Excellent food. There are sometimes long drive thru lines but they go extremely fast. They have fans for non windy days to keep good air circulation for health reasons. The waffle fries and chicken are non greasy and tasty. The morning chicken biscuit hits the spot. Management cares and they will do the right thing if there is an issue. Only vegans and those who think they're too good for fast food would dislike Chick Fil A. (Why are you here in the first place?? Go spend all the money you supposedly have somewhere else that charges an arm and a leg to put up with your entitlement!) Been here countless times, enough to conclude that the staff is always, always courteous and friendly. (I honestly have so much respect for them, to be able to smile and appear genuinely happy dealing with shitty people.) Food is brought out hot and scrumptious every time, when our seats haven't even got a chance to get warm. Staff goes around to offer to refresh your beverages. Clean dining area and restrooms. Service was fine, never had a problem with service at this location BUT i ordered a spicy sandwich with extra pickles and colby jack but i got a spicy sandwich with the normal number of pickles and no cheese. i paid for cheese and the package the sandwich was in said colby jack. we also added 2 large ice creams at the window and they were very obviously different sizes. i'm gonna stick to the reno location from now on. read more

I was excited to try a Market Salad today. The front of the business was clean and inviting. During the post Covid world, places are few and far between that accommodate customers. I saw a sign that stated take out was available, so I opened the door and entered the business. I was promptly greeted by no fewer than two employees yelling that I could not come in and I had to leave immediately. After being yelled out the door I spent some time contemplating whether this Market salad was indeed worth the poor treatment I received at the hands of the employees. In the end I chose to continue my order while recognizing that this would likely be my last visit to this location. I tempted fate and informed the manager that a more polite method of advising customers existed rather than yelling at them. She responded that this covid thing was serious. I am grateful for this business enlightening me with such a revelation. I have been off planet under a rock and would not have noticed had she not informed me. At least the salad was tasty. Tiffany S, you responded to my comment, but missed the point. Your leadership did not reach out to me, I called when I got home and realized there was a sandwich missing. As I stated in my initial review, I live across town and I was not going to drive back to get the sandwich or the refund for the missing item. I would hope you understand that with gases prices the way they are, that would not be feasible. I asked if the item could be refunded over the phone and was told no. I asked for a call back from the "Operator," which I assume is you and I did not receive a call. Making sure you respond to comments with a generic message and with inaccurate information to create the perception that you tried to make it right is even worse. Not a bad restaurant, I've been to better chick-Fil-A's across this country, so I gave them 3 stars for there promptness on the my order but I ordered a coke and got across between a dr. Pepper and a coke , I think they need to have a coke tech out to run a new line because you can't just switch to another soda brand and expect the same taste, it never works, so change out a few lines to have a great taste on your soda line. read more

This location is in a really good spot! Right off the freeway and close to the shopping mall. Our server was so kind and recommended a few things for me. This was my first time trying their breakfast. It's actually really good! I definitely enjoyed my sandwich. I ordered the egg white with biscuit and chicken on it. Very juicy and flavorful. This store is literally the WORST. Something goes wrong every single time, and the long wait is definitely not worth your time. On Monday, we called the store to let them know we are hosting an event at work for 30 breakfasts and wanted to place an order ahead of time. They directed us to order the morning of the event in the app, however the app wont even let you order that much. No answer to numerous phone calls to the store, so we decided to DoorDash it, since that was the only way we could order that much in advance without waiting hours at the store. Placed the order at 6:30am for an 8am delivery up time. It's now 8:25 and food still is not ready, event starts in 5 minutes. We have done everything on our end to ensure timely completion of our order, but the staff there is completely unhelpful. I should have known this would be a disaster though - last time I ordered from this store, I received a chicken sandwich missing the chicken. No More Extra Crispy Fries Because of COVID?! Fact: Chic-fil-A's fries tend to be really soggy and/or undercooked, unless you ask for them extra crispy. I had heard from an employee (separate location) back in June, though, that as of July 1, they were no longer going to cook them extra crispy because of the extra wait. Today, I drove thru, ordered salads and fries and, hoping to slip under the radar, I asked for the fries to be cooked extra crispy. The employee replied that they were no longer accepting extra crispy requests...BECAUSE OF COVID!! I asked what difference COVID makes since they are cooked in a frier, but she didn't have an answer. It was clear she was just doing what she was told. Because of COVID?! If my car breaks down, can I just blame COVID? If I gain a few pounds due to my wife's amazing baking skills, I think I'll just blame COVID instead. When I told her why we request them that way, she said "Yeah, I know, I don't even order the fries anymore." But then she proceeded to just ask if I'd like to drop them from the order, rather than, oh I don't know, accommodating and pleasing the customer. Chic-fil-A used to empower their employees more than that, which is part of why their customer service was so stellar in the past. If the other location hadn't said openly it was because extra crispy takes longer, I wouldn't be quite as flabbergasted. And if Chic-fil-A fries weren't so soggy unless you order them extra crispy, I'd be a little more understanding. C'mon, folks. Let's be honest with the public about wanting to get more business pushed thru at the expense of quality, rather than giving such a lame excuse. Between that, the employee's statement of having to charge for extra sauce (!!!), and the resulting decline in customer service...I can't do it anymore. Bonnie, one of the managers, exemplifies customer service. The staff is all lovely. The wraps are my favorite, a healthy, tasty option for those of us who prefer to avoid fried food. Also, their new mac and cheese is, to quote my tween, "Amazeballs". I tasted it, gotta admit, it's REALLY freaking good and you can tell it is NOT from a box. This is mac n cheese that could easily pass the 'Southern Funeral Test'. Coupled with the clean facility, wonderful service, and easy access, this is tops in fast-casual. My wife and I like the food. We went through the drive through last Thursday or Friday morning. When I notice the woman working the drive through window wearing nit gloves. I was sorry I paid and received the food. I placed a phone call and talked to the shift leader Mandy. I explained to her those gloves were passing germs from car to car to car and on and on. She explained the woman keeping her hands warm is important. Btw my wife knew those gloves were germ carriers. She has a BSN in nursing. We will not be back. The drive thru is a terrible experience. I'm glad they hire a lot of people but this is overkill.. It takes forever and I dont want to talk to 4 different people in order to get my "fast" food.. I even waited at the window for 10 minutes for nuggets and the entire time I had the pleasure of listening to 5 young adults talk about their personal problems while my baby screamed her head off in the back seat.
