    Corporate purpose

The food was a little bit rushed but still tasted good. The employees seemed like they were working too hard/fast. I like that they have the corporate purpose displayed.

Came to the drive thru with my sister late in the evening. We got some spicy chicken sandwiches with fries. The spice level was pretty good for me. The waffle fries were super salty. I'm not the biggest fast food fan, but this was not as bad as the other options out there.

Came after the elite Muse event. Went through the drive- thru w/ my sis b/c we were in a rush to get home. I really don't eat fast food like that but we needed something quick. It isn't as bad as other fast food restaurants.I've been inside before it is spacious & staff has always been friendly. Food was super salty today. I ordered a spicy chicken sandwich meal w/ American cheese,a coke, & waffle fries.

Chick-fil-a is all decorated for the holiday in Southington. I went there today to grab a quick bite for my daughter after school. We went threw the drive through and even though the lines tend to be long they move super quickly! They actually have 2 drive through lanes which is excellent! She ordered the 12 count chicken nuggets with waffle fries and a coke with chick-fil-a sauce. The nuggets were fresh, crispy yet tender. The waffle fries were huge and yummy. And not only is my daughter is obsessed with the chick- fil- a sauce (which we always ask for extra of) she also loves the ice they serve with their soft drinks. They also serve great salad, sandwiches and my favorite thing they have is the milkshakes! This month they have a seasonal peppermint one that looks good! We love coming to Chick-fil-a! We just wish they were open on Sundays!

Never saw bubbles in a frosty before it's usually thick and creamy

worst Chick-fil-A I've ever been to frosted lemonade were so liquidy it felt like no ice cream was in them and smaller than the original ones in Wallingford and East Hartford. You're better off driving the extra five minutes to Wallingford. I'm about to go to Wallingford for another frosted lemonade and throw this one I just paid five dollars for out the garbage.

Chick-fil-A Chicken Biscuit Hash Brown Scramble Burrito Iced Coffee

Sausage breakfast burrito was really good. Fluffy eggs, melted cheddar, crispy hashbrowns. It came with Jalapeño Salsa that was very good and had a nice kick (much better than "picante" and added a lot to the item). Chicken biscuit is great. I may even add the jalapeño salsa to the biscuit I ordered iced coffee and their standard way of making it is with cream (I drink black). I asked for a replacement and the staff was so polite and helpful. I got a new iced coffee (black) and it was very good coffee.

I waited until I had a few visits to this location before writing a review. I went when it first opened, then a few months later, and today. (I'm not a big fast food fan so took me a while, lol) All three visits the service was spot on. Always greeted with a warm and friendly smile and always polite. Food has always been fresh and looked presentable upon opening; never looked like it was just slapped together. I've read reviews that the fries are soggy. I wouldn't say soggy, but they are less then crisp, but I believe that is just the nature of this chain. If you want super crispy, these waffle fries are not that, but I will say they are "meaty" and perfectly done. One last comment and probably not what you would expect but this chain has THEE BEST ICE for their drinks!!! It's crushed and would be killer in their iced coffee. Overall always a good experience and I will come back, even if it takes me a year

I am just passing through on my way to PA, but this place was phenomenal for lunch. Easy to get to. It was so busy but I got my salad in under 5 minutes. It was perfect and fresh. The service was friendly. The play place is open! And the manager even checked on me and chatted for a minute. I can not tell you enough if you've never been to a Chick Fil A give it a try. And this Chick fil A was top notch!

Bad attitudes today huh? Stinks cause this is the closest to my house. Maybe whoever was at the drive through had a bad day.

So I had negative feelings walking into this location in Southington on West Street Walking in, we were greeted warmly and seated immediately, at a table in front of the kitchen, where we could watch the action going on At the check-in station, the hostess immediately asked us if we had any allergies to foods, which kind of was weird. It's almost like the place was woke. So cruising the menu, I ordered the 110 Cuban sandwich$16.00. My friend ordered the cheeseburger, 17. +. Each of the sandwiches came with an order of french fries, or a choice of any other sides. I think there was maybe three or four other ones. Quickly the the lunch has arrived. I noticed that my friend's cheeseburger was well done and on the small side, just a little bit bigger than a slider. My 110 Cuban sandwich consisted of pulled pork, which was more barbecued and smoky than Cuban, and ham, which I couldn't taste, and a very overpowering cheese. I couldn't taste the pickle either. This was all served on a smaller sized what looked like Texas toast. The french fries were a very small order, and for a side it was disappointing. For the money paid for the sandwich and a side they could've upped the quantity of the french fries Both lunches were disappointing I'm gonna give this place three stars because the service was really nice. Our server was so attentive, especially with filling the water glasses, and asking if we needed anything else. So, with all this said, this place, reminds me of a cross between a Friendly's where you can view the open kitchen, and a sports bar. I'm not feeling this place to frequent after work for cocktails. There aren't enough televisions. I only saw one. The bar did look interesting though. The restaurant itself was comfortable, I liked the high tables and seating. The food is chain style and it just doesn't taste fresh. I was completely turned off with the way. My friends cheeseburger looked, all overcooked and stuff when she asked for medium rare, I don't think that was an option. I think they just cooked it full-blown well done I saw that there were some other dinner menu items priced from $25 to a little bit over $40. I would pass on these as this wouldn't be the place I would drop $100 for dinner on with a date or otherwise. I don't think I would even want this to be a business men's lunch. With so many other choices for local restaurants, I can see why a lot of these franchises are closing. This place is also on the pricy side.

Extra points for zero beef bouillon vibes, which is rarer than it should be. The fresh campanelle pasta was a great choice, but the dishes could have used a bit more sauce. As the meal went on, the pasta started to feel dry and a little lackluster. Chicken was cooked perfectly across the board, though the chicken breasts were very thick. And that's no surprise because the Noto Americano Market is a spinoff of a restaurant, namely Plantsville's Noto Americano Sicilian Kitchen. The Market has pretty much everything you need for a great meal -a big imported grocery section, prepared salads and entrees, packaged deli, a salad bar, frozen food (including big chunks of octopus), frozen sauces and soups, deli and sandwich service, cookies, pastries, and cakes, pizza, fresh eggplant and chicken cutlets, and a nice dining section to sit and mangia. We found the customer service to be excellent, and the young gent that took our order was super friendly. We went home with a Gargantuan slice of cheese pizza as big as two normal slices for $5, a big chocolate cookie ($1.50), and a frozen package of cheese ravioli ($5.99 for 12 pieces). I thought the pricing was very reasonable. We just split that big slice of pizza for dinner and enjoyed it -thin crust, plenty of cheese, plenty of sauce and overall excellence across the board. No doubt we'll sample one of their grinders next time, and you can rest assure there will be a next time. I've already got my mind set on a Pisano, with Spicy Soppressata, Mortadella, Stracciatella cheese, arugula, Tomato, and a Pistachio Pesto Sauce. Doesn't that sound amazing?
