"No," she said with a big smile, "but I'm sure we can make one!" She also took the time -- again, just before closing -- to make sure she'd gotten my mother's complicated order exactly right. And when my mother accidentally dropped our empty drink cups on the floor, she very cheerfully replaced them. We'd never tried DiBella's before, but the whole experience was exceptional, and I hope the employee we interacted with is recognized by management for her excellent customer service skills.
