    Whole Chicken
    Andrew M.

Never dined in, always carried out food. Inside looked roomy enough for diners, and reasonably clean. There is plenty of parking outside. Service is pretty quick, especially when you call ahead. Chicken is always great, the whole chicken is enough to feed the family, and fall-off-the bone good. Made to order subs are really good and come with plenty of fries. This is my go-to spot for quick and convenient Peruvian chicken.

    Half chicken Yucca Salad

The chicken was pretty dry and didn't have much for a half chicken. But, it wasn't terrible just lacking in comparison to others. The yucca was hard and not worth eating. The portion was great but when none of it is any good it just seems like a waste. The sauces were alright, not to my liking but they were not bad by any means. Overall, they seem like they know what they're doing and the chicken looks good. However, my experience was poor and I don't think I will be returning to give them another chance.

I'm a big fan of El Pollo Rico but I live near the Centreville area so I'm not always able to make a drive out to Arlington when I crave Peruvian chicken. I used to visit Max's Chicken in Fairfax but I needed to find a place closer to home. Fortunately, Chicken Latino has been able to satisfy my cravings. Their quality is good enough and it's priced just right. This is my new go-to whenever I need a quick fix.

My dear Yelp friend Ruth C Is absolutely right. Yuca was cut thick which was okay but not fried long enough. The quarter chicken dark meat looked like it was cooked a while ago, dry and not flavorful at all. Now I miss El Pollo Rico!!!

Very good! Tastes good and a very reasonable price for what you get! would be nice if they had a few more side choices!

The chicken, rice and beans taste good. The seasoning of the chicken is throughout and it's not dry.

I got this to go so I can't really say much about the ambiance…read more I got a pack of 10 wings half drumsticks and half flats in the soy garlic flavor. I was expecting to get the normal sized ones you get when you go to any other wing place. Boy did Chi Mc exceed my expectations and I was pleasantly surprised. Not only were some of the drumsticks the literal size of my hand, but the breading was thick and super crunchy! The chicken on the inside was cooked and moist, and the flavor was an interesting tangy and sweet combo. I also ordered their ranch sauce for the side and got about 5 of them thinking I'd need them as most places skimp on the sauce even when paying for more. They gave me an entire soup container filled with ranch! They definitely give you your money's worth, and with the chicken portions too. The wings were $17 and since only one of the drumsticks were enough to fill me up I'd say it was well worth it. Only thing I could say is I wish they had more flavors than just the soy garlic and the spicy sauce because the chicken flavor I was expecting was more of a savory flavor, like a true garlic, but their soy garlic is too sweet for me, and spicy is ok, but I'd like to see more of a variety of flavors in the future. They had several other menu items from your typical beer food like onion rings and mozzarella sticks along with a whole two pages of Korean dishes to try. I'll definitely come back to try some other dishes in the future given the flavor, portion sizes, price and customer service. I definitely recommend checking out Chi Mc and trying their Korean Fried Chicken!

TL;DR: Good Korean Fried Chicken, but has lots of other dishes/options…read more I haven't been to Chi Mc for over 10 years, but we tried the newer Centreville location over the summer. Interior is very cute - dark lighting, string lights, etc. They have plenty of tables, but also a bar area with TVs to enjoy a game. Service is always friendly, but at times they can be understaffed, so be patient. Food comes out quickly, except the fried chicken which they preface will take about 20 minutes, since it's made to order. FOOD: ~Fries (5/5): nice and crispy; very well seasoned. Comes with ketchup and spicy mayo ~Fried Chicken (5/5): 2 Flavors: Soy Garlic or Spicy - both flavorful; ~~2 types: wings (typically wings/drumettes) or drums (giant drumstick) ~~We like the wings (the drums are too large and doesn't absorb as much flavor). It is so crispy and has a good amount of meat on it ~Tteokbokki (4.5/5): One of my favorite tteokbokkis in the area. Comes with dumplings and gimmari (but they get soggy fast). I add ramen noodles too. The sauce is usually a good consistency, but at times it is a little watery ~Maneul dakddongjip (2/5): chicken gizzards. It was just okay. Gizzards are meant to be chewy, but these were a little too much/kind of burnt. The flavor was a little lacking, and the dish was overall very greasy ~Chicken katsu with cream udon (5/5): The katsu was surprisingly really good, though non-traditional. Reminded me of country fried steak breading. The cream udon was very good. Udon was cooked nicely with great chew. The sauce had a lot of garlic flavor and wasn't too rich from all the cream. Nicely balanced. ~Beers come in a nice frosted mug which is a nice touch Definitely have enjoyed every visit we have had here.

Happy hour 1/2 lb tenders garlic spicy - not crunchy even though the drive was short, but not soggy either! The garlic spicy is not really spicy, maybe on a scale of 5 i'd say its a 2 in terms of spice. The tender pieces were very large and thick and surprisingly not dry! 3.5/5 happy hour 5pc wings battered - garlic soy - This version actually had a good thick crunch on most pieces. the soy is sweet but not too sweet. The meat is pretty juicy and well cooked! 3.75/5 tteokbokki - the sauce is way too watery so the taste doesn't stick to any of the ingredients well. The ddeokbokki itself was fine, chewy and maybe only slightly overcooked. Fish cakes were a bit on the fishier side but still decent. Egg is overcooked but i think everywhere i go they are. 2/5

This was a deal we took clear advantage of - while they didn't make it themselves, the soju served was some of the best I've had - and the rest of the food delivered. The gizzards were crunchy and spicy, the chicken flavorful and covered in enough sauce to make you keep coming back for more without being soggy. I love the beef bulgogi taco and the Korean crispy fried chicken soy garlic taco. Definitely life changing tacos. These pair well with a Modelo or a margarita! The service is always top notch here. Tacos chinoz is a sit down restaurant but it's more of a casual vibe. Our service was fast but our server didn't have the friendliest energy. My family all liked their meals, especially the birria tacos. The Buldak fries are also delicious and super spicy! However, our nacho appetizer wasn't what we expected. The nachos are basically movie theater nachos and movie theater nacho cheese as you can see in the picture with just carne asada and toppings thrown on top. I would not recommend anyone get these. This place has a really unique menu and plenty of new dishes to come back and try. They also have a great drink selection. This place is also a bit expensive.
