Stopped in while running errands on a Friday afternoon. Wasn't overly busy, but definitely had plenty of customers inside and going thru the drive thru. Wasn't long after ordering and getting settled in a booth that the food arrived. Friendly team member came by periodically to check on us and offered a sample of a new beverage. I believe it was a strawberry hibiscus tea. Very refreshing once served with ice. For our entrees, we enjoyed the grilled chicken sandwich. Comes with lettuce and tomato. Well prepared and enjoyed the soft bun. Julie had the Spicy Southwest salad. She chose the cilantro avocado dressing but opted to add the creamy salsa as well. That made a huge difference. Chuck-fil-a is always a good choice when on a road trip! We stopped at this location to take a break, stretch and eat. I love the salads here...my husband and I ordered the Cobb salad with avocado dressing, the kids got the chicken sandwich and nuggets. I've never been to a chick-fil-a where customer service is bad and this wasn't the case. Customer service was polite and very nice. It was very clean and they even had a play area for small kids. They have this sign of this person that has dined with them for so many days, thought that was pretty cool! read more

My friend wanted to take her son to eat some stuff from this fast-food restaurant and invited me as she has many gift cards. So I got one of those regular sandwich menus. Not really my thing but I liked a lot the fact that the place was so clean and organized and there were flowers at each table. Also the workers were very nice and fast. But that all changed when I met Carmen at the CFA in Carmel Mountain last week. Her unforgettable, sweet smile and glowing countenance transformed my #1 (hold the pickles) from great to glorious. The last 3 times I've been through their drive through, they haven't given me sauce-- even though they verbally confirm it to me when I place my order. Because of this, I have to take time AFTER going through the drive through, GO INSIDE, and get my sauce-- no other Chick Fil A makes me go through these hoops to be able to eat the food I am paying for. Placed an order for breakfast before 10:30am, the app was telling me that it would be prepared and ready before I arrive, I got there, was notified to put in my parking space number, parked, entered the parking space number, and then AND ONLY THEN was I notified my order was cancelled because it was after 10:30am when I arrived. I was charged beforehand so my order should have been prepared BEFOREHAND. We went in to talk to them about what happened and their response was that they didn't want it to be cold for us when we arrived. I would much rather have cold food than no food. Very disappointed. Came in for a quick bite before our movie. My husband paid for a slice of American, in addition to his pepper Jack. It came with just American. My husband took it back and they asked him if he wanted it remade or just the slice on the side... he said remade.... After a few minutes they brought it back, supposedly remade, it wasn't. They added the slice and had it sit. The sandwich was cold, inside and out. I told my husband I would go have it done but we had 10min before the start of our movie and he just ate it pissed. Here all the time, usually ordering the maximum size of chicken nuggets for the kids. The taste is good and the sauces are also good, plus the staff are always nice and quick. Look I love CFA but this change from old styrofoam cups to the new is terrible. This is the 2nd time this has happened to me where the cups leak at the bottom. Today while returning from San Diego from surgery we stopped at Carmel Mt Road CFA. About 15 min after leaving drive thru this again. Completely filled our cup holders in our brand new car. This chick-fil-a has an amazing team and amazing service! First off, the food comes out quick and delicious, but they provide service beyond that. Someone's car broke down in front of the restaurant and could not move their vehicle from cross traffic. A couple of the chick-fil-a staff members went out of their way to direct traffic to ensure no one was getting backed up, provided cones to let people know a car broke down, and even offered to help jump start her car! One employee ran to his car and drove it over to help jump this person's car. I truly respect this chick-fil-a team! This a kind of business and kind of service that makes me a repeated customer. One of the best all around Quick Service restaurant chains I feel. Staff is always friendly. Food is consistent and since we do t have a Chic-fil-A in Alaska a go to of ours when running around cities that aren't so familiar. We gravitate to the Spicy Chicken Sandwiches and the Nuggets and we usually make a stop ahead of our return flight to grab some sandwiches and bring home to Alaska. read more

I was in a rush this morning to get out of the door early for work... the slice of pumpkin pie I ate for breakfast wasn't going to do it this morning, I needed more! I don't eat chicken but I have discovered that getting breakfast here is very affordable! Especially compared to McDonald's and Taco Bell. So, we're talking the most fancy places right? Ahh jokes. Anyway, the trick is to use the app to order so it's easy and get points. Tap on biscuit or muffin. Add eggs and cheese plus whatever sauces you want. Before you know it, you'll have a breakfast sandwich for like $2.50ish. I'm partial to the biscuit myself. Not a huge fan of the hash browns. Taco Bell next store beats them easily in that area. But if you're not picky you can add those in for like $1.50. I could easily spend $8 at Taco Bell, so this is a fun little way to save some money when I simply must have breakfast. Add the fact that leftover sauces make for good eats at other fast food places like in and out... it's a winner! The staff here are nice and they were quick with my order. No complaints! read more

I placed an order through drive through, I arrived home after a 15 minute drive and my Cobb salad was missing. I tried calling to let them know and they didn't answer so l drove all the way back to notify them and to please refund me or to give me my salad I had ordered and paid for and the Asian chi chubby girl that works there was being rude and stated she wasn't able to help me out over a damn Cobb salad. Keep in mind I'm a valued customer of this location I get breakfast 3-4 days out of the week from this CFA. Now, over a salad I didn't receive that i paid for! I will never return. Excellent customer service as always both in the drive through and inside :) Although I don't eat fast food much, I always enjoy eating at Chick Fil A because their ingredients are always super fresh and the chicken is, in my opinion, superior than its competitors (cough cough Popeyes... not by much though!! Pros: definitely the food. I only have the chick n minis pictured but I highly recommend the spicy chicken deluxe. So gooooood I like how they also save your unused sauce :) I would say my favorite sauces are definitely the chick dip A sauce, and spicy sriracha (not 100% confident that that is the name of it but let's go with it anyways) Cons: can get really busy, but in most cases i have also had very low wait times despite seeing a long line. Also if you need food from chick fil A on a Sunday then you're gonna be out of luck because they're closed on sundays, but this is a family/religious tradition and I completely understand :) Finally, I would probably not recommend the chick n minis if you're on a diet or if you have a reasonable budget They're great, just oily and also a bit pricey for the amount of food you get. I love this Chick Fil A location especially. Rewards are easy to accumulate and I have a reward at least every month. I often go here in the morning to do work until 11am-ish and I am usually in the loll with no rush. Everyone there is so so nice. The employees are all friendly and even on bad days when I don't wanna talk, they brighten my day. The music in the background is amazing, depending on the day it can be instrumental or have lyrics, but always good for studying if I forget my headphones. I find myself distracted every time someone walks in, but there's a little nook area in the back that keeps distractions out of view. Always clean, good lighting, friendliest employees of any place I've ever been. The food is so good! It's probably not the healthiest, but I alternate between chicken sandwiches, chicken nuggets, their Diet Lemonade, Cookies n Cream shake, fries, and other things depending on the day. Sure it's a little expensive, but I feel like the rewards (GET THE APP!) more than make up for it, as well as following them on Instagram for all their fun (free!!) activities and often free giveaways and free items. I love this place and it's my favorite study spot. P.S. I think they hired a new employee recently and he is so nice. Unfortunate decisions by corporate and unfortunate service. I went in for a cookies and cream shake today only to find out corporate has decided to get rid of the large shake to "improve efficiency". They also got rid of curbside pickup, increasing the size of the drive through line. My one shake took longer than usual to arrive, leading me to wonder where all this new "efficiency" had gone. Already disappointed with the lack of size options, I opened the tiny cup to only find it about 2/3 full! Are you kidding me??? Giving consumers less options is never good, especially when it insinuates that corporate thinks their employees aren't intelligent enough to figure out the difference between a large and a small cup. But we all know that their claims of "efficiency" were really just about getting more customers through the line so they can make more money. It's always about the money. Very surprised and disappointed with my experience this evening. The young team at the drive-thru window would not take my coupon for a free milkshake although it was not expired and still valid. Apparently the new owner would not accept it. So the milkshake got thrown away and I left pretty annoyed and won't be returning anytime soon. My advice to the young workers is to consider the big picture here: is it worth saving the company a $1, which is probably what the milkshake cost, to lose a customer? I always have a pleasant experience at Chick-fil-A, including this restaurant located in Carmel Mountain. Of note, this location can get quite busy, especially around dinnertime and late nights on Fridays and Saturdays. The staff does a good job taking orders speedily and helping customers in the drive-thru zipper their cars effectively for order pick up at the window.
