Breakfast they pretty much serve two things - sandwiches and hash browns. Came in this morning for breakfast - out of hash browns. How do you not have one of your main staples? Walked in before 9am and there was a line with no cashier at the counter. With a line forming - only one cashier taking orders. The cashier doesn't appear to understand how to work the register. There was a line of people waiting on food. That said - the management staff on the floor is very friendly. Fix the cashiers and you will have it nailed. I'm really surprised by the low ratings. Our experiences at this location have always been good. The food is consistent--always fresh and delicious. Customer service is the best I've encountered in any fast food chain. And the facilities are impeccably maintained. Orders also come out pretty quickly when you dine in. I seldom review chains, but I made a note to myself after another pleasant visit this past weekend to say something about this branch. And I can't think of a more seamless, comfortable dining experience for fast food if you're out with a toddler. Great high chairs. Clean changing station. And a play area. Need I say more? read more

Here on a Friday Night at 8pm. It isn't busy inside but that's not a problem. The food was fantastic as always. Chicken sandwiches and strips were delicious as they are at other locations. The staff was courteous and seemed to care about the patrons as all the Chick-Fil-As do. The drive thru doesn't appear to be to busy either. On this particular night everything was perfect. Very surprised to have a bad experience at a Chick-fil-a, but here I am. Placed a mobile order and the first problem is that unless you come in the first turn, you'll miss the parking area for pick-up. Once there, I waited close to 15 minutes for my order, so "fast food" it's not, and then it was missing all of the "add ons" I asked for like salsa for my breakfast burrito, sugar for my tea, etc. This would be par for the course for any other chain, but for Chick-fil-a, it's very below average. read more

After eating at numerous Chick-fil-A throughout the United States on the West Coast and East Coast this is by far the worst Chick-fil-A I have ever experienced in my life. The shakes are watery and runny not thick or cold. We had to wait 10 minutes for our shakes on more than one occasion and then they forgot the straws. I think it's more of the staff than the actual franchise itself. The owner needs to take a hard look in the mirror and ask themselves if they're upholding The code and tradition of Chick-fil-A. This is the worst chic fil a restaurant in the United states. When I opened my bagel egg sandwich, the bagel was in literally Black color. It was toasted too much that it turned to Black color. When I returned the sandwich after work, one of the managers said, "oh, maybe it was toasted little more." Little more? COME ON!! read more

Food is Chick-Fil-A, it tastes like Chick-Fil-A. My order has never been wrong and the politeness of their employees is what I'd expect from the fast food chain. Now the pain comes from the operation of the Chick-Fil-A. When you go inside, the staff seems to be just keeping their heads above water and always look confused as to who ordered what. Then if you go through the drive-thru the wait times are unreal. On two occasions I have sat in the drive-thru for 30+ minutes. Normally I would leave the line but once you're in line you're stuck between other cars. I've now learned my lesson and will go inside so I can wait for 15 minutes instead. This is unacceptable. Management needs to tighten up the kitchen and get the team working in a more efficient way so they can keep up with the influx of customers. read more

They did not make my day better-not once but twice. On October 1(6:35 pm) My kids and I went through the drive-thru at South Riding. We live about 20 mins away, but it was on the way home from a activity. We ordered $48.56 worth of food. We did not receive a 30 piece grilled nugget and a combo #4. I did not notice this until we got home. I called the store and let them know. I spoke to a manager named Eric. I told him what was missing and also asked him two times if he could hear me....I did not feel like he was listening. I know it was a dinner rush-but I didn't want to not call and I had a little boy who was loosing his whole mind because he was promised grilled nuggets. Eric told me he would replace not only the food that they forgot, but the whole order since we could not come back that same night. I told him what I had ordered and he "said" he heard me and wrote it down. Today 10/15 my kids and I went to South Riding after school and planned on picking up dinner for the night. I waited in line while the kids played and luckily Eric was working. When I went to order the food and remind him what we had talked about he said he wrote down that they forgot the 30 piece nuggets and nothing else... and "he would have never said that they would replace anything else". What?!? (Keep in mind we paid for the combo #4 also. At minimum we should have received what we paid for.) Remember when I asked if he was listening....well turns out he wasn't. Begrudgingly he said what do you want to order-as if he was going to order the rest of the food. I took the 30 piece nuggets and nothing else...but will never return to this location. Advise for owners: If you mess up a order or forget something for a paying customer and they leave, call you and drive back and you still do not give them what you promise they likely will not return. Another tip-One time the Chick-fil-a at One Loudon forgot nuggets for my children they brought them to my house along with cookies. The store just opened a few weeks ago, yet service and food when I visited with my husband for lunch was great. We both had the spicy chicken sandwich and shared some waffle fries. The food was served hot and tasted fresh. I really appreciated the gentleman coming around to tables to check if you had everything you needed or wanted a soda refill. He was very friendly and it was a nice touch in a fast food place where typically you are on your own after your food is served. The restaurant was clean and everyone we encountered was friendly and helpful. I'll definitely be back for some chicken minis. read more

Staff is relatively friendly but this is probably one of the slowest fast food service I've ever received. I've been here many times because let's be honest, who doesn't love Chick-fil-A. This location totally screwed me. Their person at the take-out-window could not hear my order. I repeated it 4 times, clearly. I had her repeat the order, she confirmed. I paid, checked the receipt, the order was correct. Get home, check the bag, it was missing the two sandwiches which I had to repeat several times. The sandwiches were for my pregnant wife. I called, they said they were sorry, they were closing and couldn't help me. On a Saturday, knowing they won't open till Monday, and left me hanging with my wife. I asked for her to refund the money, she refused, and said she was closing her terminal for the night. Next they said that I would have to wait till Monday to get my money back. Honestly. F this location and business. Never going back. Bringing up a dispute for the services not delivered with my credit card company as we speak. Very very displeased. Probably the worst chick fill a I have been to. I went through the drive thru and waiting about 1 or 2 minutes for the guy to answer. Then I had to keep repeating the order because he was doing slow and not understanding of what I was ordering. I so much want to like this place since this is the closest Chik Fil A near my home but I've been disappointed regularly ever since this particular restaurant opened. In its first year, the restaurant was horribly inefficient--no one seemed to be in charge and directing the wait staff. A few years later, I find they occasionally either don't get the order right or completely forget to include an item like today. I ordered three sandwiches, chicken strips, large fries, and a frosted lemonade. When I came home, I found my large fries missing! My waffle fries!!!! I called the restaurant to let them know that they forgot my fries but no one answered. If you order for your family, make sure to all your order is in the bag even if there are cars behind you and other customers are giving you the looks. I don't need the restaurant workers to say "It's my pleasure", I just want my order done right and not get shortchanged. read more

Today was our fourth time going there since it opened. Every time has been a little disappointing but I've written it off to being newly opened. Today we went through the drive through, which was, as expected, long. Finally got to the window, paid, got food, and left. Got home & got ready to sit down to eat to find out we were missing one person's meal. My husband drove back & while he was I called to tell them.
