Went last night bought 5 meals all large and a salad ( all the fries were only half full and looked like bottom batch, mostly broken pieces) everything was fine until I get to the window to get the food, the girl at the window with a very rude attitude asked if I was using my points, I didn't hear get at first, so she repeated it again in a very rude manner which I said no thank you. I called to speak to a manager about this and asked the girl that answered the phone if I could get the name of the girl working the window so I can call back and speak to a manager about it however she kept asking me repeatedly what it was about and I told her and then I asked to speak to a manager, and she tells me she is the manager. I just had the worst experience at this restaurant. I understand that businesses have had to make a few changes to the way they handle things right now but neglecting customer service should never be allowed. I had placed an order on the mobile app for pick up and upon arriving to the restaurant, a female employee started flagging me into one of the lanes. I pulled in slightly to ask her where to go to pick up a mobile order and she told me I needed to go to the side and park. I tried reversing but the car behind me was too close so I had no choice but to pull forward. The female employee had been watching me the whole time that I was trying to reverse, never trying to help me to get the other car to reverse to allow me out. I had no choice but to pull forward and apparently that was the worst thing I could have done because the other employees acted as if I had just done some thing so horribly wrong. My window was still down when another employee went up to the first female and asked her what happened, the female employee told her I was reversing and then just decided I didn't want to, which was not the case, she could clearly see I had no choice but to pull forward. The way that the employees acted was so awful, it left a sick feeling in my stomach. One employee was kind enough to move the cone and lane dividers and let me out, clearly it wasn't that hard for him to let me out. The whole time, the other employees were just snobby and rude. The restaurant wasn't even that packed where me pulling into one of the lanes was holding anything up. Instead of trying to make the experience pleasant, they made me feel awful. I'm disgusted by this chick fil a. I will not be returning for a while & I'll make sure to let all my friends and family know to go to a different chick fil a or just avoid it all together. Manager walks around greeting and chatting with customers, she even asks if you would like a refill on your drink or if she can bring you napkins or condiments. This is best quality that you can get from a fast food restaurant. I have had their fried and grilled chicken sandwiches as well as their French fries, chicken nuggets, and chicken soup. I am not crazy about their French fries but everything else that I had from them was really good. I would absolutely recommend to anyone looking for quality chicken sandwiches. My kids and I love chick fil a and we order pretty often this is the first location I've had a bad experience at! We preordered online so we wouldn't have to wait when we got there at 4:55pM might I add an hour later to when we placed the order to give them enough time to have things ready. We checked in with Jordan who was checking people in outside at the table, he said that he would let us know when our order was ready. People kept getting there and leaving with their orders. Jordan has food ready that has been next to him for a while now but continues to take orders! So it his 5:20 and we're frustrated at this point. We get up to tell him just to see the order there next to him the whole ass time! He looks at us says " sorry I didn't know you guys were waiting " (after we checked in with him) and continues to take orders! I was extremely aggravated! My kids we're hungry and had been waiting! So I call them and it just kept sending me to voicemail. I left a voicemail to speak to a manager and they never even bothered calling back! Horrible customer service! After picking my order up I had to return since I didn't my brownie. And as I returned to my car I look into my bag and to my dismay I notice I did not receive any sauce. This is hands down the BEST fast food in Moreno Valley. Not only do i love their menu, but the customer service is amazing. They're almost always packed, but they get you in and out in 5 minutes! I usually go during my 30 min lunch break and 90% of the time Jacob takes me order. He's really friendly and knows when you're in a hurry. Place is super clean and I've never had a bad visit. I've been to so many all over SoCali while stationed here. I have two negatives about Timmy experience. 1. Natalie was super rude. I was standing in her way. I recognized that.
