I come to this Chick Fil A at least once a week and every time I do, I see the female manager ( I assume she's a manager) yelling at workers. I don't know if she's new to being a manger or what, but either way she has no idea how to treat her staff. Additionally, the way she acts is in direct contradiction with the type of environment Chick Fil A claims to aim for. Its so disgusting and no matter the time or day I go here, she is yelling at someone in front of guests. The way she acts reflects poorly on the owner and from now on I will be going to the Oxford Valley location. Absolutely horrible. read more

Chik-fil-a has always been the best and most "real" fast food out there. Real pieces of chicken for nuggets, high quality good tasting food served quickly, real milkshakes. Not the cheapest but clearly worth the difference. And the staff are always so pleasant and courteous, much more so than at other fast food places. A really nice fast food experience. And closed Sundays for religious reasons is nice to see in a business world that typically only values profit. read more

Clearly the best fast food chicken restaurant anywhere. Food is excellent, and only place where nuggets are real pieces of chicken breast. The staff are friendly and helpful, much better than any other fast food places. Food quality is far better than typical fast food. My favorite Chick-fil-A location. We eat here all the time and after frequenting this place for several years, the staff feel like family at this point. Great food. Great service. Clean dining and clean restrooms. My daughter started working here this past year and loves the culture and tone set by her employers. My son is now applying to work here as well. read more

Like it shouldn't take 30 mins to pack 2 pieces of chicken which is clearly cooked and displayed. If you're going to take so long then at least get me a fresh piece of chicken, I usually end up with the stale one which has been kept out for some time. All and all if you're looking for halal fried chicken which is open late, then you have got to stop here.

I did not receive a response from either the rest of the day from about 1130 AM until me writing this review at least. I saw the Thai shake on the app the next day and finally ordered it ahead of time. I kind of wish I ordered 2 because I loved it so much- the flavor and creaminess but that it was surprisingly still vegan. They do a great job with their fish similarly as well and if they still use Mind Blown, I am a big fan of their frozen vegan crab cakes and so are some friends who love seafood in the Outer Banks: I was unable to pick up my TooGoodToGo because the staff said they don't do this anymore: It was frustrating because you have to take the time to win the bid and then I have to make the drive which isn't right there for me. Thank goodness in this case, I was planning to go here regardless. The staff here was friendly despite the hiccups I encountered. All the trouble I had during this food experience reminded me of negative social experiences- particularly the assumption that social coddling is okay. While they aren't the same at all, the hiccups felt comparatively the same. I decided to include this part because it is relevant to the main reason I write reviews- because I enjoy quietly showing off the food I like, earning free access to exclusive events in this manner and as an emotional release for myself. I won't go into detail unless you ask privately because most people reading this don't want the specifics. The irony, is that, I could say the same for the review community I am in now to a degree but the opportunity to experience exclusive events is not something I want to jeopardize for myself if I can help it either. I am thankful for these continued opportunities that I would have never imagined I could ever be a part of. If you can't be truly nice and respectful, just leave people alone because otherwise any aggravation you have to deal with is all on you.
