Hands down better than Angry Chickn. I love that they have shrimp and popcorn chicken. Flavor is there and doesn't taste overly flavored. Sauce is similar to angry chkn. Food took about 15 mins to come out & it wasn't hot - so I deducted a star. Customer service was mediocre, not super friendly, just taking your order and moving on. Overall I will be back because the shrimp was delicious! Restaurant is in the Walmart shopping center.

This place was so bomb! Chicken was super moist. Mac n cheese was so creamy. Definitely a Nashville Chicken vibe inside. The guy who took my order was super friendly.

I go to the Walmart neighborhood store in this shopping area. I noticed that there is a fairly new business, called Nashville Kitchen. My sister and I went to check it out early this evening. First, let me say that the interior of the establishment is SUPER clean, and it is pretty small, but inviting. It has 5 TV's, bar seating, and sit down seating. They offer draft beer, and a really nice variety of food on their menu. I spoke with Eddie, who was extremely helpful and friendly. They make all of their food from scratch, so we ordered the Cole Slaw, the Mac & Cheese and sliders. All of the dishes were delicious! We would have ordered more, BUT, we weren't really hungry. We just decided on the spur of the moment to check it out. Anyway, the bottom line, is YES! We plan on going back to eat there, and will be recommending this little jewel to family and friends. I encourage you to try this cute little restaurant, which is locally owned.

As usual there food is great! I had chicken , rice and coleslaw plate. However, the customer service from employee Madi B on my receipt that processed my order, she needs a lot of work on her customer service skills. She was slinging the customers food orders at them. I'm not sure if she was purposely doing this to be rude or if she just normally provides terrible customer service like this. It could easily be perceived that way, if she was being silently recorded on video camera. I'll just say for myself, she may have been overwhelmed. I get it, not everyone is cut out for food service! Angry Chickz is always clean though. Especially a place that can get easily crowded like Angry Chickz!

Decided to try this location. As we walk in we noticed that the place was nice and clean. With seating on the inside and outside. The man at the register was nice and friendly. The food was good fries were chirpy and chicken sandwiches was fresh and yummy.

First time here and I'd say the food was pretty good. I got the fries, my son got the Mac and cheese, my daughter got chicken tenders. I haven't tried angry chicks so I can't compare the two. They offer three on tap beers which is nice. The sauce they give you is really good, next time I will request extra. Chicken was good not dry at all. I have to agree with a previous reviewer stating that the service was mediocre. Definitely wasn't greeted when we walked in, took our order then went to the back, took about 15 minutes for our food to come out wasn't too bad but it was super hot in there so it made it a little bit uncomfortable. Ambience is ok. They have a few tables inside and two tables outside to eat. Parking is good because it's located in the neighborhood Walmart shopping center

2 Sliders with Fries meal, ordered 'plain' with medium spice, add side of ketchup
    Megan A.

The food tasted okay, but the ambiance and overall experience was lacking. Ambiance: 0/5. Walked in and it was completely silent in there. No music or tv on, no one at the counter to greet. Just a few people sitting around waiting for their order. Nothing exciting as far as decor, pretty plain. Service: The person who eventually came out to take the order was very kind. However, we ordered the chicken sliders to be "plain" and clarified "no sauce, no pickle, no slaw", and the sliders came out with mayo. Mayo wasn't even on the menu description for sliders. Food: The loaded Mac tasted fine, the medium spice level was right, but there was a layer of fries under the Mac. This was not in the menu description, so not sure if this was a mistake or not. The sliders were good, cooked and seasoned well. However, they still had mayo after being taken back for correcting so that was disappointing. Other: They were out of shrimp. It took 30 minutes for food to arrive, so plan accordingly. Pricey for the experience.

I've been here twice now, and feel this is an honest assessment of what to expect Staff: Extremely courteous and helpful. I've felt welcomed from the very first instance I've come through the door. Food: On both occasions I've had the Fried Chicken and Fried Catfish, along with some French Fries. While I think the Fried Chicken is good, it just doesn't hit me the way I would like. While it is cooked perfectly inside and out, it just lacks something for me. The Fried Catfish on the other hand, is on point. Cooked perfectly again and just wonderful flavor and seasoning. Fries are right up there, too. I haven't tried anything else at this point, but I imagine that there are probably no real disappointments from here. I'm a big boy and portions are more than enough. Ambience: I had to mark this down a bit. While it is not bad, it's nothing special either. Tables and chairs, and a few decorations and TVs. The place is extremely clean which is something you can never take for granted. Intangibles: The Owner...This guy is full of energy and just puts out a real positive vibe. He knows customers by name, and just seeing the repeat customers tells me the place is good. After both visits my interactions with him just leave me feeling good, which is something that's hard to find these days. Definitely a spot that's on my consistent "go to" list now.

Come early or you'll likely not get to have what you're eyeing on. When: Saturday dinner at 5pm (came when they were opening door) What: Chicken satay, pork satay, beef satay, seafood laksa, hainanese chicken rice, fried spring roll Experience: Superb food!! It is a lot of food, but we wiped out all of it among two adults and two young kids. The satays were SO GOOD! Hands down the best I've had in the USA, and on par with the best satay places I've had in Southeast Asia! Our favorites including both kids were beef and pork. So tender, so flavorful and delicious even without using the peanut sauce. We even got another two orders of each to take home! Seafood laksa was such a big portion with good amount of seafood. If you've had Singaporean or Malaysian laksa, this is different. Different in a good way since the owner chef is from Indonesia. The Hainanese chicken rice was tasty. Turmeric rice was different since I'm used to the ginger chicken rice, but the poached chicken was very well made. Under the chicken skin was a layer of gelatin which happens when the chicken is poached and then cool in a meticulous method. Together with the ginger scallion oil sauce, it was umami! Fried spring rolls were crispy and good flavor of meat and vegetables inside. Together with their house lime chili sauce, it was a party in the mouth! Looking forward to their opening at their next location!

(I also paid using the online services, but I did see someone paying in person.) I was drawn to Bazar Eatery when I saw they had Laksa; I ordered the Seafood Laksa. Ever since I had it in Singapore, I've been hoping to find somewhere that serves this soup. It was nice to find somewhere that serves it, but it doesn't compare to the flavor of the laksa I had in Singapore. (Maybe it's a different variant of the dish, but I preferred the more coconut heavy broth flavor that I had over there.) I still enjoyed this dish overall though. I also tried the Hainanese Chicken. It really wasn't anything amazing, but this could be due to the dish being served with regular, white rice; they had run out of turmeric rice for the day. I also had the kumquat sparkling drink. The menu notes it's sour, but I didn't think it was overly so. It was still more sweet than sour in my opinion. I enjoyed the drink, and it tasted like they used real fruit rather than artificial syrups. I think the portions are a bit small, particularly in the case of the Hainanese Chicken, but it's nice that they served complimentary shrimp chips. Service came off as genuinely welcoming/friendly, even if we weren't checked on after the food came out.

I wanted to do the original since if it was saucy it might lose the crunch along the way over. The biimbap was pretty good. I liked the sesame of the veggies and mix of ingredients. I'd want more of the mushrooms and greens though for the price of things. The tofu also were lightly fried with a thin starch on the outside which didn't travel well honestly. The chicken held up well though, still being crunchy. The seasoning was nice with bits of herbs shredded over it. In light of this, getting a sauce or flavor to dip things in would've been great though I don't remember if it was an option when I was originally ordering. The banchan was in a packed and worked well enough for the meal. Flavors still worked out well for the food, I'd be interested to see what the rest of the menu tastes like.

We had different servers who attended to us and they're both friendly and looked cheerful. We got there towards the end of Happy Hour and was presented with their Happy Hour menu. The menu is small, easy to read and has almost everything we'd want for that time of day - including the drinks. The food is a 'hit' or 'miss'. Here's my review: Drinks: Both the Arnold Palmer and the Cadillac Margarita were good. My lemonade tea wasn't overly sweet and I could definitely taste the lemonade. The pitcher of Cadillac Margarita looks innocent but may give someone a slow and powerful buzz if you're not used to the drink. (4.75 of 5) Charcuterie: This a complete appetizer board. Overall, there were some hits and misses, however, we agreed this is a well thought out appetizer board. (4 of 5) Crispy Brussels Sprouts: This is the best dish here, featuring deeply caramelized, dark golden-brown edges and a nutty, earthy flavor. Their Crispy Brussels Sprouts is also the best we've had. The seasoning is on-point, allowing the texture to show off its crackling, crunchy bite on the outside, contrasted by a tender, melt-in-your-mouth interior. (5 of 5) Seasonal Tacos: "Oh WOW!" The explosion of spicy and tangy flavours balanced by contrasting textures makes this dish "pop". (4.75 of 5) Beet Salad: The colours were lovely, but this beet salad was over-salted. The vibrant dish featuring beets as the main ingredient, balances the earthy sweetness with contrasting textures and flavours. If this wasn't too salty, it would have been more refreshing. (3.75 of 5) Coconut Lime Bouillabaisse (halibut, jasmine rice, spinach, snap pea, pickled shiitake mushroom, coconut lime broth, basil oil): Correct me if I'm wrong, but I thought Bouillabaisse means seafood. The only seafood we noticed were chunks of halibut, which were delicious. This dish looks and tastes more like an elevated Thai soup dish that cost too much. (3.5 of 5) After walking in, we decided to sit outdoors because of the loud music that was playing. We're glad we did. The overhang on the veranda was well positioned with plants and flowers softening the cement walkway. The weather was pleasant - with a gentle breeze blowing down the corridor. Parking is easy if you arrive early enough. One last note: Back Door Bistro in Vacaville was featured on "Check, Please! Bay Area"
