I was staying at a nearby hotel and came here on a Saturday for lunch. Per the usual with my visits to any Chick-fil-A, I placed my order on the easy-to-use mobile app. After a short wait, a nice and friendly employee brought out my food. I found a table to eat my food. Although, I had ordered a spicy southwest salad with grilled nuggets, I was given grilled filet instead. No big deal, it's still chicken. Also, I noticed that they had really stuffed the container with salad more so than I'm used to when I've had their salad. As for the rest of my order... their Chick-fil-A sandwich is tried and true, really good with their Chick-fil-A sauce. It's also nice that they have healthy alternative options to their delicious waffle fries such as their fruit cup. read more

I enjoy, love and crave Chick Fil A. Extra stars for this location to take so much care and precautions during covid. They made sure people stayed 6 ft apart, adjacent tables were blocked, tables, trays, bowls and chairs were sanitized regularly. Now coming to the sandwiches you can never go wrong witb the spicy deluxe- perfectly crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside. Regular chicken sandwich I drive back up for a with the intention to get a replacement of order so my family can eat together as planned. They said they can't replace my order. I love love love chick fil A and was pretty excited to see that there is now one in Southcenter. When I went it was opening week and a bit of a different experience I have had at different chick fil A's. It was a 20 min wait for food, which is the longest I have ever waited at a location, there were no toilet seat covers in the bathroom at 1pm on a weekend, maybe it was in between cleaning? And it seemed like team members were not whipping down tables fast enough when people left messes. It was busy but still felt like they needed a little more staff and a little more urgency. Overall- I love the food- it's so good, thus the 4 stars and I hope the customer service gets better as the location is open longer. read more

I love Chick-Fil-A and mostly go in Bellevue and Puyallup, but today was really disappointing in the new location in Tukwila and I won't come back EVER because there seems to be a lack of quality control. We ordered a breakfast bagel combo with a lemonade and hashbrowns, and a breakfast burrito. When I took a sip of the lemonade I had something caught in the tip of the straw. I've been to numerous of CFA locations and this is the one that I dislike the most. I was actually excited and looked forward to come here since it's close to home. I've been here twice and most likely will not return. I'll stick to the other locations. The two times that I've been here, the sandwiches, nuggets and fries were lukewarm. Highly disappointed. You know what I dislike even more? When you ask for the sauce, the employees act like it's coming out of their paycheck and are stingy about it. I don't feel welcome here, as oppose to how I feel about the Kirkland, Bellevue or the Lynnwood location. Great performance for the grand-opening day! An employee held the door open to greet customers coming in and out, and every employee was enthusiastic and all smiles. A great first impression of the spectacular customer service Chick-fil-A offers in other locations! And what's great is that this location is spacious with a great interior design AND has a Children's Play Area! My mom and I came in at 11:00 AM and ordered the Spicy Deluxe Meal ($8.49) and the 3pc Chick-n-Strips alone ($4.49). Within 10 minutes, our order was delivered to us by a man in a business suit by the name of Justin (he looked like one of the managers) who had such positive energy and of course, asked if we needed anything else. In the 20 or so minutes that my mom sat there eating, around 4 other staff members dropped by to ask if we were doing alright. On one of those occurrences, we asked about their selection of sauces, and they brought us a handful of different kinds of sauces for us to try. The chicken was of course, very tender and juicy - with the chicken meat on the sandwich being big with the perfect amount of spiciness. Not disappointed at all. It wasn't super busy probably because most people don't know they're open yet unless you're driving by. I can tell you that every other Chick-fil-A has at least a 15-20 min drive-thru line for dinner time so I'm sure this place will meet that standard any day now. They have team members from all over the country that flew in to help get this location up and running successfully; because of this there are a ton of staff members paired up all over the place. I love the energy this establishment brings to all of its locations: everyone is friendly and happy and they all seem to really enjoy the work they do. The meal also came w/ waffle fries as well as a choice of sauce. Going for the chicken sandwich first, I was impressed w/ how well everything was put together. What complimented the presentation is the taste & the quality of each ingredients. Topping it off w/ the waffle fries & chocolate milkshake made it the perfect meal. Highlights: - It's Chick-Fil-A so you can rely on their chicken sandwich quality - They keep messing up (forgetting things) in my order at this location I enjoy Chick-Fil-A but it's not so close that I go often. But of the past 5 times I've been, they've missed things from my order twice now. The second time I went in December, we bought 6 chicken sandwiches, brought them home and found only 5 inside. We double checked our receipt (it was an online order) and we definitely paid for 6. Checked the interior of the car (maybe it fell out) but no luck. Recently, I went again (during breakfast hours) asking for the lunch/dinner sandwiches which they make, but you have to wait a few minutes. I asked for a few sauces (just two sauces for four sandwiches) and received none after waiting about 10 minutes (as expected) for my meal. That morning, they were hardly busy so I don't understand what goes wrong in a really simple order of two types of items: chicken sandwiches and sauce. I have been to this location 2 or3 times before and there was always a line that went fast and at least 2 order takers ... this time I was greeted with a mobile order lane or a person but by the time I realized I was in the wrong line it was to late. I struggled to try and install the app while trying to place my order while creating a backup... ended up being asked by staff to move on through the line and start over again this time with the order taker... finally got my food, I ended up ordering less cause I was Annoyed then my waffle fries were soggy and my sandwich was average... NOT anything the experience I have had before. Still love the fact that I can get in and out of a packed Chick-fil-A line pretty quick. Their Nuggets are the possibly the best chicken Nuggets I've ever had. So much flavor in each piece I don't even need a dipping sauce sometimes. However, I'm taking off a star due to the pitiful side dish that I received of their kale crunch salad. I ordered this as my side dish for a meal and I legitimately got a half empty container in what was already a tiny container. It couldn't have been even a full serving.
