Was in the area yesterday and this is what I got a number 3 meal with crinkled fries that were kinda salty. This must be a Texas thing? I can do without all the salt intake definitely will start introducing that immediately upon placing my order. Other than the salt in my fries, everything else was great. My wife and I stopped here to grab lunch after Christmas shopping at the Grandscape & all of the tables were absolutely disgusting. There were crumbs, wet stains, and left over food all over the tables and no employees in sight cleaning the dining area. There was also a line out there door with only 1 cashier. I don't fault him at all because no one was helping him, but the other employees in the back kitchen area were laughing, looking out the window, and were of no help to him. To top it all off, the kitchen staff lost our order and we had to wait close to 20+ minutes for our food. Once we got our food, they forgot a few of our items. The staff made no effort to apologize for this inconvenience to us. They, "threw in a couple of extra cane sauces," for our trouble. We will not be returning to this location! read more

Customer service here was horrible. Young kid took my order (check number 20127) I even asked him if he was tired and he just rolled his eyes, I just had to laugh it off. It took a while to find a table that was clean, someone should definitely be wiping these tables down once a guest leaves, I mean not immediately but for sure soon after but I never saw that happen. Don't think I'll be dining in at this location again. Wish I could have taken a pic of the kid taking my order, sagging his pants and what not. Horrible image. There are not a lot of good quality fast foods out there. Most of them are frozen, fake, crappy food. Not Cane's! I've been here many times and not once I've gotten cold tenders. Yes they may be super hot bc they are out of the fryer and on to your plate! That's how I like it! I believe you can't beat their prices for such good quality. We have loved Raising Canes for a long, long time. Their chicken, suace, fries and toast are all amazing. We know that everyone handles Covid differently, but I would really like them to open their dine-in service. We waited through the drive thru and it was really long and slow but I got my first Cane's sauce in quite a while (because they aren't doing dine-in) and remembered how amazing it is. Canes is good wherever but is best hot and in the store. I just wish they would do the socially distanced dine-in thing instead of just the drive through. I went for the cane sauce (a mayo type based dipping sauce) which was addictive. The fries weren't overdone or too greasy. They just dont care or care to care. I have come here weekly. The service is subpar. They are rushed and do not care for patronage. Today I got here early to meet someone. I asked for a cup while I waited. Again, here every week. I pay when I order the meal. This time was told only if I paid. With a smile. I told them I pay with my meal. No cup. It is a small gesture. When i wait for food in the drive thru they come out and are turning around to go back in as they are handing me the bag. No courtesy. No appreciation. There are Cane's around that are better.
