    very disappointed in chick fil a's customer service today specifically the attitude that Mara had. I frequent this location with my 3 kids (4, 3 and 1) often. I had ordered ahead our breakfast and was in the drive thru line at 10:28. the line was only four cars long but by the time the worker got to my window it was 10:33. they informed me basically "sorry not sorry" but we cant give you your breakfast order. I asked if I could speak to a manager because it was only 3 mins past and I was in line before breakfast ended. They told me to head to the window. As I was waiting in line another girl came to my window and asked for my order name and then she responded "got it thanks!". I was thinking oh perfect they are making it! I got to the window and started to get lectured about "for future reference..." and then the manager Mara asked for the card I used to pay. I was slightly confused but handed my card over. That's when they hit me with the news that they will NOT be making my order and will be refunding my entire thing. I again repeated that I was in line before 10:30 and again they basically didn't care. I said how terrible the service was and how disappointed I was. Not mention, my crying kids in the second row because now they can't have breakfast. Mara acknowledged that she sees me "here quite often" and basically says if I would have walked in to pick up my order vs waiting in the drive thru I would have gotten my order. She was very short and rude and didn't care that we couldn't get our food. They made no accommodations. If it's getting close to breakfast ending then they need to add more workers to help in the drive thru line. Especially if it's only 3 minutes past. I think that if people are in line in time for breakfast then breakfast needs to be honored. Terrible customer service in my opinion.

    You honestly can't go wrong with Chick-Fil-A. This is always a favorite of mine when I am craving some delicious sandwiches and a milkshake to cool everything off. My go-to item is always the spicy chicken sandwich deluxe. I don't know what they do to their fried chicken but it is very juicy, cooked to perfection, and has the right amount of spices and heat to go along with it. It comes with pepper jack cheese, lettuce, pickles, and tomato which can all be accommodated/substituted for. I have tried their chicken nuggets as well and although they are very good, I don't think they are worth it as they are small bite-sized pieces for such a hefty price. Continuing with their pricing, this food chain is definitly on the more pricey side compared to other fast-food restaurants. I usually spend about $10+ for just a measly two-three items. If you go here often this will definitely make a dent in your bank account! Their fries I don't think are anything special but plain ole waffle fries. I did try the new macaroni and cheese item, which was pretty small for the regular size. It was verrrry cheesy and in my opinion was also nothing special. This specific location is in a nice plaza in South Jordan with a large parking lot. Inside is pretty standard, but clean along with the bathrooms as well. All the workers are super nice like always and make you feel very welcomed.

    Down grading my previous rating to a 1 star... We have been coming here for a while and have made it a routine to come here after my daughter's dance lessons. For the past month (since we have been doing this). They refuse to put napkins, plastic ware, and just basic things out for customers to access. Instead we have to wait at the side of the counter awkwardly until they notice you (which takes 5-10 minutes). The are more concerned with taking orders than taking care of the customers that have already paid.

    Went back to this Chick-fil-A because the manager read my review and contacted me to try again. I was impressed. It's so amazing to get personalized great customer service at a restaurant that serves probably 40,000 meals per day. The dining room was clean and my salad was very yummy.

    If you get one of their DELICIOUS chocolate chip cookies, be sure to ask for it warm!! Oh my, game. changer.

    All Chick Fil A's are equal in my option. Great food, awesome service, the best app (which hands out points and free food like candy), and delicious sauces. You really can't go wrong with this fast food choice. This specific one is located conveniently off 11400 S and Bangeter. It's also the only one that knows what I mean by "will you please warm up my chocolate chip cookie please" which makes them the best! Every other Chick Fil A just gives me a cold/old cookie (don't get me wrong, they're still delish, but this one just goes that extra mile). All in all, winner winner chicken dinner! TIPS & TRICKS: * Polynesian + Chick Fil A Sauce. Mix those up and dip your nuggets in them, GAME CHANGER. * BBQ + Mayo. Mix those up and dip your waffle fries in it, LIFE CHANGING. * Don't forget to look at your receipt! You might have a survey for a free sandwich!!

    I did two orders while waiting for my daughter to enjoy the playground. For the first order, the cashier was Jonathan, extremely nice and efficient employee. For my second order, I had to wait a couple of minutes until a young lady decided to take my order, she was the opposite of Jonathan. The garbage can were full for more than two hours. I only saw one employee cleaning the tables in the lapse of two hours. The table next to me was dirty for very long time. No one asked me if I wanted a refill of my soda or if they can take the garbage from my table.

    Disgusting. What is hanging out of the chicken?

    We love chick fil a! It's a go to for breakfast, lunch and dinner!! They are typically really quick and we love eating in store and to go.

There was a host/server at the podium and he immediately welcomed us in and told us they could seat us no problem, despite the restaurant being empty and so close to closing time. We tried to order as quickly as we could, and I requested my order be served in to-go containers, which they kindly accommodated. I ended up choosing the spicy kilauea poke (spicy mayo tuna), which was $25 for 6 oz but included a scoop of rice. Definitely a touch pricey, but fair given how much fish they give you. It was DELICIOUS! Aaand it came with a little bit of avocado, which I loved! I would get it again in a heartbeat, even though I would love to try their freshie poke, steak poke, pork poke, or musubi...oh and their crack mac. Basically their whole menu, haha! Our server did mention these are meant to share, so very possible to try it all if you bring a willing group! My friend ended up getting the smash burger off the secret menu, and the server recommended she get it with Kilauea sauce. She liked it, although she said the sauce wasn't as spicy as she expected. She also got a side of foodie fries which she enjoyed. Overall would rate the whole experience 10 out of 5 if I could! Great food, great service, great ambiance...what more could you need?

The ambiance was perfect just right to sit and enjoy a good lunch with Aloha! I will definitely be back again.
