I visited on Presidents Day. It was a zoo as usual. I had 2 kids with me. Ordered 2 kids meals and an adult meal using drive thru. When I got home I was missing a kids meal & no prize for the meal I did get!. The worst thing that can happen is 2 kids, 1 meal. I contacted them and they said they would give me a free meal. I am definitely a fan of Chi-fil-A now. I just recently tried it and it was yummy! This branch is very clean, everyone is friendly. Had no problems getting my food in a timely fashion and most important, the order was correct. I have been here a few times now. Never had any problems. The parking lot is easy to get in and out of. Chick-fil-a itself is a step above among fast food restaurants with consistent food and courteous staff. This particular location is a star among stars. We've been going here practically weekly for years, and the staff always make you feel welcome, even when the location is very busy (which it usually is). While I don't personally agree with corporate Chick-fil-a's overly conservative Christian policies, I do love the store-level service. They are a very family-friendly establishment with great personal service which is so lacking in the fast-good industry. The restaurant is generally clean, we never have to wait long, the food is always hot and fresh, and it's a great place to eat a meal as a family with no distractions. My daughter loves the play area and my only complaint would be that children are often playing unsupervised and can be pretty rowdy. I would like to see parental supervision as a requirement for play. read more

This chick filet location is a very friendly clean location. Their food is well prepared and always served with a smile and a dose of politeness! Whenever I pick up children's packs of chicken they are very accommodating in exchanging the fries for fruit. The grandchildren love their nuggets and my husband loves this place too! There was a problem with my order and although he could've not hooked it up, he indeed did hook it up and fixed my meal to the fullest, even went above and beyond to make sure i was satisfied with the business when i left. This Chick-Fil-A is amazing for a 'fast food' restaurant! I do not like 'fast food' - but this chain is changing my mind....I just wish THIS Chick-Fil-A was located near my house. The manager (?) carried my food to my table, an employee came around 2x's and asked me if I wanted to try a dessert sample AND an employee came to my table to refill my drinks! It was overwhelming! Two complaints: 1. The manager (?) who carried my tray did not have a name tag on...so I am assuming it was the manager 2. The service was TOO quick. I was stumbling with what to order because there was NO waiting. The most amazing thing is that this experience happened during the week of "Super storm Sandy". This restaurant was PACKED with hungry people. I still can't believe this wonderful experience. This location seems to have the same quality of food and customer service that has been a positive staple for chick-fil-a nation wide. Unfortunately when I tried to partner with them for a child's community event at my church, I did not receive the same service I get at the counter. Management said they would contact me back... they never did. After two phone calls and two visits in person they still have never given a answer. A "YES" or "NO" would have been fine. It was the lack of effort and communication on the managements end that motivated this negative review. The event is this week, but I'm guessing they never will contact me back as they promised. This place is phenomenal. I ordered catering two days ago to pick it up at 1 today. I got there about 10 minutes early, and of course it was ready. They were extremely pleasant. I went to tip them and the refused my money, I obviously left it there anyway. THEN the GM or manager carried it out to my car!! When I said I could take it, he said no this is our job!!!! Was my favorite location until I found a hair in my half empty cup of mountain dew. I have dreads it wasn't mine. Gave 2 stars because it was my only bad experience. The food is standard Chick-Fi-La menu, nothing special. What stands out MOST is EXCELLENT customer focus. Wait service for drink refills and sometimes they will even bring your meal to the table. What cost them two stars is the super annoying old lady who walks around with brownies. She is pushy, disruptive, and creepy. I'm 99% sure she is not a paid employee and I'd love to know if she is handling food. Today, in an attempt to resume peaceful conversation my friend and I showed no resistance when offered brownies, but to no avail. We took one each, and she piled on two more. She insisted we eat them while she watched. To top it all off, she asked my buddy if he knew what was in them... then placed her arthritic hand on his shoulder and whispered "Viagra" in his ear. I have never had better service at a restaurant - any restaurant. Let alone a fast food restaurant. I stopped in right at noon. It was packed and with good reason. as busy as it was, my order was taken with a minute. The cashier was very friendly.y order was delivered faster than I could grab napkins and a straw. The food was excellent. I had the spicy chicken sandwich. Nice spice - not too hot but definitely spicy. While I sat in the dining room three employees asked me how things were, if I needed anything and even if I wanted a piece of cake to celebrate their tenth anniversary. It's really good but it's a bit expensive. The chicken is lightly breaded and they're the only place around that has good waffle fries. They're big on customer service so they're always very friendly.They use styrofoam cups which insulate better but are fragile. read more

By far the most accommodating Chick-fil-a (or fast food establishment in general) we have ever been to. While I've never had a bad Chick-fil-a experience anywhere, this particular one has gone out of their way to accommodate us while dining with children. They have carried a highchair to our table, delivered our food to our table, and it is the only chick-fil-a we have been too that consistently has someone walking around to get refills of help you in any way.
