Food is great, when you actually receive what you pay for. This is the 3rd time I've had food missing. The irony of it is that today they were training a person. I overheard the trainer telling the trainee you have to check the order. I should know by now to check my own order before driving away, but my toddler was getting fussy and I just needed to get on the road. I finally pursued a refund today. What a joke. They can't give you refunds when you call. You have to call the 800 number, give them name, phone number, email order info, etc and supposedly will be reached out by the location you purchased food from for "a resolution". One the phone for like 10 minutes. They clearly don't want to give money back because it shouldn't be hard. If we don't receive a refund, I'll be done with all locations. Well I learned they don't do refunds. They email you QR codes for items to redeem on your next visit. I am quite shocked by this and have mixed opinions on this. read more

First time at Chick fil a. Always heard that is much better than other fast foods huuuh it's the same. Burger is so dry. They have whole wheat option for your bun (don't take it) it taste so bad. They bring sandwich apart so you have to colllect it by yourself. We didn't enjoy it. read more

Absolutely amazing! The food is delicious as always but what really sold me was the customer service. I've been to other chick-Fil-a locations and the service was always great. However this location by far was impeccable. Granted I had to wait in the drive thru for about 25mins. It was a pretty smooth wait. The line was extremely long it went out to the street and they did their best to manage the traffic. There were different stations, one to order, one to pay, one where they hand you the food with a tray (per social distancing regulations) and the last station where you get the sauces you want. I must say this location is pretty organized. Plenty of manpower. They switch out outdoor order takers frequently. They are always so friendly too. The food? Its good, but nothing special. Fries are criss-cross fries. The "special " sauce is not too special to me but again, it's good. I actually have waited in their 30 min long lines for my kids. They have yummy shakes. Five stars! Aside from in-and-out, this is my second favorite fast food restaurant. It is super clean inside and they are all about customer service. Menu has a ton of chicken only selections, such as grilled chicken sandwiches, salads, etc. so you got your not so healthy options, and healthy. They list the calories for everything to keep you in check :) we came here for lunch but they offer pretty good breakfast options as well. Must try - everything! From the chicken options to the waffle fries, the looks are not just appealing but the food is good as well. Not sure about all locations but this restaurant has a clean indoor playground/jungle room. When eating inside the food is served to you. The wait is minimal. Do you know what day today is? It's Cow Appreciation Day at all Chick-fil-a restaurants. What this means is that whom ever dresses up in a cow costume from head to toe they will receive any full meal of their choice! Or if you prefer to wear one item such as T shirt with black spots you can get any one entree on the house. You know I had to go all out! Today we are headed to Chick-fil-a in Pleasant Grove California. What's nice about this restaurant is that it is just off the freeway. This restaurant was ready for all the cow lovers of the world. A huge blow-up cow sat on top of the drive through restaurant. As we approached the entrance we could see a table with refreshments, tables and chairs for outdoor dinning and balloons everywhere! There was also a Chick-fil-a truck parked in front of the restaurant for those who want to take a picture next to it. I felt at home coming here to see so many other people dressed in their cow costumes. The manager greeted us as we arrived and thanked us for coming for this big event. How can we miss it! All the employees had their "Eat Mor Chikin" shirts on and were eager to serve us. This restaurant looked ready for Grand Opening and is No.#1 in my book! We really enjoy this location. We go often. Very friendly staff. They are always running around doing something. Taking orders, bringing your order to you, helping with refills or anything else you need. They are always cleaning. They all have a smile on there faces. Asking you if you need anything. The child's play area is nice. It stays nice and cool in side of the play area also. Keeps the germs down. It's always clean. The restrooms are always clean. There food is very good quality. I like the place cuz it's closed on Sunday's...like the way it use to be. The food is always yummy and the staff on most occasions are very friendly. Drive thru moves quickly and orders are placed immediately. I did have a few frustrations during the holiday season. Shakes were sold out on several occasions when I arrived in town. Whipped cream out as well, like isn't their a store close buy, to purchase some of the products quickly, if needed. The store needs to really plan accordingly through the holidays. Chick-fil-A is one of a few fast food places I let my kids eat. On a busy lunch recently, we walked in to see a very long line (to the door). I was amazed at how fast the line moved and also how fast we were able to get our sandwiches, nuggets and waffle fries. Crazy experience at Chick-fil-A Roseville tonight. Placed a mobile order and pymnt went through just fine. Then I get to drive thru window and they try to tell me that they never received pymnt on their end. I pull out my phone and show them that the pymnt did go through and that I already paid. But they continued to try to convince me that it was pending on their end and that it didn't go through and that what I was seeing was just a "safety charge". I was in a hurry and normally would refuse to hand over my card twice but since I was in a hurry to get to bowling I handed them my card twice. Sure enough they did charge me twice. I called the manager at the end of the night and she still insisted that they only charged me once, and I had to be extremely persistent and insist that I was charged twice. Finally, after a long time and multiple calls, she finally agreed to give me a refund "just to get this over with" she said... wow just wow! Before this particular location was open the Chick-fil-A workers were excited and told me to return upon their opening. Now that this particular Chick-fil-A is open I have nothing but positive things to share about this particular Chick-fil-A location. I have been to this particular location at least more than a few occasions. The workers appear to enjoy their jobs and make their work seem effortless. For years my family and I have been patrons of Chick-fil-A. The food never disappoints and the service has always been great any restaurant we have attended. However this location, 912 Pleasant Grove Blvd, is far superior than the rest. The level of customer service provide is amazing to say the least. We own a small business sharing the same parking lot. On this parictualr day, This gentlemen named Kyle DELIVERED our food to our store. This is not a service that was expected, which surprised me and the staff I had there that day. I am a french fry fanatic (new nick name?) and waffle fries are my first love. Chick-fil-a is the only highly accessible chain fast food place that I know of that serves good waffle fries. I came here after going to a brewery in the area and thoroughly enjoyed my meal. I order the #1 with a large french fry. Classic but delicious all at the same time. The workers at any chick-fil-a are extremely sweet and caring to their customers. Always get as many sauces as possible as they are addicting and go well with other foods if you take them home ;) Chick-fil-a sauce is bomb bomb bomb. Love this place! The spicy chicken sandwich is amazing. Love their diet lemonade and peach milkshakes. Their app is great for ordering and paying ahead of time. The also do a pretty good job of keeping the drive thru line moving, so it doesn't take all day. The only small complaint is, I wish they would toast their breakfast muffins more, they are just not yummy without being toasted and they no longer accept requests for the muffin to be well done. Oh our local chic fil a... The food is ALWAYS on point. I go for the deluxe chicken with spicy pepperjack cheese and a side of chicken with an Arnold Palmer. This location is convenient but I guess it's convenient or all of Rocklin and Roseville. It's waaaayyy too crowded at all hours. We need another chic fil a location and I am sure if they put a second one in right across the street both would do really well. I really like that they do events at this location as well.
