So this was like the second time I went here to get my lunch and I understood why. I like their chicken strips and I like the idea of those in a sandwich, but the amount of sauce in their sandwich was little to none. The sandwich was so dry that I had to add some sauce from home and use my soda to help me swallow.. Also, I expected more fries than just the ones on the plate. My wife and I stopped here to grab lunch after Christmas shopping at the Grandscape & all of the tables were absolutely disgusting. There were crumbs, wet stains, and left over food all over the tables and no employees in sight cleaning the dining area. There was also a line out there door with only 1 cashier. I don't fault him at all because no one was helping him, but the other employees in the back kitchen area were laughing, looking out the window, and were of no help to him. To top it all off, the kitchen staff lost our order and we had to wait close to 20+ minutes for our food. Once we got our food, they forgot a few of our items. The staff made no effort to apologize for this inconvenience to us. They, "threw in a couple of extra cane sauces," for our trouble. We will not be returning to this location! read more

Customer service here was horrible. Young kid took my order (check number 20127) I even asked him if he was tired and he just rolled his eyes, I just had to laugh it off. There are not a lot of good quality fast foods out there. Most of them are frozen, fake, crappy food. Not Cane's! I've been here many times and not once I've gotten cold tenders. Yes they may be super hot bc they are out of the fryer and on to your plate! That's how I like it! I believe you can't beat their prices for such good quality. We have loved Raising Canes for a long, long time. Their chicken, suace, fries and toast are all amazing. We know that everyone handles Covid differently, but I would really like them to open their dine-in service. We waited through the drive thru and it was really long and slow but I got my first Cane's sauce in quite a while (because they aren't doing dine-in) and remembered how amazing it is. Canes is good wherever but is best hot and in the store. I just wish they would do the socially distanced dine-in thing instead of just the drive through. The chicken was tender and juicy -- the crunch consistent with every bite. There were two choices for sauce with my three piece meal - honey mustard and Cane sauce. I went for the cane sauce (a mayo type based dipping sauce) which was addictive. The fries weren't overdone or too greasy. When i wait for food in the drive thru they come out and are turning around to go back in as they are handing me the bag. No courtesy. No appreciation. There are Cane's around that are better. When we pulled up to the window everything was great until I asked for extra sauce. Keep in mind I spent around $25.00 already. The attitude that I received was very off-putting. As if I asked for the cure to the common cold. The young lady stormed off and started complaining about me to a coworker. I asked to speak to a manager. A young lady came and heard me out. No apology or anything. Threw all of our food in one bag and what made matters worse was some younger guy just gawking at me like he was wanting to cause me harm because I was complaining. If Canes is hurting that bad for $$$ perhaps they should shut down and call it a day. I ordered the box combo from the drive-thru around lunch. They advertise that meals are made to order. Even so, my order was available pretty quickly. Chicken strips aren't my first choice when it comes to meals but these were ok. They are tender pieces of all white meat, but the breading was kind of flavorless to me. I'm sure kids would gobble these up in a heart beat. The chicken strips come with their special secret sauce which just tasted like mayo with ketchup and seasonings. It isn't spicy at all. These chicken strips would taste better with good ol' Louisiana hot sauce or even buffalo sauce. The Texas Toast wasn't toasty at all, it was soft but it did have a good buttery taste to it. Crinkle fries were just meh...again, I'm sure kids would love it. The cole slaw was actually very good, not soggy at all. The menu is pretty simple which allows them to focus on making one thing well, the chicken strips. I'd say this is the kind of place that is good for kids, even the pickiest eaters.
