Whole chicken might be the star of the show! Chicken was extremely tender and quite literally fell off the bone! I like how this wasn't over seasoned to overpower the dish. The whole chicken ended up being 2 meals for 2 ppl so I think this could be shared for 2-4 people depending on the person of course. Now I am a sauce girl & unfortunately I was disappointed in the sauce that was paired. The white / yellow sauce didn't have much of a taste and not sure what this was suppose to be. The green sauce was a simple jalapeño sauce I believe. I'm used to this sauce to be more creamier however it was very simple and more liquid than creamy. Service was nice & there's indoor seating! Unfortunately, all the fast food places have dismal reviews except for two in this area. Plus, most of them are closed at that time. This is how we found Southern Style Chicken & Waffle. It closes at midnight and has southern food, my husband's favorite type of home style food. He loves mama's casseroles and mac and cheese due to being raised in the Deep South. It, also, had one of his favorite foods: waffle. Plus it is on the way. We head out there and notice an almost empty strip mall. Creepy but the neon sign said it was open. The place was empty & clean yet the opening of the door sent an alert ring for the staff to come out. I was impressed that you could have a waffle as a side with some of the entrees. I was tempted to order fried chicken until I saw the catfish on the menu. I ordered it with a side of mac and cheese to give to the job cap. He ordered the chicken sandwich with mac n cheese. We got it as takeout. The portions they give you are huge when compared to other fast food places. I got three large catfish fillets and a giant side of mac and cheese for $13.49. I wish I had ordered a larger portion after tasting the catfish fillet. You could instantly taste how it was prepared fresh - definitely not frozen. The fish was light ,succulent, and had a melt in your mouth texture. This is not the catfish you ate at a church fish fry. This catfish is exponentially better. The chicken sandwich was two chicken patties in a sandwich similar to chick fil a sandwich. I tasted it and thought it was better. My husband preferred chick fil a though. He really loved my catfish and my mac and cheese. I gave him all the mac and cheese. I split my three catfish fillets into two meals. Service was great. The server told us the catfish was Asian catfish and served it to me the way he preferred it: side of lemon with seasoning sauces on the side . He gave us a heads up that they cook the food fresh and it would take 15 minutes. We didn't mind the wait and waited patiently. We will definitely come back and order catfish, waffles, mac and cheese, and fried chicken when we come here. This is one our favorite late night go see fast food places. I love that it stays open late and has the best catfish I ever had in my life.

Great portions and amazing flavor. I've tried a few other locations since then and they've gone bad. This one was the last straw. Quality and portions have gone down while prices rise. I'm giving two stars because of the young Ladies working that day I went (lunch hour in a weekday) It was just two of them. Fast, polite and attentive to the guests. So shout out to them. Everyone behind the bar is working diligently, but whoever is doing the scheduling seems to skip one or two staff people when it's filled with high occupancy.

After ordering, we waited 15-20 minutes for our food. The dining area wasn't much better. The tables, floors, and overall restaurant were noticeably dirty, our table wobbled the entire meal, and there weren't any forks available when our food was served. However, despite those issues, the food itself was exactly what we've come to expect from Jollibee. Everything was served fresh, hot, and tasted great. That's the main reason we keep coming back. I just hope this location improves its cleanliness and overall customer experience because it has the potential to match the quality of the food it serves.

I really want to like them...but fool me once, shame on you. Fool me twice, thrice, shame on ME! The management is poor here. The service is slow (which I can overlook) but what I can not overlook is the lack of hygiene and a disregard for sanitation. The manager in the morning, Angelique (i think thats her name) is a joke of a manager. She is rude and is the anti-customer service rep! After driving home, 10 minutes away, I realized they shorted me not 1 but 2 orders! I called back to let them know. She did not apologize for the inconvenience, did not offer anything for the trouble and told me to come back to pick them up. I told her I live 10 minutes away (it is 10:21am) and that I need to come before 10:30 to get my sandwiches or they will no longer be service breakfast. In my head, i'm thinking, YOU made a mistake and now you want to give me parameters of how and when I can get my sandwiches that I PAID FOR?!?! Of course, upon arrival, she still does not apologize or even acknowledge the fact that they made a huge mistake. When I show up, she asked me what was missing and threw them in a bag and shoved them to me over the counter. I thought chick fil a was suppose to be known for service..especially at the management level. SMH is all I have to say and never again! read more

WORST CHIC FIL A EVER!!! I come here purely for convenience, but I am slowly weeding them out of my system. I have a number of reasons why this place is horrible: 1. Bad customer service. No, horrible customer service. 2. 9/10 my order is served incorrect or missing item. 3. When addressed to staff and management, NEVER an apology for making the mistake. A simple acknowledgement of the mistake would suffice, but I don't even get that. I go through drive thru and uou make me get out of my car after missing a whole sandwich and you can't even apologize?!??! 4. Staff is ALWAYS rude including managers. BTW, Marlon A. I think this location deserves to be on a news special on what customer service should be. Like others have said in reviews the line can literally be wrapped around the building with cars . All the seats inside can be taken but the staff are polite , courteous and not panicked . Your food will still be hot and even though there will be a line you will not feel like your waiting all day . Yes this is just a fast food chain but the management seriously does an amazing job.It would be so much better if there were another location near by. I love chick-fila all of them! You get fresh food and GREAT customer service! I came in here tonight ordered to go but decided to eat in, Cathy the lady who helps customers around the seating area was so wonderful! She asked if I needed anything many times, came and checked on us as well. She was very nice and you can tell she loves her job and was very willing to help anyone! They keep the place so clean to! You can really tell they care about their customers and truly care about keeping everything sanitized and cleaned! Keep up the good work! I will definitely keep returning. read more

Bad customer service. Food is stale and never fresh. Staff is RUDE! One girl, Kelsey, snatched my credit card out my hand at drive thru and then shoved my food into my hand. I told her she needs to change her attitude. I called to speak to a manager about the issue and Amy answered. I've had problems with her before so I told her I don't want to speak to her. My first meal at Chik Fil-A was a couple days ago. VERY impressed. The place is spotless, the team members are very efficient, polite and friendly and the food is great. I have now found my new source for fries (Sorry McD's) Coke mix was just right and the food was still quite warm off the grill. I decided to stop in and give it another shot and I was pleasantly surprised! The drive thru line although confusing was so fast and the food was hot! This Chick-fil-A is always packed when I am here. They get the food out very quickly. The drive thru has a ton of cars but moves very fast. They also clearly advertise menu items cooked in peanut oil which is very thoughtful. Food is always A+. I used the app to preorder and earn points at the same time. read more

The drive-thru line can literally be backed up to the gas station, but somehow you're still out in like 5 minutes. The place is always clean, the staff is super nice, and Director Eric is literally always there. Every time I stop by, he's on his laptop making sure everything runs smoothly and checking that customers are taken care of. I forgot to ask for cheese on my sandwich. On my way to the register, Eric noticed me walking up the the register with the sandwich on my hand and got me a new sandwich with cheese for free, and even let me keep the original one. Before I could even thank him, he said "My pleasure" Super elite customer chick fil A service.

I ate at the Mall location a bit more when one of my friends got a job there. The bacon cheeseburger was my absolute favorite. The taste was everything. I preferred Roy's food over McDonald's ANY DAY. I may have been extra influenced by my dad, who grew up on Roy Rogers comics and movies, so I grew a love for westerns. Even if the restaurant chain is relative to The King of Cowboys in name only, I love it just by the association. Time goes by, Hardee's buys Roy's and gradually my beloved chain began to disappear. I left for college and during my visits home would look for a Roy's but knew it would just be a memory. About 20 years later, I came home for another friend's wedding and nearly crashed into the car in front of me. I thought my eyes were playing tricks. I turned the car around, much to my wife's confusion, and told her we needed to stop. This review is more so a rave about the Roy Rogers restaurant than it is of this particular location, but I am ETERNALLY GRATEFUL that it's here. With each visit home (I live in Florida now), I make it a point to grab a bite here. The food is just as tasty as I remember, but the experience of it all is what keeps me coming back. I love Roy's.
