Will never go again. Not only was the Chocolate milk shake lid not on correct , but I'd spilt all down my center console an between the drivers seat. So I called them an they offered me to come back an they would give a large shake. So I told them I would be back around 8:30 when I pick my daughter up from dance. They took my name an put me on a list. Drive through an order it an let the girl know I was on the list for a free shake. She confirmed an drive forward. Get to the window she says $5.67 am ready to hand me a large shake. I said no it was free. Here is my receipt an on list. She calls a manager over the manager saw paid for a small an had the girl make he small really quick. Mind you the large was sitting right there. So when she hands me the small I said I was to get a large per the manager I spoke to over two hours ago. So the manager comes up an I told her the story an said well you want me to make you a large? I said I will not waste anymore of your time. I will never come back here !! read more

I have been eating here about 4 times a week. I love the grilled chicken nuggets. I love the chicken. The reason I am giving it 1 star is the consistant incompetent employees. I have about a 50% chance of them giving me the fried chicken instead of the grilled chicken or forgetting my bbq sauce. I have gotten anal about making sure I get my bbq sauce as nuggets with no sauce sucks and ruins my meal. So today I go there and notice they have changed the menu and made the grilled chicken and fried chicken a different number I am assuming to remedy this problem. I think great this will solve the problem. I get back to work open my bag and what do I find fried nuggets. WTF. I eat them because I can not take a second lunch but Im on a diet and Chic fil a is not helping. I dont understand why the correct food cant make it into the bag. Guessing it is all the young kids that work there. Anyways Chic fil a please get your crap together. read more

We come here often. It's a great place to get some work done while my daughter can play in the play area. It's always clean, friendly and the service is similar to a sit down restaurant. There are no hollering of names when your order is ready, they bring it to you and ask if you need a refill. They come around with extra sauces, napkins etc.. It's a breath of fresh air from the other fast food places around. I love that they are closed on Sundays so their staff can have time with family, but I always seem to crave CFA on Sundays! I just love this place! Their food is fantastic, filling and affordable. We love the grilled entrees, salads and original chicken sandwich with extra pickles! Their lemonade is super refreshing and delicious - no HFCS! Only lemons water and sugar. Highly recommended. Glad there are healthier options for those out there than need a quick meal! It doesn't get better than a crispy original chicken sandwich at chick-fil-A. It's always good here, you just have to wait a long time in the drive through until you get to it. I tell you though it is worth the wait every single time I am in Santee. It is always fresh and delicious and the fries go perfect with the sandwich. For a fast food restaurant to have mastered the art of cooking chicken this good is really amazing. The service is kind of slow, but it's because they are always so busy. The employees are pretty friendly overall and food quality is at the top for me, especially if we are talking fast food. Love the Mac and cheese always come here for that I've been to this Chick-fil-A several times now, and it's consistently one of the best locations around. The staff is always friendly, welcoming, and keeps the line moving quickly, even during the busiest hours. The food is always fresh, hot, and exactly what you'd expect from Chick-fil-A. I've been here a number of times. Most recently today (10-06-2017). My wife ordered $38.54 of food through drive though. We only got $30 of it. Of course we didn't realize it until driving 20 minutes to get home. Then realized also the fries weren't cooked right (under cooked). I called and spoke to a nice bubbly lady. She offered to replace the nuggets and tea which were forgotten and did nothing for the two orders of fries. She refused to provide a refund for what was missing. Store policy apparently. So dinner wasn't complete but at least it'll be fixed when we don't need it. Kind of a lot of effort to fix their error. Thanks Chic-Fil-A! read more

As soon as Chick-fil-a's starting opening in California, my family become loyal customers. I love their sandwiches, the kids love the chicken strips, and all the owners appeared to be very community minded. I both appreciate and am disappointed that they are closed on Sundays. I am glad to see that a company values giving their employees a day of rest...but after church we always say "lets go to Chick-fil-a" only to immediately remember they are closed on Sundays. I've been here 4 times, and the staff is the kindest that you will find in Mira Mesa. Many fast food employees really seem to be annoyed that they are there working, not here though. While I understand that's standard procedure, it's incredibly inconvenient to have to make a second trip and let the rest of your lunch get cold just because the staff couldn't get a simple request right the first time. The food is usually worth it, but the lack of basic attention to detail and indifferent customer service ruined my lunch. Check your boxes before you drive away!
