Stopped by this Chick-fil-A location last night for the first time in a year or two. I ordered the new jalapeño ranch club meal with a Diet Dr. Pepper and a spicy chicken sandwich. Drive thru was relatively fast considering how packed it was at 11:30pm, and the drive thru service was as good as one could likely ask for at such an ungodly working hour. The new jalapeño ranch club was pretty good, and the jalapeño ranch dressing was the primary differentiator in the sandwich as far as I can tell. So, it felt kind of gimmicky. However, the quality was there. Chicken was juicy, flavor profile made sense, toppings were fresh. The spicy chicken sandwich--I actually preferred it to be honest. The simplicity of that spicy fried chicken with pickles is one of Chick-fil-A's best bang for your buck hitters. The crunch, the interior juiciness, the spice profile, and the pickle quality all come together in a rare act of minimalist fast-food epicness. Not a bad spot to hit late at night, too, since the vast and unoccupied parking lists that sit adjacent make this location a nice place to chow down in peace. read more

Very disappointed with my experience. The fries I was served were undercooked and seemed raw in the middle, which is unacceptable for a restaurant that prides itself on quality. On top of that, the employee who took my order Tyler was rude and acted like I was bothering him just by placing an order. Customer service and food quality were both far below expectations. I usually expect much better from Chick-fil-A, but this visit was frustrating and disappointing. I hope management addresses these issues because customers deserve better. read more

What a great Chick Fil A location! Early morning hours to easily grab breakfast on my commute to work. There is plenty of parking in the free lot, and there is also a drive through. The cashier was super friendly and efficient. Given how early it was, I did not have to wait to place my order, and I barely had to wait amongst the indoor seating. I ordered a chicken biscuit sandwich. The biscuit was fluffy and moist. The chicken was not crunchy (it never is), but it was very tender. I love their sauce and drenched the sandwich with it; I may also have licked the inside of the sauce container clean. My only complaint is that Popeye's is my usual stomping grounds, and for a similar price, this biscuit sandwich was much smaller. I felt like I could have eaten a second one. read more

Management...get it together! Hire quality people to fit the company standards! This location is like visiting the twilight zone! Chick Fil-A employees here are not very nice or attentive. Employee admitted they are VERY short staffed...they look miserable and could care less about customer service. That's managements fault. Drive thru was moving OK but dine-in took 25 minutes for just two kids meals. Food never delivered either just sitting up at the front unattended! The location was dirty too. You just didn't get that normal feeling like you do at chick fil a Corporate needs to make sure this is resolved! Other reviews show similar issues !?!? This is a shame. read more

I honestly really like this location and always go through the drive thru. I love Chick fil a for breakfast and every time I have come for breakfast it has been super quick and easy to get through the drive through. Highly recommend the chicken hash brown bowl but with the spicy chicken and make sure to get some texas pete hot sauce on the side. read more

I had a bad experience at Chick-fil-A today. One employee dropped their phone on the floor, touched money while counting cash, then came back to prepare food without washing hands. This is my favorite Chick-fil-A location! I love placing my orders with my coworkers through the app and picking them up inside. My order is usually handed to me right when I walk, call it perfect timing. Our chicken sandwiches and fries are always fresh and hot. Went here to grab some lunch and service and food were on point. The drive thru lines were long, but they had people taking orders on their tablets and got people thru the line very quickly. We came to this Chick Fil A because we were craving an after-dinner dessert of frozen lemonade and french fries. The location is very good and it seemed very well kept. The drive thru was clean and the menus were in good condition. The frozen lemonade was great and the fries were also great. The service, as expected from most Chick fil A locations, was amazing and they were very kind. Still In the hunt for a chicken burger that beats chick n out or surfs up chicken. Great of all. Chick fil a service is amazing. I was warmly welcomed by the server. The food was served fast. The decorations were warm, festive, and welcoming. I appreciated all of the Christmas decor as well. The deluxe chicken burger was good and included lettuce, tomatoes, and pickles, but I had them hold the cheese. The regular burger only includes pickles. The chicken was moist on the inside and crunchy outside. It was a little bland so I added chik- fil-a sauce and it was much better. Without the sauce 3 out of 5. This Chick-fil-A four times and every single time they've never gotten my order correct I'm always missing something to my order.

I have been a frequent flyer to this Chick Fil-A because it is super convenient on my way home from my daughter's school. The positives are that the food is always fresh and piping hot. The servers are always pleasant to the max. When I go through the drive thru line, I try to throw them off by saying things that will force them to answer with something other than "my pleasure", but it never works. These guys & gals are good! In addition, they always take care of my daughter by making sure she has the best toy in her kids meal. Leaving this place almost always puts a smile on our faces. Keniyah needs to be re trained or fired. Extremely rude & condescending. Nathaniel was the only team member who showed any decency and had a good attitude. If you need this Nathaniel, don't allow your co workers bad attitudes to ruin your work ethic. Keniyah repeated my order to me and it was all wrong. Very Demure, very Cutesy I will start off by saying, I come here everyday since August 2024; matter of fact I am sitting in the parking lot eating a chicken burrito typing this now. They always get the order right, never had a bad experience here. I have been to Chick-fil-A in Poway, Mira Mesa, Carmel Mountain, and to the Miles of Cars Chick-fil-A; this HAS to be the BEST out of all in San Diego. They never burn the food or make it too greasy, never experience bones in the chicken like I have in Poway. The customer service is AMAZING! I have had both night and morning shift ask me about my day as I wait for my order and in fact the wait is 2mins tops of not it's ready by the time you get to the window. This Chick-fil-A goes out of their way to make sure YOU are taken care of. The inside is clean and maintain as well, I've been inside to dine before, they even have an outdoor dining with beautiful lights around the exterior for when it gets late. We ordered food through the drive through since the inside was closed (around 10:30pm) and the sandwich and fries were still being cooked so we asked to wait in one of the pick up spots. After 10 mins I knocked on the door because we hadn't gotten our food yet and the manager (David I think) was extremely kind and brought our food out right away and gave us our next meal off. I tried out the mobile order via the drive-through tonight for the first time. I don't usually have to wait too long in these lines, but it did seem like things were moving kind of slowly. When I got my order they didn't give me a straw for my drink so I had to ask for one and When I drove away, I realized they also didn't give me any of the sauces I asked for :( Overall the chicken tasted warm and fresh, which is ultimately the most important to me. This is the worst chickfila i have ever been and we have been to a lot of them. This place seems cursed as new operator was brought in to run it and many of the same issues persist. Staff is still indifferent, alway dirty, or short stuff at the condiment station. Plus the facilities are limited with few tables and a tight parking lot. Online order pickup ignored--twice. Rude staff. I placed an online order on my computer for pickup at Chick-fil-A - Scranton Rd because I needed to get home quickly to a sick spouse and two kids. When I finally reached the counter and said I had an online order, the cashier cut me off and told me to sit down. Chick fil a used to pride themselves on customer service and satisfaction. However I have to say I am extremely disappointed in them. I have a set order and always get 7 sauces. It's a lot but it works for me and they are always more than happy to accommodate. I was told today they absolutely cannot give me more than 4 no matter how much I asked.
