Great overall experience. Was getting gas next door and stopped by for their $7 fill ups. Fast, friendly and filling. Walked in and was greeted a person working there and before I could get to the self order kiosk a different person working there jumped to a register to take my order. Very nice first impressions. Food came out quickly and was fresh. Self serve drinks I liked - I usually get a lemonade but water it down by 1/2 - to me that tastes good. I do the same with coke - usually add 1/4 carbonated water so it isn't so overly sugary. These machines allowed you to do that. Dining room was clean. Overall great experience. read more

I ordered delivery today through their website: KFC chicken sandwich, 6-piece nugget meal (Beyond chicken) that comes with fries, 8-piece bucket, 4 biscuits, & a drink. Food came fast & tasted great but my fries (and I thought my biscuits) were missing. So I called location to inform them of missing items, and what next steps to take for either receiving missing items / refund on missing items. Staff who picked up immediately had an attitude, stating she was the one who packed it and knows FOR SURE she put in everything. In her defense, I didn't realize the biscuits were in the bucket (super glad she told me during our call). But my fries were still missing. She proceeded to tell me again she packed everything, then I could hear her complaining about me to another staff / possibly supervisor (pretty much implying that I'm lying). Just a heads up, I doubt as a customer, someone would spend $40 on their meal just so they can lie about some fries. I paid for my fries, so that's why I called to follow up. Plus, how can a restaurant improve their service if customers don't provide honest feedback. Bad customer service with this location. They don't know how to handle feedback / review professionally. Tonight we went by KFC and our order was 2 chicken nuggets kids meals and a bowl with a drink. You think that'd be simple but it was not. We made the order through the drive thru and then was asked to pull outt front to wait for our food. We waited alright. The staff is not very friendly and usually younger so they lack the customer service that I grew up with. On this day in particular, I ordered my usual and the cashier (very nice girl) told me that it was going to take about 5 minutes for my honey BBQ wings. So I pulled around to the front and waited for approximately 10 minutes. The girl came out with two other orders so it wasn't just me who had to wait. Unbelievable! I specifically placed a mobile order so I could swing through the drive thru and not go in. It is store policy that you have to go in. I found this out only after waiting in line for 5 min. There were people behind and in front of me so I had to wait in the drive thru line go past the window park and go inside. The manager would make no exception. On top of that I placed my order 30min early with a specific pick up time and had to wait another 15min. I understand labor shortage but there are people just standing around while one person puts together online orders. I genuinely do not understand why I would have to come inside!
