I'm a Bo fanatic and living in a dry Bo area, otherwise known as Chesapeake, anytime I'm near a Bo I ALWAYS stop in. I have a new doctor down here and in my 2 visits there I have stopped at this Bo both times. In doing so I have noticed 4 things: my food has been HOT, the service fast, the people nice and lastly, each order wasn't without issue. The 1st visit they gave me sweet tea. To say that I detest sweet tea is like saying the ocean is wet. My 2nd visit (yesterday) they got my drink right but didn't give me a straw. Do you know how inconvenient it is to drive and try to drink without a straw? My next appointment is in 3 months. Let's hope it goes off without a hitch. read more

For fast food I liked it. . The potatoes medallions were crisp and tasty but not very hot. I got the spicy chicken and it was tasty and crisp also. Kinda thin on the meat as I'm use to eating at Another chicken fast food that I don't have to say the name. But like the bun because it was super fresh and they butter and toast it. The pickles were great too. We never eat here we just get it to go. Did you know you can also get breakfast biscuits all day? My friend loved that and that is what she got. Our office gets lunch together and someone goes and picks it up. So I cannot comment on anything else since I'm always to busy to go read more

In an okay location in VA BEACH...and I say "okay" because it's located by a lot of fitness centers LOL. I've only been here when I'm not supposed to be here, so I usually only order fries for a quick grab. The small fry is $2 and they always give more at the bottom of the bag. Their ranch condiment is also a pretty reasonable size. True problem with this location is that they are always backed up. It never seems busy, so I'm confused why. Even when you're the one car in the drive thru, immediately when you pull up to the window they ask you to hold for at least 1 minute or more. The employee did apologize when I got to the window, but it shouldn't be a 10 minute ordeal for just a small fry. read more

They didn't call orders out they just set them on the counter and walked away so it was a traffic jam of people pawing through bags to see if it's theirs... Yuck! Unfortunately I never write too many bad reviews, but this was an awful experience for me. I was the only car in drive thru and when I pulled up to the window the cashier was nice, but for some reason the manager walked over, ripped the credit card and receipt out of the young cashiers hand and gave it back to me in a hurry. The manager mumbled something and then walked away. Maybe she was having a bad day or something? The coffee was pretty cold and the amount of sugar and creamer I asked for was incorrect, but even if it was I still wouldn't be able to drink the coffee. I tried the 2 fish sandwich deal and the first time I was disappointed. When I returned for them I spoke with the Manager who's name is Santino. He informed me that they can add lettuce and tomatoes free of charge. I got the second 2 fish sandwiches with lettuce, tomatoes and extra tartar sauce. The flavor of the fish was actually enhanced! The extra toppings didn't over power the flavor. I'd recommend this restaurant and definitely plan to enjoy more take out orders! I will NEVER eat at Bojangles on Laskin Rd in Virginia Beach Va. The manager is nasty. Her name is Kelly. When I pulled in the parking lot she was outside picking up trash with her bare hands. I ordered my food and then when I pulled up to the window and paid with someone else she proceeded to hand me my food out of the window. I told the person who took my order what I saw her doing and they called her to the window. When I asked her about it she said she washed her hands. HowevebI guess she became offended because I brought I up. . She said she washed her hands so I said ok but she was in the background talking trash and being loud so I asked for my money back. I won't patronize an establishment where the workers are allowed to be rude. She came back to the window and was like ok as in she didn't care that she was giving me my money back. I told her the reason I asked for my money back was because her attitude was nasty. You're talking trash because I said something about you picking up outside trash and then giving I me my food. To be honest she didn't look to clean anyway. ( I didn't say to her she didn't look because I was trying to be nice about the situation) So she then proceeds to say her manager asked her what happened. So she decided to holler back to her manager so that I could hear that she didn't like I asked her about that. Lack of leadership. As a manager of her manager wanted to know what happened she should have walked over to her and said something but Instead she choose to holler so the customer could hear. UNPOEFESSIONAL!!!!! I have been here on 3 separate times and each time the food is awful. I have only ordered the fries and egg and cheese biscuit from them. The first time I went the fries were cooked too long, hard and cold. Ok, annoying yes but it happens so I didn't rule them out. Wait a week or so and ordered the same thing. Hard, cold fries and the biscuit was old and hard. Ugh. Ok I will give them another chance because it was late in the event by when I went. The last time I came the fries were still hard and the biscuit was hard with the smallest egg I have ever had there. 3 strikes for me so I won't be back. Most horrible experience! Went at night and ordered 2 piece dinner, and requested to wait for fresh fried chicken. Was told, would take approximately 15 minutes. I said, no problem since I was patient and willing to wait. 15 minutes went by, then 30, then at 45, I politely asked the reason for the delay. The cashier just snapped at me with a very condescending tone and stated that everything is done by scratch here, so basically I should just quit complaining...I was literally disgusted with the shear attitude of the team member working and then had complained to the manager, who thus apologized and offered me a complimentary drink.
