Kudos to Justin and all of his staff! read more

My mother and I at this chic fil a and we eat ate a chic fil a frequently and can honestly say that our experience here was not up to the normal standard that we are used to receiving. The girl that took our order Destiree was rude. My mother asked for a senior lemonade and the asked what size did she want - my mother said if seniors could have different size drinks and was told yes. Then my mother noticed that she was being charged for it and was told rudely that there was not senior discounts at this location. After sitting down with our food with asked the delivery person if we could speak with the manager but she never came. I was embarrassed that a young person could be so rude to an elderly lady close to 80 years old. Very rude customer service , first of all the guy taking our order was giving us attitude the whole time . I asked to upgrade to a large and when we got our food , it was a regular size . Also didn't ask what kind of dressing I wanted for my salad and when we got our food I asked the girl at the window for a creamy salsa dressing, she took a deep breath and handed us one with attitude. After that I told her we had ordered a large and didn't seem to want to upgrade our drink and fries. My boyfriend and I love Chick-fil-A. We usually have to travel about two hours to get there but it's always worth it. Yesterday we had the most wonderful experience. As soon as we arrived we had the door open for us and we were greeted by a friendly smile. We order our food and the food was brought to us real quick. After we were finished the staff removed our trash and refilled our drinks. I ate during an extremely busy day and they were sufficiently staffed and speedy with the food. The staff went above and beyond to be polite and their genuine positive attitudes made the experience wonderful. One of the staff even went around to talk to people and deliver extra requests. I've been going to this Chick-Fil- location for over 2 years now, and usually I am super impressed with how fast and great the food taste. Sure the food is pricey but it's worth it. However on this day, they screwed up! I order 2 chicken biscuit sandwiches which both of them had pieces of hair bake inside of them. I called Chick-fil-A and they said they put me on a log and that they were going to take care of me when I came in. When I came in I waited for over 15min when there customer service specialists walk back and forth in between a lab top and iPad tablet. And after all that, the most she could offer me is a chicken sandwich, a chicken sandwich for me biting into the most disgusting thing I ever put in my mouth. They didn't respect my time and gas that spent to go and eat at there restaurant. The least they could have done was given me a refund and a free meal.
