After a long week of business travel, all I wanted to do after the airport was eat. I head through the drive-thru on a Friday night and have a hard time speaking with the young man taking my order since I can hear laughter in the background. Now, this is how I can tell I am getting old. Outside the restaurant young adults are "burning out" and sitting in their cars blasting their music which irritated me. Anyway, sorry, ranting. I was annoyed that despite telling this young man twice that I wanted honey mustard sauce I didn't get any and had to go back through the drive thru to get it. read more

I have never been so disappointed with this franchise. Went in after what would seem to be the lunch "rush" and all the employees were either sitting around (with dirty tables unattended to) and a line of about 4 people with others standing around the register for a drink refill or a wrong order in hand. One person working the register with little to no Interpersonal skills. Needless to say, we won't be back to this branch. This isn't the way this franchise prides itself and I think corporate might want to do a little TLC here. read more

I like all the chick fil a locations in Tulsa, but this is the one I go to the most. I like that this restaurant tends to attract a middle to upper middle class crowd rather than most fast food. The employees are always friendly and the restaurant is always clean. Food is delicious and ready quickly especially in the busy drive thru. The only thing is that playground is often a mess with spilled drinks and food crumbs, but I have seen a lot worse. read more

The line takes over 20 mins no matter what time of the day, no matter what you order, no matter how you order (through the app or in line). The worst part is that they'll bring you your order in the line, but you still have to wait in the line. So, after waiting additional time in the line and then make it all the way home, your order is cold. They really need to figure this out. It's not worth it at all. read more

Ok so here we go. I'm a die hard chickfila fan, I've been on the A-List and I've been a Red member since day one. I eat at chick-fil-a a lot. Needless to say I just moved here and anytime I move to a new place I choose where I live based on proximity to work and the nearest chick-fil-a! So here we are my new Tulsa location.... I have been here 5 times within the last three weeks hoping that each time was just a fluke but this location hands down is the absolute worst Chick-Fil-A I've ever been too... and I've been to a lot. I'm not sure who runs the place yet it says on the app an Arthur Greeno is the store operator but maybe he needs to be more involved in his store or hire a manager from another chickfila to run it for him. So like I said I've been here multiple times and I wanted to see if anything changed before I say anything but it just is what it is I guess. My first experience was an inside visit. It smells like sewage or some kind of waste inside the dining area and it was unbearable. There was one cashier and about 5 other employees just sitting doing nothing including the manager. While there was a line of about 6 people they let the one cashier who by her name tag was a new employee bear the weight of it all. It took forever to get my order placed then when the food came out the sweet tea tasted like they put in half the regular sugar and then the fries were almost not seasoned at all. The manager was to busy hanging/flirting with the window girl to even pay attention to what was happening in his store. The other experiences have been drive thru as I refuse to go back inside with it smelling like that. It takes FOREVER!! This is by far the slowest service you will ever get from a chickfila anywhere. Side note I constantly get terrible fries from this place and the chocolate milkshakes here are very grainy as though you are drinking chocolate sand, also by the time I got my shake I had waited so long in the drive thru lane when I got it the shake was half melted already which was almost laughable... here is the kicker I've been to chickfila every day (except sundays) since I moved here but guess where I go.. the MALL. My brother and I did a test and you guessed it... even walking into the mall and ordering and walking back out I got my food faster inside the mall then I can at this location. Terrible service, mediocre food. Maybe they should send in someone with experience who can change this place. read more

I love CFA. But this location seems to be the only one who won't give mobile orders through the drive thru. As a former employee, it isn't that difficult to implement it, therefore I find it difficult to understand the lack of it. Otherwise, it's a great store. read more

absolutely horrible. the girl taking my order was rude and acted like she hated her job. i ordered a chicken sandwich meal, with mac n cheese instead of fries, and a medium dr pepper. after we paid, my dad looked at the receipt and asked me "did you want a fry?". he and i both know i said mac n cheese. i politely asked if we could refund and get the mac n cheese instead and she said no, i can't redo it now. okay well that's irritating because i used to work at a cfa not too long ago and you can absolutely refund it and redo my order. anyways we go sit down, and our food gets brought to us. my dad asks for sauce and the guy just walks away and rolls his eyes. comes back with it, and i asked if i could have a side of pickles for my sandwich. once AGAIN, caught an attitude and acted like he hated his job. overall, this cfa location is run down, and the workers are rude and disrespectful. will 100% never be back here. i'll stick to my cfa read more

I would have never thought of giving chick-fil-a a 1 Star with there notable fast service that gives the word fast food its name, but this one was just not on par. I'm a big fan of Chick Fil-A because their values as a company, their food and their excellent service. I haven't had one negative chick fil-a experience in the past 12 years or so that I've been coming on a regular basis. The traffic at this location is terrible! The drive through is always a mess. It usually wraps around the building and into the parking lot. I've quit going to this place because of this reason. The food is great if you can get there. read more

We don't eat fast foods much, but we've heard this place is one of the better ones. The food was ok, but I got a headache both times I ate there. Usually for me, that's a sign of MSG. So what gives? I did a little research and found they put monosodium glutamate in their food. Ding Ding Ding That'll do it. Further digging found they use soybean oil * sodium aluminum phosphate * dimethylpolysiloxane (an anti-foaming chemical) * high fructose corn syrup * ammonium sulfate * soy lecithin * sodium benzoate * polysorbate 80 * yellow 5 * blue 1 * potassium sorbate and TBHQ! I thought I was getting chicken. I guess I shouldn't be surprised, but if I wanted all that crap I'd go to KFC. Just held them to a higher standard I guess. I stand corrected. So meh. Got in the double line and 2 other customers were served before me while I waited at the speaker and watched then both go before me, then, no one came on until I asked. I'll never come to this store again, ever, period. Do only children work here? Last time I came, zero sauces were added and the tween that was handing me my change dropped it all on the ground. Pretty awful even for Chick Fil-A. Going to KFC. GEEZUS. I know it doesn't take a BA or BS to work here, but some things like looking at where you're handing money to should be self-evident. Ate with my family there last night. Consistently good food that is fast. All of the employees are very friendly and willing to help. If you have younger kids, which we don't, seems like a great place. There seemed to be a party going on and everyone was enjoying themselves!! Keep up the great job!! This place is always a nightmare to navigate through. Tons of snot nosed kids and strollers driven by parents who are equally annoying. The food is really not good. It's very dry chicken and completely bland. The biggest misconception about chik fil a is that it's healthier chicken. NO IT IS NOT. Their chicken nugget meal with fries is 1100 calories. The chicken is terrible people. If you want flavorful high calorie chicken go to churches chicken. Same caloric content and way better chicken. WAY better read more

Service was horrible. Waited in drive-thru line for over 20 minutes only to wait at the menu to order for another 5 minutes with no response. About 5 other cars ordered on the other lane just fine as I sat there. I never received a response and had to go inside to place an order. When I kindly told the cashier what had happened she dismissed it, half heartedly apologized, and moved on. I didn't expect any retribution. Terrible, dry, tasteless, chicken sandwiches. I have been twice thinking that the first time was a fluke. It wasn't.

Went in at 5:50 PM Christmas eve. Did not know they were closing at 6:00 PM. Friendly greeting as we placed our order. I said something about maybe getting it to go since they did seem eager to close even though several people came in behind us. The associate taking our order assured us eating in was fine. We placed the order and waited, and waited, and waited some more. We watched everyone who came in behind us get their food, eat, and leave. It was just me and the Mrs. So I know it shouldn't have taken 25 minutes. We finally asked for a refund and only then did they figure out they'd overlooked us or just plain forgot. At any rate the Manager who refunded our money didn't offer so much as a "I'm sorry". As we left one of the very nice girls chased us to the door to tell us we could have our food because it was now ready. We wished them a Merry Christmas and left.
