This store has treated me with extreme disrespect every time I have been there. Gabby has been rude when I am there for dinner and she has scoffed at me multiple times for no reason at all. I just feel an overall feeling of judgement from her. The manager Deni also in the evening has treated me utterly horrible. One time I was asking for the 8 count nuggets that were forgotten in my dine in order and when I went to the front counter to ask for them, the manager Deni was yelling furiously at two employees and telling them to shut up with large amounts of profanity. This isn't how anyone should be treated and I am calling on this Chick-fil-a to fix such leadership. read more

Seem to have issue after issue at this location. The last 4 times we've been there had been something wrong with our order. Food forgotten is the usual issue. Which is such a huge inconvenience when you get home and discover the error. Sat in drive thru line for about 20 minutes after ordering because the car in the very front received a wrong order and a replacement took forever. Almost everyone behind the car was already handed their food so we were all just sitting there. I am not sure why the employees wouldn't tell the car to move up to the front while they prepared the order but they should understand people have extremely short lunch breaks and expect fast food at a "fast food" restaurant. Drive through worker was very inattentive I had to repeat my order several times just for them to still make my food incorrectly, fries were old and stale. Once I got inside I noticed an overstock of cooked fries. The workers ignored my presence and then finally the rude ass manager Cedric Magdeleno greets me. I stated my issue and requesting that my order be remade he blatantly ignored my request to have my order remade and hands me another box of fries. I told him his communication was service was unacceptable and this individual proceeds to trying to dispute. He then says there busy so I should wait in line for a refund. Of course this was an attempt to get a reaction. One of the customers noticed the unreasonable nature of this interaction and stated I could get in front of her. He then begins further attempting to dispute stated I was upset because I didn't want my food because he wouldn't remake my order. Which confirmed that he ignored the request. I've never given anyone or anyplace a 5. 5's indicate that there is no room for improvement and that's not typical. The young lady that waited on me today deserves a 5! I ordered and when I tried to pay, the chip reader kept saying chip malfunction. It did it like 5 times and reached over with her Apple Watch and said, " I'll take care of it for you today". I of course gave her the cash back for it but it showed a complete level of unselfishness and exceptional customer service. I wish I had gotten her name but perhaps Chelsea?? Really disappointed in this location. It doesn't live up to the Chick Fil A quality and standards that I'm used to at other locations. I tried to use the app for curbside pickup and after 10 minutes I still didn't have food so I had to go and ask for my food, which defeated the purpose of saving time by ordering ahead so I could skip the lines and instead I spent 20 minutes (!!!) trying to get my order. The drive through has also been pretty slow on other visits. They don't have your food ready by the time you get to the window so you have to just sit there while they fugue out what you ordered and then bag it. I gave it 2 stars instead of just 1 because at least the servers are still very nice and polite. read more

My good friend and I love to come here with our kiddos, we usually get the table that's perfect for your to see your kids while you sit and eat. My 1 yr old spilled some juice all over himself and got the floor wet I felt so bad but they staff were so nice and not bothered by the spill, I felt horrible I was even willing to clean it up but they were so kind and nice from the moment we walked in and out! This is one of the worst Chick-fil-A's I've ever been to. I am a red member so trust me, I've been to a lot. This time i ordered a large number 1 meal. Everything seems fine until i get to the window. Then I'm given a medium drink with a large fry. You'd think it's a simple fix, right? Just change it out with a large drink! You'd be wrong. This Chick-fil-A said i hadn't ordered a large drink but a medium. When i said i ordered a large the employee said "sure" and then asked. "That will be .22 cents". So instead of just giving me my large drink they had the guts to ask for more money. I stated that i will just not come back and I'll take the medium drink. The service here is well below the expected Chick-fil a standard. To start, we asked a drink holder for three drinks. They gave us a holder for two. Why? That's just stupid. Always a fan of the company. However this location is NEW and still has adjustments to make . I rarely order food here I normally get just the iced coffee because it's in between work locations. My only issue is they often give me the wrong flavor and some of the staff member aren't really familiar with how to make it with the right proportions of ingredients. Had to leave a review because it's been consistent with the error. Overall staff is friendly and place is always clean. Would rate 0 stars if I could. Ordered delivery at 8:23 am food arrived at 850 which was lovely, however they forgot the drinks. So I called the restaurant to let them know this and they said they would deliver the drinks. 1 hour later still no drinks so call again and the sweetest lady says if they aren't there in 5-10 minutes call again and she "will see what she can do for me". I call after 15 minutes and a very rude man answers. He proceeds to give me attitude for asking about what they can do for me after waiting 1 hour 15 minutes for drinks to go with my meal that I haven't eaten yet because I was going to eat it with my drink. He catches attitude instantly and says nothing can be done unless I bring back all the food. I say I will give the food to driver when he brings the sodas for order for them to remake it and send it back. He gets aggravated that I said such a thing mumbling his responses to me clearly showing he wants off phone. Driver arrived at 10:20, 1 hour and 30 minutes after I called to say they forgot my drinks, which was too late for me to give the food and receive breakfast back before 10:30 so I chose not to make the sweet drivers day worse. 1 hour and 30 minutes for drinks they forgot the first time and there is nothing they can do for it????? The worst chick fil a I have ever been too. The service is so slow every time. I regularly come here considering it is only a couple minutes away from my home. Tonight, I was in line for 15 minutes and there was only one car in front of me. They skipped over me once, and they messed up my order. The guy gave me a medium sized drink when I asked for a large. After he filled up my large drink, he continued to talk to one of his co-workers for about a minute with my completed drink in his hand. And then after his important conversation about "how a car makes noise," he gave me my drink. I rather drive the extra 10 minutes to the chick fil a on Sawdust then come to this one again. read more

I love eating at Chick-Fil-A and eat there often, but usually at the sawdust and Research Forest locations. This location is fairly new. I was excited when they first opened since it is near where I work. It is very clean and usually not too busy, but you tend to wait a long time for your food, and that is an understatement!
