They're always really fast even when they have huuuuuge lines, really professional, and have never had an over cooked sandwich or old fries. It's always fresh and delicious. I'm such a fan of Chick-fil-a. Like, the biggest. Their customer service is always dynamite. However, this location always underwhelms me. For example, today I went through the drive thru and ordered a biscuit with egg and cheese. After driving away I realized they didn't add cheese, so after swinging back around and going in to let them know, the worker proceeded to ask for the chefs to put a slice of cheese in a bag. What the? When he gave me the cheese bag, I asked if instead I could get a new sandwich because I preferred to have melted cheese, which he then said hesitantly said, "sure." And handed me a new sandwich. I think this is so odd for Chick-fil-a. Normally service is above and beyond, but things like this have happened twice to me. (Ordered a six piece chicken and was given four). Such a bummer because I would expect so much more from them. If there was a different local location, I would not frequent this one. read more

Rolled in here after a trout derby a few miles up the road. Chick-fil-a (CFA) offers wholesome and soulful chow. Ordered a plain ole Chick-fil-a chicken sandwich, a Chick-fila-a deluxe, and a order of Chic-N-Strips. Don't judge....I was calorie depleted. I digress, this order was made inside a busy CFA in Saint George, UT. No panic, pleasant attitude was abound by all the employees. This location was a model of efficiency. Now that there is several locations in Henderson, NV. There is not an incessant desire to head north for this location. If the mood strikes and I see an offramp in St. Jorge, I will be sure to visit this location! read more

Where to begin? Can I give them zero stars? You walk in and the whole place feels like Guilt and Shame. Chick fil a is probably my favorite fast food, but today I was not real happy. I ordered what I consider the best sandwich in the world, the spicy chicken deluxe. I left the drive thru and found a place to park so I could dig in. I thought it was kind of strange when I saw a piece of orange colored cheese. I looked at the box and it said spicy chicken deluxe with pepper jack cheese, I thought maybe they changed the cheese or something. After eating half the sandwich I realized that someone screwed up and put the wrong sandwich in the box. This was not the best sandwich in the world. I guess it was the regular chicken deluxe. Okay, but not spicy at all. Unusual, the service at any Chick fil a is normally the best. As good as In-n-out. I guess someone had a brain fart. read more

Was Chick-fil-A the reason why I drove 2 hours form Las Vegas to St. George? No. Did it play a big part? YES! Having to take a test in Dixie State University, I was delighted to see that Chick-fil-A had a location less than a mile away! Hearing great things about this fast food joint, it was bookmarked right away for me to try. Suddenly, I was looking forward to taking that 4 hour exam just so I finish and have lunch here! Obviously, they sell chicken. Sandwiches, wraps, nuggets, you name it! After much debate, my cousin settled for a spicy chicken sandwich meal (around $6) and I ordered the 8 chicken-nugget meal. I don't usually say this about fast food chains, but the food is AMAZING. The chicken nuggets tasted amazing and flavorful and the spicy chicken sandwich had a great kick to it. Not to mention, the waffle fries were delicious! Not too salty and cooked perfectly. There are many sauces to choose from, but we decided with the original Chick-fil-A sauce. It tasted like a better version of thousand island dressing. I wanted to try the other sauces, but it just gave me an excuse to come back! For drinks, we ended up getting a milkshake. I chose the vanilla and although it wasn't much to rave about, it was still pretty damn good. For anyone wondering, they offer a healthier version to their food with grilled chicken. They even have catering, as well. Don't worry about the space, though. They have a lot of seating, both indoors and outdoors. Also, there's a small, indoor playground for the little ones if they need to let out some energy! Just note that they are closed on Sundays, so plan accordingly if you are planning on driving here! Now I know why people want a Chick-fil-A in Vegas so much. Going back here is a must. If anyone is planning on visiting, let me hitch a ride (just kidding!)! Before Chick-fil-A opened at this location, some very friendly staff came up to my office and gave me a huge stack of coupons good for the first couple months after the grand opening. Let me just say I have eaten VERY well lately. I want to share just an example of why I have started loving this Chick-fil-A: It was in March when we had that CRAZY rainstorm. Justin and I had just clocked out for the day, and decided some chicken sandwiches were in order. We couldn't use the drive-thru because of the rain so we decided to eat in. You would not believe how hard it was pouring down! We counted to three and opened our doors to the crazy weather. We splashed through huge puddles and were soaking wet by the time we reached the doors. We were greeted by very friendly employees with umbrellas. They took great amusement in the fact that I was dripping wet from the waist down. I thought it was pretty funny too. We ordered our food, found a seat and enjoyed some delicious chicken. It doesn't matter if you are ordering in the restaurant, or going through the drive-thru. You will ALWAYS get exceptional service from the friendly young staff. The inside is always well maintained and clean, despite the high traffic this restaurant recieves on a daily basis. I think the mini floral arrangements on the table are also a nice touch. So far, I have only ordered chicken sandwiches and a salad, but everything has been fresh and delicious. And the SAUCE!!!
